Staff very helpful- we had a trailer and they had a safe space for us to park it near our room. The grounds are very beautiful and the pool is pristine. It’s WAY more luxurious than other hotels in the area

The front desk staff was approachable and accommodating. We had the opportunity to check in early and check out late. The hotel was clean and beautiful. Plenty of parking. And just overall a great stay!!

Loved the location and pool

Close to food. Nice pool. Very child friendly place. Yet it was very quiet and restful place. Just wish they had more then coffee for breakfast

I was able to get a jet tub room for the same price or even less than a regular room at a lot of other hotels. This is a basic hotel but it's clean and the money is well worth it

Older motel but extremely comfortable. Parking was easy right at the door. The staff was nice. I was able to work in peace & quiet.

Love the Jacuzzi tub in my room.

The shower was weird i was constantly spraying the floor. There was no comfortable chair to sit in. The poolwas clean and convenient.

The beds were very comfortable, air conditioning worked great. It was quiet and relaxing . The laundry facilities were nice and the pool was clean . Loved it all. Oh and the breakfast was filling. They had bags ready with an apple,yogurt, a bagel with cream cheese packet , cereal ,milk and a granola bar. They had orange juice and coffee . And the bag also had a blueberry muffin in it .

We had the jacuzzi room and it was so quiet.

From the moment we arrived, the front desk girl was rude. She was on the phone. Did not acknowledge us walking in. So after about 5 minutes, she finally told the person she would have to call them back. I said, hello in a friendly tone, she ignored me and started pecking on the computer, last name? Alrighty, so this is what we are doing. The hotel requires a one hundred dollar deposit, why do these low rated hotels in a not so great part of town always ask for this?? She also needed, not just my id but the id of each person staying in the room. I’ve never had that happen before. The interaction with this gal was cordial and annoyed. We were all happy but she wasn’t having it. She did perk up a bit towards the end of our check in. The room was the typical “clean” room upon first inspection. We soon noticed the flooring was broken in the path towards the bathroom and one misstep and you would have cut your toe. On one side of one of the beds you can see where the flooring person just gave up and didn’t even try to make the flooring meet the wall. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut, the hot n cold water in the shower was on the opposite sides of normal faucets. The toilet seat was like an amusement park ride shifting you side to side.To top it off we woke up to a cockroach crawling across the floor. The stairs to the 2nd floor, had a tripping hazard. My friend tripped 2 times but luckily was able to catch herself. We checked out after the 1st night. We reserved for 3.

Don't bring your bags inside they have bed bugs other than that the stay was ok

Black mold on the walls and linen wasnt clean at all.. i wished they would refund half my money due to they fact i had lil babies that could get sick from black mold

A very clean, quiet, and safe place to stay. I will definitely be coming back.

My room REEKED of nicotine as did my travel buddy in another room. My bathtub has a long existing leak as the carpet in the vanity area had nickeled up from the subfloor and was molded. The floor squished from rot. The hotel’s solution was to open windows and spray Frebreeze. I slept with windows open in November and still woke up with sore throat, eyes crusted shut and raspy voice (I don’t smoke). The staff was incredibly defensive and rude. No apologies. I pointed out that I was required to sign a form promising not to smoke or I’d be charged several hundred dollars. Obviously they do NOT clean when tenants smoke. And when I got to my event the next morning, my friend said they’d complained of the same thing. All of my close in my suitcase reeked of smoke. My hair was saturated. The pillows… the bedding… saturated. The chair had some horrible white stain on the side that looked like bodily fluids. Completely run down. Had I been able to go somewhere else I would have but everything was sold out and I had no choice because it was so late. Whoever is “managing” this property is NOT maintaining it and my room in particular should be condemned until repaired.

This hotel is cheap but is not worth staying at. There is a lot of homeless people around it and you have to wear shoes inside of your hotel room because the carpets are not cleaned and your feet will be black on the bottom.

While the room was clean and had a good mattress, there were several things that were irritating: the wifi was nearly useless, dropping out regularly. The tub drained extremely slowly. The USB plugs on the lamps didn't charge, which we didn't find out till morning.

Clean room and comfortable bed. Plenty of electrical outlets for charging devices. Decent size refrigerator and freezer. Would gladly stay again.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds and large rooms. I had my 2 year old grandaughter with me so having a larger room for her to play in was nice. Plus a bathtub not just a shower definitely a plus. I will stay here again.

This is an older motel but they seemingly do nothing to fight the aging process. My room phone didn’t work so I reported it but three days it still didn’t work. I needed to use it to ask about “wi-fi” password. So I used my cell phone to call the desk and was told it should have been on my key packet. It wasn’t. The sink was cracked. The shower was difficult to turn off and on . But the absolute worst bed I’ve ever tried to sleep. It felt like the ribs of a pull out couch. I have NEVER had a worse hotel bed. Overall from the desk to maintenance to room this should be a pass

This place provides the basics but they do it well. The rooms were clean and included in microwave and refrigerator. Parking was easy and available every night. Also close to shops and grape festival ground. Biggest problem was no internet on the first floor. Something that could have easily been avoided by adding more routers that are all on the second floor and do not pierce the walls to provide the service to the rooms downstairs. The staff were extremely apologetic although the internet service was not available the entire weekend. Again internet is the most important thing these days you can't have a room without internet. I spent very little time there and most of my time at Starbucks. Maybe I should pay them something! But overall very good if you don't need to have internet!

The property was clean and well cared for. The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. The only problem was that the facility is located in a part of town that you can hear a train. The train effected everyone in the area. It isn’t the Days Inns fault.

Front desk personnel were minimally courteous. One could tell they were doing what they were told to do but nothing more. Unit showed its age. Many coats of paint don’t renew the condition. Heating/AC unit was VERY noisy. You get what you pay for.

Spacious, clean sleeping areas. Old, poorly maintained cabinetry; missing handles; shower hose leaks in 2 places; shower faucets do not turn all the way off.

Easy to check in. A quiet area. The front desk was extremely helpful with my questions.

Every thing was perfect. But the Manager Cinda is rude and needs to find a new job she is not people friendly at all. If you have issues with your travel plans be aware. My flight was cancelled had to book another one was willing to pay the whole reservation for the room and she cancelled my reservation. It was all over the news FAA communication issues over 1000 flight me cancelled and she was mad that she couldn’t rent the room but I was paying for the days I was not there.

Staff was Kind and clear as well Quick and easy check in.

Didn’t just post the deposit as a pending charge- they actually charged it! Then had to wait for a refund and took a longer than expected time. Really noisy throughout the night – sounded like Construction was going on in the next room.

We stay at this hotel frequently when in the Lodi area. Lots of food options, good parking, nice rooms. Our room could use some sprucing up this time- had definitely seen better days, but still quite comfortable. Staff is friendly and professional. Their 'grab and go' breakfast is one of the best we have seen.

I was not prepared for a $100 charge on my credit card as a deposit. I'm used to having to give my cc in case there are incidentals, but I've never been charged before. It was a hassle and inconvenient. The breakfast was a waste of their money. They are living in covid times giving us a brown paper bag with food in it. If the food had been out in an area where we could have just taken what we wanted, we wouldn't have taken any of it, except maybe the yogurt. The staff weren't friendly and I felt like I was intruding or inconveniencing them the few times I was in the office (check-in, breakfast, and check-out). We would not return and will think twice before staying at a Days Inn in the future.

The place is old and musty. The rooms are tiny and it’s not in a safe location. It’s a budget hotel with ugly rooms and bad customer service. Avoid this hotel if you can. The pictures on the sight are misleading. I decided to find another place to stay.

Good location close to town and wineries. Clean, comfortable beds. Not enough water pressure in the shower. Shower head was old.

The area around the property is the only negative aspect. It’s not the best area to be in but felt perfectly safe on the motel property which is great!

If the razor wire on the walls surrounding the property is any indication, the area might be a little on the rough side. However, the hotel itself didn't feel unsafe. The grab and go breakfast was a little disappointing. On the bright side, it's a quick drive from the downtown area with plenty of restaurants to try

Property was convenient to access Hwy 99.

Very convenient location. Breakfast is limited, (they served inside the paper bag and picked up from the front desk - 6 am to 9 am). I'll definitely come back again because no issues only the room A/C heater is very noisy - couldn't sleep well other than that everything was good.

Staff were wonderful. Very friendly. Breakfast in a bag eas great for a day of travel.

Didn’t like that we couldn’t eat breakfast in the designated area. It wasn’t set up. We were given bags of breakfast items and not allowed to sit and eat.

The only thing that I could say that don’t like about this place, is the continental breakfast is a bag full of items, most of which I was not interested in, and didn’t even touch

Your website states a hot, fresh breakfast. There was not. I was given a “Covid” type bag.

We were in town visiting family and stayed here a couple of nights. Room fit our needs perfectly. It was clean and spacious (there were four of us and we did not feel cramped) had comfy beds and a shower with good water pressure and hot water. All staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. There was no hot breakfast- we were given a paper bag with breakfast items. We are not big breakfast eaters so it wasn’t a big deal but if you’re going to advertise “complimentary hot breakfast”, you should probably then have that. Overall, an ok stay and again, it was perfect for what we needed- a comfy bed at night and a hot shower in the morning.
