The property was nice enough. We requested a non-smoking room yet the room had a strong smoke smell. Could've been from the people outside or room next door. The room was clean though. The pool was dirty, water was kinda of greenish 😩Nice Staff and breakfast.

Both rooms had a heavy smell of smoke and urine. Bed sheets had yellow spots floor sticky. Chair black stains, peep hole missing you can see in from the outside. Restroom wall and light switch DISGUSTING! Desk in room dirty. Would not recommend this motel!!

The first room we had was a smoking room and it was filthy, stains on the door and the bathroom smelled like poop. Burn marks on the curtains and sheets. After we complained we got a different room, non-smoking but also burn marks and questionable stains on the sheets not just one but a whole bunch!! The walls were super thin as well !! The TV connection was terrible and kept on skipping. Would not stay here again

While the room is clean, and the size is good, you can hear every single noise outside of your room and coming from the street. Cars are extremely loud and there is a whiskey bar across the street that plays loud bass music until after 2 AM. Good luck trying to get some sleep, especially on their very uncomfortable springy beds. I will not stay here again.

SureStay is located well for everything I needed to access. I appreciated the hot breakfast options, though a little variety would be nice for people staying several days. The price is competitive. The door to my room 222 needs replacing as it wasn’t plumb with the floor, and gale-force winds made sleep impossible at times. The heater also was difficult to regulate to a preferred temperature

I tried to book online and the Expedia app defaulted back to the current day I was searching instead of a future date. I booked the room and realized the checkin was for the same day! I immediately called to change the booking but SureStay refused to change the date. Expedia tried to help and could not get anywhere with the property manager. I wasn’t trying to cancel just move the date and they said no way. They obviously couldn’t care less about people.

Terrible customer service! They took my deposit for having "guests", which was not true. I WOULD NEVER EVER STAY THERE AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE TO GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE!

The property was not clean when we got there we took recordings of the property and I had to record management talking to me inappropriately she overcharged me $100 and promised me when I checked out it would be put immediately back on my card so when I called to find out why it wasn't put back on my card they said to me then that they were keeping my deposit because there was a footprint of dirt from the dog on the sheet and they were keeping my deposits for both rooms for a sheet that cost less than $10 and if you put it in the washer the paw print would have went away right away it's just an excuse so they could Rob people from their money that's it

It was older and you can tell they tried to do renovations. The pillows were so uncomfortable and the towels were very stained. The breakfast wasn't up to Best Western standards. Very limited. The hotel staff was great and very helpful.

Clean inside the room. Front desk Lady was very nice. Reassured us that our vehicle and contents would be safe as the night desk person would be keeping an eye on our truck with all our camping equipment. Can't thank her enough. My wife and I slept very well that night. The lady doing the breakfast was really on top of things with putting out the eggs and sausage. More than I expected.

We had a room facing the street sooo much noise because of the traffic and music playing till like 2 in the morning, could not rest comfortably, no breakfast was available even though it says breakfast included. Horrible experience.

This place feels like a halfway house. Did NOT feel safe. We came in after 1:00 a.m. and there was all kinds of activity happening in the parking lot and in the room above us. Left early in the morning to get the heck out.

This place feels like a halfway house. Did NOT feel safe. We came in after 1:00 a.m. and there was all kinds of activity happening in the parking lot and in the room above us. Left early in the morning to get the heck out.

I recently had Retna detached surgery. I made my reservation for the next night and not the night I was trying to stay. I talked to Expedia, I talked to the front desk both willing to change the reservation as I sat in the lobby. But the hotel manager was unwilling to change the reservation because I didn’t book the option to change but I did a same day booking but because of my eye I fat fingered the date and didn’t think I needed protection. No compassion for my mistake or the fact everyone was willing to change it for me except him. As you can tell the rating for this hotel keeps falling. So you know it’s not safe and the way the manager managed the situation scared me and I ran out occ to efe and spent more on a new reservation at the Fairfield Marriott.
