Property is in a great location! Just needs some tender loving care! I recommend a meeting room where people can gather. So they won’t do it in your Parking lot where it may cause fear to others. And I recommend a deposit with each stay for any damages made to your rooms. I also recommend a good cleaning crew to clean the outside. I had a clean room and I slept very comfortable! So I was happy! Overall I had a good night!

They were remodeling the rooms. Flooring, bathrooms. which is great, but a little dusty and onsite construction living quarters is a turn off. My room was nice and had been redone. Comfortable bed, good, plumbing. Update the furniture would be great too. 150.00 room? nope!

Good for a comfortable, quiet night. Right by Denny's and stores. Didn't diminish my stay, but the hotel's maintenance could be better. The pool should be fixed, and the walls in my room needed paint.

Your hotel room was well kept and clean. The beds were comfortable. I had a good night sleep. I do feel you need a better cleaning crew for the outside of the hotel and a meeting room where people can gather and spend time together and not in your parking lot where it can cause fear to others. But over all I had a restful peaceful night. Your hotel is old but it can be a very nice hotel with a little work into it! I recommend a deposit for any damage to your rooms so if they smoke or damage the room. You keep the deposit! This way you will have nice rooms all the time. Just a suggestion!

I visit this hotel before but this time I was shock with the conditions hallways dirty cigarrete buts all over, dirty spots, beverage spills, debries, paper and other items. The non smoke rook had cigarrete but on the flor, baseboard full of dust, carpet dirty and wet, bathroom floor sticky and dirty had to use a towel to clean a little, inside shower was also dirty and frame complete ruty, AC filters complete dirty. TV no channels, had a sign to download my own apps or to use my personal account. Called the office and was told maybe the connections did not work and to use my personal TV account. The faucet had to play with it to shot off the water

This hotel is unacceptable and unsafe. It has no WiFi, no working cable or TV, and is the dirtiest place I've ever stayed. The facilities are extremely old, with a sink, shower, and toilet flooded with water and covered in green bacteria. The room is infested with ants, and the bed is full of hair and reeks of cigarette smoke. Additionally, the doors are broken, making the place feel very insecure. Avoid at all costs.

Mattress lumpy and springs felt through. Two beds squeezed into single room. Bed flushed to air unit. Went to office and demanded refund on a NO refund reservation. Owners well aware of condition of room. Gave us our refund after they inspected the room. Do not stay here.

The place smelled horrible and the receptionist spoke to me through a tiny window while I’m outside freezing, but the top grossing thing was that once I entered the bathroom it was filthy in poop and piss on the toilet seat!!! Gross!!!

This place was a nightmare. Outdated. Peeling paint, multiple paint colors, chipped toilet seat, loose caulking. The door looked like it had something ripped off of it. Someone punched a hole in the wall. I was afraid to get under the blankets in fear of getting bed bugs. I had to gather the three pillows to sleep on because the mattress was so stiff. Four channels with wires hanging from the T.V. The mirror was crooked and behind the tv and dresser. The dresser was missing a drawer and looked like it belonged to someone’s grandma. Some unknown pink thing stuck to the sink. The only amazing thing they had was the heater. Yuck! What a nightmare.

I booked a two night stay, my room key was only keyed for one night. The room was very shabby, the bed was very uncomfortable. Way to firm for me. Basic cable for entertainment. Had to plug in my phone and work tablet in the bathroom. No outlets available near the bed. Only a fridge in the room and a few disposable cups provided. Plus a bag for the ice machine. AC worked better in the evening. Only soap bars provided in the bathroom.

AC worked good. Bed was comfortable. Clean but definitely needs upgrades,Shower faucet pulled so hard to turn on ,thought i was going to break pipes..Back area noisy,heard freeway all night.. Stated they had some cable TV. EVERY channel was snowing with static, watched baseball playoffs on my phone

First there was issue because there was no body at the desk that I coulda’t get my room to get ready for a church meeting because they were out to lunch even though I already had the room paid for, but found out that she was the only one there, but at least we weren’t too late for the meeting.

I booked and arrived at 8:10 and staff wasn’t in the office it said closed and out for lunch . It said they would be back at 8 and it was 8:16 when I walked to the office . So I am in my car waiting for the office person to arrive so I can check in . And it’s now 8:25 pm

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The room I was given was dirty, with a strong smell of smoke lingering throughout. To make matters worse, the lock on the inside door was broken, which raised serious security concerns for me. Additionally, the shower only had cold water; there was no hot water available at all. It took 1 hour and 30 minutes to check us into our room. Then the next morning the housekeepers and the front desk receptionist knocked on our door and called multiple times for us to leave early in the morning (waking us up) when we were told we could check out at 11:30 am. Absolutely terrible service and the rooms are disgusting and filthy. Will never stay here again and would never recommend.

Upon arrival man at the front desk was rude and did not give Wi-Fi pass code. TV didn’t work and shower had cold water only so I pick up the phone to call for help. Phone didn’t work so I called from my cellular. Man who answered said to wait for hot water pipes work that way. Next morning at 9 am we went to lobby for coffee. There was a drop so I told a female employee. She said that was it no more coffee.
Upon arrival man at the front desk was rude and did not give Wi-Fi pass code. TV didn’t work and shower had cold water only so I pick up the phone to call for help. Phone didn’t work so I called from my cellular. Man who answered said to wait for hot water pipes work that way. Next morning at 9 am we went to lobby for coffee. There was a drop so I told a female employee. She said that was it no more coffee.

Property is in a great location! Just needs some tender loving care! I recommend a meeting room where people can gather. So they won’t do it in your Parking lot where it may cause fear to others. And I recommend a deposit with each stay for any damages made to your rooms. I also recommend a good cleaning crew to clean the outside. I had a clean room and I slept very comfortable! So I was happy! Overall I had a good night!

I liked how it was very affordable and just off of the freeway with breakfast restuarant in same parking lot. It had graffity on tables, the fridge that was in there was broken and moldy, the TV service or cable was not working, the curtains were half broken, and there was no hot water with a brokem shower nozzle.

Staff was very nice and check in fast. However that's about it. Property looks a bit run down, some shady looking folk loitering around, room was rather gross. Stains on sheets and walls, lights didn't work, shower head was hanging on by a thread out of the wall, no modern charging options, and the little decor their is was very dated and dingy. Also, looks like there are people living out of some of the rooms with a lot of clutter. Too bad, good location too. Won't be staying here again.

Good for a comfortable, quiet night. Right by Denny's and stores. Didn't diminish my stay, but the hotel's maintenance could be better. The pool should be fixed, and the walls in my room needed paint.

The staff was so nice that i feel bad writing this review, but the hotel was so bad we left after an hour. The bed was dirty, the sink sprayed water everywhere, it smelled bad and we witnessed drug deals and solicitation in the parking lot. Several of both, in fact. Ive never left a hotel before but we felt very uncomfortable

Property was not well kept or clean. Appears to have the “wrong crowd” in all areas of the hotel. Ie…lots of drug use, homelessness, mental illness surrounding that area. (Nothing against that) but definitely not where I would want to bring my family or my children. We were there only 2 nights both days cops filled the parking lots. It was a play to lay our heads. On our second morning, at about 6am… someone was banging on our door which appeared to be a prostitute looking for her suspected Jon. It was sketchy to say the least. The only thing that was nice was the el pollo loco in the parking lot we could get some fast food from.

Your hotel room was well kept and clean. The beds were comfortable. I had a good night sleep. I do feel you need a better cleaning crew for the outside of the hotel and a meeting room where people can gather and spend time together and not in your parking lot where it can cause fear to others. But over all I had a restful peaceful night. Your hotel is old but it can be a very nice hotel with a little work into it! I recommend a deposit for any damage to your rooms so if they smoke or damage the room. You keep the deposit! This way you will have nice rooms all the time. Just a suggestion!

If you need a place to sleep and a shower for under $100. It perfect. I refuse to pay $300 a night for stuff I don’t use. Plenty of places to choose from to eat and shop. The lady at the front desk is kind and her heart is in the right place.

Clean rooms...9/10 clean bathroom. Plenty of places around for gas, food or snacks. Very friendly staff any problems I had were easily solved rite away. Comfortable beds and the pillows on the bed were new. We didn't get in the pool, it's not heated but very clean. I stay here all the time because I have a lot of appointments a UCLA it's the perfect halfway stop

Check-in took over 30 minutes. I had received a confirmation mail hours before arrival but was told they never confirmed my booking. They did not have a room that we booked (2 queen beds). We were initially given a room with a king size bed and then moved to 2 full size bed room with missing amenities (no TV, no closet, etc.) after they realized we were a family of 3. Partial refund was not offered deapite the downgrade. Floor was dusty especially in bathroom. Cockroaches coming out of drain. Woman yelling and cursing on the phone all night right outside of our room. Worst hotel experience ever.
