Casa Mani Resort Napa Valley, Curio Collection by Hilton

Hotel war gut gelegen, leider waren die Zimmer so, dass der Schlafbereich an der Hauptstrasse lag. Frühstück war ok. Der Indoor Pool recht gross, der grössere recht kalt, der kleinere dafür sehr heiss. Parkplatz kostete 20 $ pro Nacht.

The rooms are amazing, beautiful, spotless perfection. Location is perfect. The staff is 50/50. The first night I had a very help friendly employee check me in. 2 nights later when I decided to extend my stay, the lady was very rude and condescending and I found out that she was in fact the manger which was disheartening. But besides that my stay was great.

The Embassy Suites Napa is going through a transition to Curio, a boutique hotel chain. The room was tasetfully rennovated. But as we booked the hotel as an Embassy, we had expected the Embassy ammenities like the onlette breakfast and a workout facility, neither of which were available during the tranisition. They offered premade breakfast burritos which were actually pretty good and cold continental choices. As for a gym, after talking to another manager, they offered passes to a nearby facility. We have stayed there multiple times and have enjoyed our stays. But the transition to their new brand could have been a bit more seamless. Or the hotel listing should have been more informative of the brand change and possible change in available ammenities.
