Recently stayed at resident inn Marriott in La Mirada and had the most horrible experience soon as check in I ask about my points and the employee was condescending, he replied I would need to have your Marriott card in order to redeem points, I explain to him I never used a physical card it would be through my app or membership number, he said " maybe you can get one sent out" I told him that wouldn't be possible, he replied back " ya highly doubt it." I wanted to talk to a manager but none were on duty for the weekend. He then books me a room all the way in the back of complex by construction and garbage cans, the rooms were dated and dingy looking. Avoid #417 showering water overflows drainage issues, Following morning another employee tried to help me regarding my points which I appreciate but we shall see. Word of advice is let this be your last option yes it's nice to have the space, free parking and breakfast but there's a price of comfortability to pay for as well as customer service for a peace of mind. Overall experience was not good.
