The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable for my one night stay. The guy at the desk was friendly and provided a quick check in process. Parking was not an issue. My mom and I felt safe on property. The outside of the building is not a great representation of the clean rooms, so don't let that scare you away!

The check in process was great and fast! We did request a room that we could park outside of, and they made sure to give us that….however, when we went out for supper and came back; there were no spots available except the very back of the hotel. The room did have an odd smell that bothered us, but the air conditioning worked, and beds weren’t terrible. The shower is quite small, and no coffee machine in room. The staff were very nice

Dont let the pics fool you. For the price do not expect alot. Ice machine has been down, had to go across the street to buy ice.. we were reimbursed. Hotel could have bought small ice machine from Costco so ice is available. Overall if you just need to put your head down for the night... its an option

Room was just about filthy. Dead bugs, tons of dust. Mattresses smelled bad. This is a really cheap hotel. For few bucks more you can stay somewhere that is somewhat decent, or at least clean. Only saving grace was there were no bed bugs. But I was very concerned.

There were weird stains on the outlet and other places. There were flies in my room. Then I discovered maggots by the sink when I was getting ready for bed. They didn’t seem to understand why I wanted to switch rooms. But they did let me. The next room had burn holes in the bed spread. And the floor was not clean and so there was dirt on my feet if I walked barefoot. I overall felt anxious and unsafe the whole time but the second room was slightly better. Also the pillows smelled.

The sheets and pillowcases had stains and the chair had a couple of big stains. The tub didn’t seem very clean and there was a “body hair” in the sink and in the tub. The room smelled strange and I didn’t feel comfortable laying on the bed.

We had to purchase cleaning products to wipe the entire room. The bathroom had hair all over the toilet seat before we ever used it, the bathroom floors and walls are filthy! the shower had actual dirt in the tub, there is some type of food on the floor of the bathroom and it’s the dirtiest hotel room I have ever been in. When I made the mistake of checking the mattress for bugs the stains are unbelievable. The door doesn’t close without slamming it the bathroom door is broken. This place is gross. If we weren’t on the motorcycle we would have moved to another hotel but there is no refund either so we are stuck in this pit of a room until we can leave at first light. I am disgusted disappointed and so defeated. This room was over 200.00 for one night!

Prearrival: I attempted to add my friend’s name to the room and was hung up on twice. The third time I was told it was taken care of. It was not. The new renovations are really nice. I like the area, it is away from lot of traffic. The staff was very friendly and helpful - only thing was I requested no need for room service, but need towels and a garbage run. Twice. And they forgot, which is fine. They got me extra towels at 1 AM when I got back from a concert and sadly had to leave a lot of garbage around. :(

Gross! Long black hairs in the shower & the toilet. & The smoke detector had tissues stuck inside of it. The deadbolt does not work so I could not lock my door. Smells of mould. *** Staff made me feel extremely uncomfortable as a female alone; watching me walk away, I turned around to see if I was still being watched and sure enough I was every time. *****

I understand it was under construction for renovation, but two different times when I had to go to the main desk for something, I had to wait for anyone to show up - one time for over 15 minutes. I stayed there for 4 days and my room was never cleaned - one of my trips to the office was for TP.

America's Best Value inn Bangor was convenient for us, right off major highways and 5 minute drive to Cross Convention Center where we need to go. It is a decent, simple, no frills ( no pool, gym, no restaurant )inn. The bed was comfortable, ac works well (a bit loud when you are trying to sleep though), linens and towels were clean which is most important to us. The shower was good and clean. The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend the place if you just need a good night sleep.

The whole place is just awful. Was somewhat clean. Pictures make it look a lot nicer than it really is. Breakfast selections were minimal.

The whole place is just awful. Was somewhat clean. Pictures make it look a lot nicer than it really is. Breakfast selections were minimal.

Floors were very dirty. TVs in each room were different services. My room had Prime TV but my husbands had Directv. Tubs were very slippery. Had to ask for garbage bags daily. Breakfast was boiled eggs, packaged donuts, fruit and coffee

Pictures are deceiving, breakfast(continental) was not appealing, coffee in a machine that tasted like mud and not even real creamers lol. I walked in this morning to get a coffee(none in rooms) and saw a bowl of peeled boiled eggs really threw me off lol this was not worth what I paid at all.

The exterior of the hotel was not reflective of the rooms. Our beds were comfortable and the AC unit was brand new and great! Opportunity to update shower area but it worked for the 1 night we were there. Looks like they may be in the midst of updating rooms

Got to the room. Sat down to eat supper and watch a little TV to relax. No tv remote. Tried using the phone in the room and wasn't plugged in. Used my cell to call down to front desk to see about a remote, someone came up with a remote, & it wouldn't work, went back down to find another. Came back up supposedly synced remote to tv? Hot the volume to work, handed it to me said yup it works!. Then left. I then sat back down and tried to change channel. And nothing!. I gave up on it... I was already stressed cause I was going in for surgery in the morning. Oh and every time you flushed the toilet it would spray water out on floor from the bottom... Needless to say I'll never stay there again!.

The room smelled horrible, the bed isn’t look like it had fresh sheets. Then my most aggravating problem with this place, Every morning I was woke up to the damn fire alarm going off, very early I was on vacation I wasn’t trying to be woke up so early every morning. They also need to layoff the Fabulosa a cleaning product that just covers up smells. You couldn’t hardly breath when you 1st walk in.. I wouldn’t recommend this place for not even a strangers dog. Sorry too be so harsh but I don’t candy coat anything
