Beautiful hotel! Lovely atmosphere - the lobby has gorgeous artwork, the bar is beautiful, and staffed perfectly. We were quickly checked in, our room was fresh, clean, great view even from the third floor. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

Marriott always nice. I was pleased to see their breakfast in the hotel was very reasonably priced. Cheaper than Starbucks and better. Friendly staff, fast elevators, comfy beds. Convenient parking. All very nice.

I did not like the dining and bar closed too early even when the lobby was full of people. Parking is a bit excessive, it motivates using UBER instead (this would be a lose-lose situation for Marriot)

The room was fabulous—comfortable bed, a fridge, beautiful shower. But there was construction in the hallway, the bathroom sink stopped up, the restaurant served only a buffet, and the Starbucks on site had run out of chai tea, which is what I drink in the morning.

Too many charges, nickel and dimed to my bill. $39 to self park my car, after I paid $200 for the room. $21 per day for to connect ONE phone to WiFi. Additional charges if you want breakfast. The single employee struggled in the Starbucks to keep up with the customers, while the espresso machine was not working. I asked for a hot chocolate. “That machine is broke too.” I know it is not the Best Western, but they can do better, if they want to see me again.

Bed comfy, pillows much too soft and mushy. Breakfast at fresh was delicious, staff friendly. Had dinner with a group of 15 at fresh and the mgr and staff were very accommodating with our big group.

Dear Marriott Management, I wanted to share feedback about our recent experience at your property. While the hotel itself was good and we liked the place and cleaning staff was extremely good (Danielle), our breakfast experience on both Friday and today (Monday) was unfortunately disappointing. One of the servers, Nelli, was not at all hospitable. Maybe she was busy but she set the really negative tone to our both days.Her service was very unwelcoming, and lacked the warmth or professionalism we expect at Marriott. We felt uncomfortable, and rather than starting the day on a peaceful note, we were left not feeling great. In contrast, Natalie (who served us over the weekend) was absolutely lovely — attentive, polite, and exactly what one expects from Marriott hospitality. The difference between the two was stark. She knew our order and knew how we wanted as she understood and didn’t say its not there without seeing, that we already had that order. Additionally, we were disappointed that room service was not available during our stay, which made things less convenient, especially while traveling with family. I should have checked for my parents. We chose Marriott expecting a standard of service that unfortunately wasn’t upheld consistently during our stay. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously, as guest experience is defined not just by the property, but also by the attitude and efficiency of the staff. Thank you.
