La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Livermore

A little worn down. First room on the first floor had stains on the carpet and there was a beetle in the room so they moved our room to the second floor and it was much cleaner. Indoor Pool and hot tub was nice, they provide towels. Breakfast was good and had plenty of options, plus on the weekends it was served until 10. Plenty parking with a gas station next door. Very quite just wish they would take more pride in the cleaning. The elevator needed a little TLC. But overall it was budget friendly and I would stay again if I had to.

Good breakfast & fitness room. Large room, but a little grimy by the “closet” area, and shower curtain had a tear in it. Pool was freezing cold. I asked for a quiet room, but received one facing the freeway and there was quite a bit of traffic noise starting at 5:30am.

Stay in the executive sweet and it was really nice! The hot tub is secretly kind of a gem! Great for a work trip.

Our stay was good. Quiet room, good breakfast. Business center computer was not working.

I was told the swimming pool was nice and warm it was not freezing cold the jacuzzi was not working for a few hours until the electrician fixed it.

Hot tub was barely luke-warm. Water pressure in shower was poor.. The property is a good one and all else was good. But we have chosen this property many times for the indoor pool and hot tub. Sorely disappointed.

The pool was closed on my visit so the primary amenity wasn’t available. The room was in good condition but had a very small shower. The Front Desk manager was excellent

Random insects in the room, including cockroaches. Sticky residue on everything, random stains on linen, and malfunctioning dresser.

Room curtains were filthy had stuff all on them look almost like dried blood. Stayed one night, next morning woke up and opened curtains for light and there was a bedbug laying on the seal. Made it feel so uncomfortable after that. I left asap. Won’t stay there again.

The first room we were given hadn’t been cleaned, there was food on the floor and the window seal. The next room was cleaner but they hadn’t restocked anything so we had to ask the front desk staff for toilet paper. There was salt or sugar in a pile by the nightstand and wall, the drawers for the night stand and dresser were full of crumbs and what looked like a spilled drink, and cobwebs in our room and the hallways. The front desk and breakfast area are probably the only clean spaces.

There was cockroach in the room and the bathroom

Check in took forever. Room looked clean enough, nice. Very noisy air conditioner. In the morning as we were packing up, bed bug crawling on the sheets. Creeped us out. The front desk said manager would call the next day. No phone call.

The only good thing was the beds were comfortable, but everything was dirty; The counter, bathroom, dust and dirt in every corner of the room. One of the pillows was missing the pillow cover and was yellow stained. The carpet felt sticky. Wouldnt stay here again.

I discovered bedbugs in my room on the evening of my second day. I notified the front desk and they offered to move me to another room. I gave it a try but upon entering the room they moved me to the smell of cigarette smoke in the room was too much and I decided to leave the hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel in the common areas and pool was poor. I would not recommend this hotel and have filed a claim to be reimbursed for my stay.

Overall the entire hotel need TLC needs to be clean, paint, rooms are following apart, items in our rooms were falling apart, no clock in one of the rooms, the carpets need to be clean, I would not even take my shoes off to walk in the room. Sorry not good exit all

While my stay was but a few days I felt like this hotel was missing a few key components. First my wifi did not work at all in the room. I had to go to lobby for a decent signal. Second the water pressure was very low whipe showering. Not sure if this is common for hotels but I've definitely had better. Don't know if I'll be staying here again since it wasn't ghe most pleasant experience.

It’s an older worn property which needs to be updated in the rooms and hallways but the staff that I dealt with were very nice and friendly.

Comfortable and quiet. Good Internet service. Continental breakfast was appreciated.

The only downside was that the airconditioner wasn't able to keep up with the heat in the room. Room remained uncomfortably warm even at the lowest temperature setting and highest fan speed. Overall, though, good for the price.

The bed was very comfy, I had extra pillows and blankets. The room was clean and had plenty towels. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash containers were full and had a great scent. The room was soundproof. The breakfast was good and filling. I would definitely stay here again

My first room #311 (on the third floor) there was some make up stain the winkle bed sheets. I called and noticed the front desk and she asked me to come back down. I was placed in #222 on the second floor but got the view of the next store to a new construction building. The location is too hidden and very hard to find at night now.

Staff and room very confortable and quiet. Slept great.

The front desk staff was never in sight. All interactions with them, they were not smiling or inviting. The breakfast gal was amazing and the housekeepers were friendly. Just front desk staff did not seem too happy to be at work. Not just to us, but to other customers when observed.

The hotel is taken care of well. They had a good complimentary breakfast. The associate who checked me in paid attention to my request to the location of my room, which many hotels ignore.

Front desk clerk was very welcoming to our family. All amenities were meet.

This was the smoothest hotel check in I’ve ever had in my life. I did the pre-check in online walked in. The lady gave me the keys and it was first floor just like I asked, couldn’t ask for better.

Desk clerk was rude, ageist and discriminatory as I am disabled. I told her she was rude and refused me service, cancelled my reservation and I had to get another hotel room at Hampton Inn. I called Expedia last night and was told I would get a return call within 2 hours- have not heard back. Called Wyndom customer service and am expecting a call this morning.

Horrible front desk service. A mumbling no eye contact unprofessional person. Room was just flat out bad.

Roaches, Rudeness, and Filth — I Deserve a Refund I checked in around 11 PM after a long travel day and immediately had the worst hotel experience of my life. The front desk woman was beyond rude — no greeting, just threw her hand at me and said “ID?!” with attitude. I had done pre-check-in to make things smoother, and she only perked up once she realized it meant less work for her. First key didn’t work. When I went back, she blamed me for “holding my phone and the key together,” which apparently deactivates it. (Spoiler: I didn’t.) When I finally got into my room… it was INFESTED with flying roaches. I screamed and called the front desk. She answered just to say she was “off the clock” and someone would help me soon. I waited downstairs for over an hour — exhausted, needing rest for a wedding job the next morning — and no one helped me. Meanwhile, other guests were checked in without issue. Turns out she never told anyone I needed help. When I finally spoke with a different employee, he handed me multiple room keys to check out new options — ALL of which were also disgusting. One had roaches under the sink eating old Cheez-Its. Another had a roach crawl up my leg. The last one didn’t have visible bugs but had dry vomit next to the nightstand, brown stains on the walls and sheets, and used towels with mascara still on them. It was horrific. I barely slept 3 hours before my client’s wedding. I asked for a refund at checkout and was told I needed a manager override. Unsaf

Very accommodating

I did the online check in to speed things up but when I got there they only had booked 1 room and I booked 2 rooms. The employee quickly checked me in for the second room

We loved our stay at La Quinta. It was clean and quiet. Free breakfast is always a plus! Pretty good selection from oatmeal to eggs and sausage and few things in between. We loved being able to relax in the hot tub small pool in the evening after a long day out and about. My only minor complaint about the hot tub is that the jets were weak. Dog freindly is a huge draw for us. Our dog loved chilling on the king bed and fluffy pillows. Plenty of doggy bags around the facility to clean up. There isnt much around in walking distance. You have to drive to get to retaurants. There is a 7/11 across the street with a gas station. We definitely will be back if we are ever in the area.

Love that the fridges worked. Drinks were super cold! Unfortunately had to Uber anywhere for food. There's a 7 eleven that's walkable

Easy to find parking, easy access to and from the freeway

Very pleasant hotel with good staff and amenities. Only downside is traffic noise from nearby Interstate.

Clean room, close to the freeway, not congested and easy access. Had good in room amenities. Delicious water and coffee downstairs.

This was a perfect location with easy access to everything I needed on this particular trip.

Breakfast was great and the food was replenished as needed. Eating area was kept very clean. Nice indoor pool and hot tub although chlorine seemed a bit much. Parking was adequate and personnel we dealt with were friendly and helpful. Some furnishings were a little worn (like lampshades) but overall would recommend esp for families with children

Loved the breakfast

Easy parking, clean, good breakfast, pleasant staff, good water pressure. Too many hotels today are built to the standards of bean counters and updates are put off on the next operator. Fortunately this is not the case.

A lot of loud guests late at night, they did move our room. The breakfast was not edible.
