Staff was rude, didn't want to fix any issues, refused to help because I booked through Expedia. When I was talking to the front desk about switching rooms, I kept saying what. He said I was rude for that. I am hard of hearing and talking through thick glass wall was not helpful. Property was clean but the room was meh. The water was backing up in the bathtub due to hair clogging. If they cleaned the tub it would be noticeable. I also found someone elses contact on the nightstand. I dont wear contacts so gross. The A/C after being on for some time has like a faint smell. The room was located right next to the ice machine so it was pretty loud with people getting ice or maybe it was just the machine making ice. Hard to tell but it was just loud. I tried to talk to them about the things in the room when I left so they were aware for the next person, The response was thats nice & said they coplained to expedia, I said for what? They said the conversation when I checked in. SO I asked if the person at the front was aware I was hard of hearing, He said no. I feel like the front desk picked on me for that & was rude because I went through Expedia. Last I checked, regardless of how you booked the room you are still a guest at that hotel and should be reated like everyone else.

This was the first time we stayed at this property. We attended a conference at the Long Beach Convention Center, and that was why we chose this property. It is a nice budget property. Parking is limited but the hotel has nearby parking for a fee. There are lots of eating places nearby. They have Tesla EV charging stations in the parking area. I encouraged the desk person to include this in their marketing information. It's something we look for when trying to choose a hotel. The staff was very accommodating to our needs.

I really liked the layout of the rooms. With 2 beds, they were in separate rooms so more privacy. Great restaurant next door for breakfast and a good italian restaurant one block away.
