River Terrace Inn

Room is clean, staff is friendly and super helpful and the exterior is fabulous with very beautiful walk ways! The location is very convenient; walking distance to great restaurants and shopping centers! Highly recommend to others!

I was disappointed that my room did not have a balcony as I expected. I did not expect to have one of the rooms that has a balcony overlooking the river, but I at least expected a balcony with a "city" view. After initially moving into my room, I checked the property's website my room and, indeed, there is a picture showing a balcony. It appears that some Kings have a balcony and some do not. I recommended that their website be updated to distinguish between the two types of rooms. I brought this up to the front desk staff, and they were able to move me to a King room with a balcony. I must say though, they could have "knocked it out of the park" by moving me to a room with a balcony onto the river (mine looked out onto the parking lot). I want to specifically call out Marisol who is the person who checked me in and then followed up on my situation later in my stay.

Great staff, clean, new, great food, great drinks

The room was in good condition , staff was very pleasant. However the wall between the rooms is very thin I could hear my next door neighbor snore . I could hear the steps from the person on the upper floor above our room.
