Wonderful easy in and out kind hostel. Good breakfast line up. Staff is super nice. Going through a remodel but was not intrusive, all in all not to bad. Would recommend staying on the 3rd floor you can hear the folks walking around just the thud of steps. Maybe just had heavy stepping 🚶‍♂️ people above .

The night staff was good but, the morning staff for breakfast was really bad. She was very rude and didn’t have proper food items there it was empty. Shut the light off at 9:58 am to eat breakfast while we were eating.

I found this property to be extremely clean and I would give it high marks in every area but one. It can be fairly easy to fix. The blanket on the bed was terrible...not like a blanket but a very light mattress pad with sides. It was not warm and I hardly slept all night because I was not comfortable. The bed itself was great, the sheets were soft but where are the blankets? I have stayed at Knoll in Napa, a Hilton Hotel, on several occasions and the bed is comfy and warm. I know they can fix this problem. I stayed awake thinking about going downstairs and sharing my opinion. The desk employee was really nice but not much he could do regarding the problem.
