The staff were extremely friendly, the property was very clean and the decor was elegant. There was a gym, indoor and outdoor pools, laundry facilities, a business center, lodge area inside and outdoors as well by a fireplace. I was blown away at the accommodations and amenities. I ate the restaurant/bar and the food and service were too notch. I can’t wait to stay again.

If you are not on the top floor, the pounding from the floor above is ridiculously loud. If there is someone directly above you, the pounding is severe, but even if there is no one directly above you, the surrounding rooms above, you can still hear pounding footsteps. And the indoor pool looked really dirty and gross. Staff was nice. Property was nice and clean. I wouldn’t feel comfortable walking anywhere around the property.

The swimming pool outdoors was full of bugs after supposedly the pool maintenance man had “cleaned” it the day before. The indoor pool’s floor was dirty and the spa didn’t look too sanitary either. For the amount of money you pay I expected better.

There were no trash bags in any of our trash cans. Room was clean but seemed rushed and lacked attention to detail. The lamp shades were uneven. There was a dark hair on the shower mat. And NO trash bags!

The air conditioner was extremely loud making sleeping very difficult. Housekeeping, with no warning, did not clean the room every day leaving us without clean, dry towels, full trash cans and no coffee. When I went to reception to complain and get towels, the person at reception was on her cell phone making myself and another customer wait while she finished her obvious personal call. Also had to wait to check in for the receptionist to finish her cell phone call. Also had no complimentary breakfast. Next time I’ll stay at the Best Western next door.

Room was very nice buuut the microwave was in a cabinet and was sitting on the floor. Had to get on my hands and knees to warm something up.. also house keeping didn’t make my room up one day. Otherwise It was a nice stay

Called to get a towel and 30 mins went by and nothing called again to request and nothing over a hour passed and still couldn’t get a towel very dissapointed as I needed to shower and needed a clean towels but no one ever came to bring one

I requested adjoining rooms when booked and when I arrived they did not accommodate. Then she made me wait 39 minutes to check in because she was suppose to fix it, and after all that time she said she couldn’t do it; she blamed it on Expedia. Never coming back here, it ruined our stay.

Booked a room weeks in advance with a king for a reason as [ our infant sleeps with us] we enter the room to 2 queen beds and find out all the kings are sold out. No offer of compensation or apologies. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE night and inconvenient for $200 stay. Not happy. We will likely be staying elsewhere next time.

I’m legally blind and use walking cane to get around. From my arrival to hotel the front office staff were really helpful and friendly House keeping staff Maria helped guide me to room location and ice machine , Daniel from maintenance was helpful and took care of problem with charging station strip in room and got my phone charging, staff in Bistrom morning and evening shift really awesome and helpful as well. Five stars all around to the friendly and kind staff.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience. The ladies at the front desk were not friendly. I reported twice that we needed towels. Also the dispenser for hair conditioner was almost empty. When i reported that they brought a new bottle minutes before we were checkin out. I asked if they would allow us as a courtesy a late check out. They denied my request. I left 3 messages for the manager the next day she never called me back. will never stay at this hotel.

Spend the night in that city after attending a wedding. Room was clean, fully stocked and they have a coffee shop downstairs. Coffee and breakfast was good, making easy to get back on the road.

The staff were extremely friendly, the property was very clean and the decor was elegant. There was a gym, indoor and outdoor pools, laundry facilities, a business center, lodge area inside and outdoors as well by a fireplace. I was blown away at the accommodations and amenities. I ate the restaurant/bar and the food and service were too notch. I can’t wait to stay again.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Easy check in. There’s a bar and restaurant on the first floor. Checkout is at 12 pm which is a perfect time.

We loved our room. Very spacious, comfortable, and clean. Would definitely stay again. Food was ok. I wish I would have used the pool and hot tub. Maybe next time.

Need to train your employees about hospitality, the first front desk clerk was terrible…just waiting to her (Laura)time to clock out, didn’t even wanted to give us the attention instead told us to step aside and wait with a very rude attitude because I asked her what time was checking in…while we observe her stepping out if the property and waited there which took us over an hour and almost 2 hours to check in, because the next clerk didn’t even know what she was doing. When we actually checked in we went up to the room and the room was dirty but for our luck a housekeeping crew was there and kindly cleaned up the room in no time.

Rose was amazing we had an awful experience at a different hotel brand and Rose turned our day better. She greeted us with a smile, she was empathetic to what we had been through and even offered suggestions on what to do near the hotel. Our weekend literally was a mess but Rose definitely added light to our last night of our holiday weekend.
