I like the spa in our private room. I also like our living room suite. I like their clean swimming pool that open 9am to 9 pm. We had a good time swimming. i will tell my friend to stay here as well.

didn't like the bed. hated climbing the stairs with our bags - they need an elevator. no shelf in the shower for soap and shampoo. our friends left early 'cuz they couldn't sleep in the hard bed. there was stuff outside, matresses, furniture, paint, furniture moving dollies. lots of road noise from hiway 101. the good: no bed bugs.

This place is being remodeled, and the rooms are looking great with new paint and flooring., the bathroom has new tiles and the rooms are spacious. We enjoyed taking a bath with hot water and the relaxing jets in the tub! In the morning coffee is ready and a few other choices to enjoy with coffee. Thnx and we will be back. Great value for the price!!

It was very close proximity to our tournament (soccer) so that was a huge plus. Lots of parking, pet friendly. Area on side of hotel for pets to walk around. Close to freeway, friendly staff. Prompt staff when we needed anything. Basic free breakfast.

Went for a getaway with a Jacuzzi suite checked in late due to traveling. Went to go hop in the Jacuzzi and soak my bones. and it only had cold water. Total buzz kill packed up and left two hours into my stay

Pros: the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Cons: freeway noise on the back side is very loud. No conditioner in the shower. Dining area only had 4 tables so we had to eat breakfast in the lobby. The breakfast options were minimal.

Outdated, and filthy. The refrigerator had a brown liquid, microwave was dirty, room was filthy, bed linens had stains and the room smelled like mold and cigarettes. We immediately left and booked another hotel down the street. Surprised Expedia had this place as an option. Do not recommend.

The room was awful. Huge mold spots on the ceiling in the bathroom. The room has a stale smell. They had a truck on blocks in the parking lot. Ice machine was slimy and disgusting. We sent you an email with pictures and still no reply.

Overall, it was a great experience! The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were modern and up-to-date. The only drawbacks were that our neighbors were a bit loud and the breakfast options were limited. However, given the affordable price point, I didn't expect much more. I'd rate it 8 out of 10.

Restroom was not cleaned at all, bath tub, toilet seat , floors all dirty with pubic hairs . Towels were asked to be replaced. Not the best sanitary location. As well as not being vacuumed and bed sheets not changed

The breakfast was okay for permade food,Only problem we had was with the tv remote,it didnot work and called front desk and person explianed that would a repair person up in 10 mins,no show and called again was told they were hung up and will be another 10 min after waiting wnt downstair and tried find out how much longer,She really did not know.Finally someone showed and fix our problem,expliianed the the person they need more infromation on these T V s,the main problem was the remote was not programmed for the tvThis took almost 1 hour.I was not happy.

Property is in the midst of a major renovation and the rooms were not finished. This should have been disclosed in the ad on this website. The room was about 50% furnished. No TV, No Dresser, No Closet. Very spartan and could not stay there as my wife always unpacks completely and uses the dresser and closet every time we travel. We had to cancel this room and check into another place nearby at a higher price since it was last minute. Might be nice in a few weeks but right now, NOT GOOD!!!!!

Apparently they are remodeling. We were told after we paid and got our room key. A bed, nightstand, mini fridge, and microwave were literally the only things in the room. Not a chair, nothing. There was a pile of furniture on the side of the building.

Checking in was quick, nice clean updated room, king size bed, accommodating management. The only downside was the road noise, twin size pillows on king size bed and small tv with not a lot of movie channels included. Just small items wouldn’t keep me from staying again.

The key card didn’t work had to be brought to the office five times. Bathroom had no soap The water went off for a few hours. They never informed us that the water was off. When we were tried to take a shower and it didn’t work I had to go down the office and ask them and then they said oh yeah, the waters going to be off for a few hours And the top lock was broken off in the room. There was no furniture in the room. Bedsheets were not long enough for the bed. The TV didn’t work unless you had your own codes to get in. The TV appeared to be used by a fire stick, but you couldn’t get into anything unless you had your own codes. This was the worst Hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

I did not stay at the property for any amount of time after seeing the condition of room. I quickly proceeded right back to the front desk to tell them it was awful and I needed a refund because I couldn’t sleep in a filthy room. There was also a number of police cars driving through their lot circling with their lights off. This was enough for me to feel extremely unsafe and there was no way I was staying even though it was almost 4 am at this point and I had been driving for over 10 hours. (And already paid online for this hotel) It was after 3 am when I checked in and took them over half an hour just to check us in. Once we finally got to the room, we were horrified. I can attach pictures if necessary but their online reviews also have plenty of proof. A quick google search validates everything I experienced as I am one of numerous people with the same experience. The lady checking us in was polite but the “manager” who came from the back after I told them I wasn’t staying and needed a refund was extremely disrespectful and almost refused to even give me back my deposit which they claimed could be “cash only”. I explained how I would need my deposit back now as I am leaving and it was cash and I wouldn’t be staying at their facility at all. He eventually agreed but was just horribly rude and not helpful in anyway. It was obvious to me that they do not care and probably end up scamming everyone who books with them online and then sees the room after.

The woman at the front desk was not friendly at all. Seemed like she was in bad mood. Other than that the place was nice, there was some work being done in the office it was a bit messy but it’s understandable.

I drove around the back of the hotel to find a parking and saw something like homeless encampment at one corner with lots of trash and junks around. I didn't feel safe parking my car there and ended up parking in front where the receptionist can see my car.

It was very close proximity to our tournament (soccer) so that was a huge plus. Lots of parking, pet friendly. Area on side of hotel for pets to walk around. Close to freeway, friendly staff. Prompt staff when we needed anything. Basic free breakfast.

It was a charming location with newly upgraded amenities that made the stay comfortable. It is also close to the 101 freeway which is convenient if you wanted to rest while traveling outside of a major city.

Checking in was quick, nice clean updated room, king size bed, accommodating management. The only downside was the road noise, twin size pillows on king size bed and small tv with not a lot of movie channels included. Just small items wouldn’t keep me from staying again.

First time having such bad experience in a hotel!! It's not the pictures that are posted on line to show those pictures are very old!! Theres homeless leaving in the back parking lot the smoke alarm was off the ceiling no tv control trashy looking on the back by the pool and breakfast was included yet we never seen no breakfast at all!! So disappointed!!

Pros: the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Cons: freeway noise on the back side is very loud. No conditioner in the shower. Dining area only had 4 tables so we had to eat breakfast in the lobby. The breakfast options were minimal.

I believe all the rooms including bathrooms have been recently remodeled and the furniture and bathroom fixtures are all nice. The king size bed is comfortable. The ad on Expedia states breakfast included but due to renovations that was not available. The price was low so having to get breakfast was I’d recommend this hotel

The breakfast was laughable. They didnt even have those pre wrapped pastries as an alternative. There was maybe 1/2 a loaf of dry white bread on a tray, and tater tots as the hot food. No eggs, no fruit no juice. There was a dry cereal dispenser with a blend of several types, and there was milk. Pet fee was $50 per day per animal. We were charged 3 days pet fee for 2 night stay. There was also a 47 fee for "upgrades" I will not choose this property again.

Under renovation so not perfect but great customer service and the Roku tv puts them in a league of their own, ahead of the times! They also have breakfast, which was adequate, but, the coffee? Unbelievably, surprisingly good. I mean absolutely surreal, the coffee was. Solid 4 out of 5 stars, we enjoyed the quiet, humble accommodations, just wish we had taken the time to take a dip in the pool. Thank you guys, look forward to seeing the update when it’s finished!

It's a nice and cozy place: Very convenient for our commute for the swim meet. Breakfast is good and tasty, our kids like it. Only improvement if they can manage the tv because the remote isn't compatible so we cannot change the channels.

Good size beds and updated rooms unfortunately the outlets by the beds were not working but the outlets by tv worked and the water temparature were switched cold on hot. The free breakfast was nice, my daughter enjoyed cereal, yogurt and juice. Staff were friendly.

Overall, it was a great experience! The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were modern and up-to-date. The only drawbacks were that our neighbors were a bit loud and the breakfast options were limited. However, given the affordable price point, I didn't expect much more. I'd rate it 8 out of 10.

DO NOT STAY HERE! There were people yelling, fighting and banging on doors at 3 am. There was a room with a video camera facing outside. People yelling about being owed money. I told the manager and he acted like he knew nothing about the disruptions, but he also seemed to know which room the noise came from. Not appropriate for families. Or anyone expecting to sleep.

This place was so disgusting I was shocked Expedia would allow them on the site. The room smelled like cigarette smoke and there wrrr stains on the furniture. There was another room Couple doors down with a surveillance camera point out the window. And the owners are rude. We were in town for A soccer tournament and Thought we were staying here for convenience. Checked in, saw the room, and left. Didn’t even stay. Found another hotel down the road.
