Located very close to the harbor, restaurants and bars. Parking for guest and also a Tesla v3 charger on site. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Nice clean room. They have a nice sun deck on property which is a great place to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sunset. A very nice premium continental breakfast is provided by the hotel. Great place to stay with the family. Will be back.

This was a nice hotel to stay at. We didn’t have the view of the rock from our room but the other side of the hotel did. I liked the 2nd floor outdoor seating area. The outdoor seating area had enough furniture to sit on during breakfast. They have a small parking area but I didn’t have trouble finding parking in the lot. The beds we’re also comfortable.

The room was not ready on time it was available 45 minutes late. The room had a very strong smell of Fabuloso/Pineso. The smell was so strong that gave me a head ache. The staff was being rush to get the rooms ready, and they only clean it half way done. The floors where not swept. The toilet was leaking, the pillow cases where not changed. I felt very discusted with the room condition, because it felt fealthy. I had to put towels on top of my pillows because I felt very unconfortable. I will not stay in that hotel anymore.

121 hotel room smelled like mold, it didn’t feel very clean either. You can see traces of mold in the bathroom. Floor felt icky!! Lights from the cars hit you right in the eyes on the first floor of the blinds are open. Stingy hotel, didn’t wanna give 30 mins late checkout for free. Service was just okay. Could have been cleaner!

Our stay wasn’t the worst stay I’ve had, but it is by far the worst Best Western I’ve stayed at. The air conditioning did not work and I was hot all night and couldn’t sleep. The bathroom was missing body wash and the tub was sandy from the previous guests. I would definitely stay somewhere else if you can afford it.

Overall very pleased with my stay, Facilities were in excellent shape and the room was clean, quiet and had a great view of Morro Bay. Would definitely consider staying here again. Taking one star off because the bed frame made a loud banging noise in response to almost any movement and the staff was more than 30 minutes late opening for the breakfast on the last day of my stay. (Ended up eating next door at Carla's instead)

The hotel was nice, clean and convenient for our stay. Unfortunately there were a few downsides which I felt let down the experience. When we arrived, we were given a room which still had guests in. Although quickly rectified, we weren’t the only ones checking in with issues. We had big issues with the shower. It was either freezing cold or scalding hot, with no in between so unfortunately, it was a cold shower or nothing. Finally, the air conditioning unit was a constant noise all night which wasn’t the most pleasant noise to try and sleep too. When going to check out the following morning, there was nobody at the desk to express some of our issues too. After waiting a few minutes, we left our key and departed. In summary, the hotel is nice enough, it’s just disappointing that we had the issues that we did as it spoilt our stay a little. Fortunately, we were just using it as a place to rest for the night rather than an extended period however I would have left for another hotel if we had booked more than one night.

The room was neat and clean. The bathroom a little small. There were no directions inside on how to operate the tv. The beds were comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful at the desk. It was within walking distance of the ocean front shops and restaurants. I would stay there again.

Mother daughter trip to get out of the triple digit heat in Bakersfield. We very much enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy and staff member Garrett was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. All the staff we encountered were very friendly. However, the bathroom was a bit small, and shower head needs updating as the water came out as a spray. Could probably use new pillows too. But otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and will stay there our next visit. It is super close to food/shops/Morro rock/beach.

When we arrived for our 3 PM check-in, the office was locked up, with a note saying someone would return shortly….slowly, but surely people started lining up at the door. People had been waiting there for an hour before I got there trying to get into the lobby to check in, the person in the lobby that day was MIA finally returning around 3:30 with some lame excuse about having to return a customers computer, same thing happened the next two mornings when I got up to go into the lobby at 6 AM to grab coffee, the lobby was locked up nobody to be found with a note on the door saying they would return by 7:30 AM! Of all the years I’ve been staying at hotels I have never encountered this type of poor management. The room was another letdown, they squeezed two queen beds into a room that was obviously only meant for maybe a twin. You had to turn sideways to walk at the end of the bed and the dresser to get to the bathroom. This was the shoddiest hotel room, and hotel experience ever I will never return .

Extremely rude and impolite staff upon arrival, we were treated very badly because we booked with Expedia, in their opinion the worst operator for booking, and with that price they would have given us the worst room in the hotel. And so she did.

Owner refused to check in guests that waited and waited to get into their rooms. She was in the back in the phone which was on speaker phone. No one started checking guests in until 20 minutes after check in time. Not very organized. Owner said when person came back from lunch we’d be checked in. Who goes to lunch during check in time? One towel short in room and never brought after being requested.

We just stayed a night, but absentmindedly left a personal item behind in the room. Upon realizing it, I called back to check — Michelle and Lori found it, and went out of their way to have it packaged and mailed back to us, something I wouldn’t even expect some 5-star hotels to do. Thanks Michelle and Lori!!

The old woman who was on the front desk of the hotel when we checked in around 8-9pm was so rude. She snapped fingers at us. And when our AC was not working she asked us to fix it by ourselves and when we were going the same she came and spoke very rudely asking us to get out and all the curse words. You can see the CCTV’s for proof. By her behaviour it almost seemed like she was did drugs. Please do a background check prior to listing them in the website as it gives a bad name to your website as well. We also heard that she was probably the owner of the motel. Also, yes, it’s listed as a hotel but when in reality it’s just a motel.

Located very close to the harbor, restaurants and bars. Parking for guest and also a Tesla v3 charger on site. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Nice clean room. They have a nice sun deck on property which is a great place to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sunset. A very nice premium continental breakfast is provided by the hotel. Great place to stay with the family. Will be back.

Easy check in process and clean rooms. Enjoyed that they actually have the full size of toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, instead of giving you the little packets like other places. We had an issue with our door not closing, but Garrett fixed it with no issues. They have a great breakfast too! Lots of options to choose from. The gentleman who checked us in and out was super pleasant as well. Will definitely be staying here next time we go to Morro Bay.

Overall very pleased with my stay, Facilities were in excellent shape and the room was clean, quiet and had a great view of Morro Bay. Would definitely consider staying here again. Taking one star off because the bed frame made a loud banging noise in response to almost any movement and the staff was more than 30 minutes late opening for the breakfast on the last day of my stay. (Ended up eating next door at Carla's instead)

Stayed during the 4th of July weekend and had a great time! The hotel is minutes from the beach and restaurants and the shops. You have a nice view of Morro rock. Room was nice and clean and the breakfast was good! Will stay here again

Breakfast was a joke... 6 people got 6 plates, 6 omelets no room to seat and eat, no spoons.... really disappointing. No elevators to 2nd floor. Dated rooms.

The check in process was very slow. And even though they went to check my room before I entered, it was not very clean. The floor, specifically, was not clean at all. The towels felt like sandpaper and the bedspread was faded and/or dirty. The bed was very comfortable though - and the ceiling fan was great. I feel like it was overpriced for the type of property that it was.

Staff was very abrasive and made not only myself but other guest feel unwelcome and a bother. The other guest checking in were discussing how rude the women was who did the check in. She kicked out multiple guest from the lobby forcing everyone to go outside until she was ready. Same thing happened at breakfast people where inline getting their breakfast and she announced that people needed to getout of the lobby and go to the deck or thier room. Getting into the room it had a terrible smell. We booked a room with a view and did not get one. The beds were very uncomfortable and pillow are extremely small. They are in the shape of a square and just big enough to cover your head. We also selected a larger room but the bathroom was very small and extremely difficult to have space to bath children. The celling fan did not have a cord and the light did not work. I wont not ever stay here again. Do not recommend

Convenient location, but parking was inconvenient. Bugs crawling in bathroom and the bed was extremely noisy every single time you moved. Sink had a huge crack in it that was glued back together. Cords fell right out of the outlets. Unable to charge devices. Car headlights shine right through blinds at all hours of the night. In desperate need of updating. Owner is very dedicated. Cooks breakfast herself/ fresh bakery items and it is great.
