Staff are great but WiFi costs $ and the TV really only has 3 channels. Microwave is by the pool which may be a walk depending on which room you’re at. Parking is good. Shower is okay. Bed is okay.

Service was excellent my stay here was easy it was clean. Just a regular hotel. Nothing fancy. But as long as its clean im good. They had security on the property. Was not noisy slept like a baby

The staff was very friendly and nice. The room was small, carpet was dirty and loose, mold in the shower, and ceiling was cracked and patched in the bathroom. Refrigerator worked really good. Pool and hot tub was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable and linen was clean. Conveniently located.

Everything necessary was close by .Staff very helpful and accommodating , like always . Vending machines and laundry (microwave oven) accessible 24/7 .Check in/ out quick and easy .

Check-in through a dark window instead of a lobby. Lobby was closed even though it was before 6:00 PM - Could barely hear or see the clerk due to freeway traffic noise. Bathroom floor had a puddle and the carpet next to the bathroom was wet. Room was dirty, needed painting. Magnetic door lock was hit or miss for operation. Bathroom light sometimes went on.

There were bed bugs, cockroaches and unclean linens. The rooms were horrible and just altogether disgusting.

The 1st room I was in had dirty sheets and bed bugs on the mattress and mattress cover. I asked for a different room and was told no because they were all booked (which I knew to be a lie). I was given a stack of folded sheets to change myself because heaven forbid the front desk lady get off her butt to help me. I asked 3 times to get our room switched but was told they only had one bed smoking rooms left. I went up to change the sheets and couldn’t do it. Not only was the bed disgusting but there was a cockroach waiting for me in the bathroom. I went back downstairs and called her bluff. I said I’d take another room even if it meant only having one bed. She pretended to search the computer and after 2 seconds told me she’d move some things around. I played along and thanked her. The next room had similar issues so I took the sheets she gave me and put them over the made bed and used the throw I had in my car for a blanket. The rooms are dirty, and the bathrooms aren’t any better. The water in the shower will go from cold to scalding hot with no warning. Everyone in the complex uses the one filthy microwave that’s downstairs in the laundry room. I spoke with a woman while waiting to use the microwave and she told me how she also demanded to change rooms bc of how disgusting her first room was. She said she unknowingly got the carpeted room and it was just filthy. The manager (or so he said he was) was so incredibly rude. There were two office staff that were nice.

When I checked in we got our room all we needed as a signature no id or card. When we got to our room, the bed had hair on it like a dog had rolled all over it so I had to take off the covers and we ended up sleeping without covers, the bathroom had soap from the last guest and it was a non smoking room and it smelled like someone had smoked in there with the door and window closed. Worst place to stay.

They really need to remove the carpet because it has been there since for decades and smells like it. Found long black hair on the bathroom floor. Dust on the selves. Disgusting chairs. The bed and sheets were clean and the only good thing about the room.

Rooms looked nothing like the pictures. This is by far the dirtiest hotel i have been inside. We got two rooms, both rooms smelt like wet dog and wet carpet. The sheets were dirty, floors looked like they had not been swept or mopped. There was a table that had spilt ice cream on it. The floors were covered in dog hair inside and outside. I would like to say that the lady at the front desk seemed overwhelmed with a lot on her plate and she still handed this situation. She apologized and we got our refund.

I had a large cockroach walking across the floor in the bathroom. Sheets were dirty as if the folded sheet fell on the ground and they didn't put the top sheet in the dirty laundry basket.

Checking in was easy, no issues. The guy at the front desk was very friendly. They dont have an elevator so if you have an issue with stairs try getting a 1st floor room. The room itself was clean but could use some updating. The bed felt like i got sloped to the middle, i woke up with my back hurting. The furniture is a little outdated also, but overall it was a decent stay at a reasonable price.

There were NO outlets on the walls except where the tv was plugged in and 1 in the bathroom! The hot water for the shower took 2-3 minutes to get “warm” and literally cut off to cold water like a switch while I had soap on my body ! I know it was cheap to stay there but cmon ! Would NEVER stay there again !

Nice bed and everything works. Basic accommodations. Works fine for a place to crash for a night but I wouldn’t recommend for a multi night vacation spot or as a remote work spot.

The place was clean, and staff was great. The room was clean, but the room was at the pool, so it was ridiculously loud. There was a dog that yipped all day, not the properties fault, but sounds really amplify in that inner pool area. People talking sound like they are in your room. I would stay again, but definitely in an outer room.

Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Furniture is quite outdated and plumbing also. Fridge didn't work. No free WiFi! This was the main thing made us disappointed. Also in the morning a stranger unlocked our car "by mistake". Fortunately nothing has been stolen. And during the night in the room it was noisy because of the highway nearby.

Needs updated. Could still see the graffiti on wall that they tried to cover up. Smell was a little off in room. Carpets felt greasy.

This is the 2nd time i have stayed here because I like the hotel is good for the price. The beds were comfortable, there is plenty of parking and some amenities close to the hotel. The only thing i found odd was there was no remote to the TV. I ended up just watching tv on my phone.

Layout was cool and easy, pool area and jacuzzi was fine and nice. We wanted non smoking a room. Our first room reeked of mildew and the carpet floor was wet. Front office staff was very laid back, kind and professional, very helpful. They switched our room easily. We wanted non smoking, which we technically got, but it smelled like smoke, and the next morning the clean clothes we slept in smelled like smoke and dirty. The fridge was broken, and when opened smelled horrible. Parking was great easy

No one available to check me in at 7:15pm. A very unfriendly employee showed up at 7:35pm to check me in. Never said thanks or anything while she talked to someone on the phone Yikes! Rude!

We got there early to check in. Which we got our room and key. We went to room and relax for a little bit before heading back to the park at a soccer tournament. We left the room and when we came back our room key didn’t work . Went to office and gave us another key card. Once in room we suspected that someone was in our room. Long story short. They gave our room to someone else while we still had small items in the room and know they got lost or stolen. Already file and talk to manager and it’s been a week already since we haven’t heard from corporate office in San Diego

We checked in late and check in staff literally locked door infront of me. Said they needed to take lunch. 4 min until 8pm. I asked if had to wait until you get back from lunch to check in? And he said yes, why don’t you go get something to eat. Never had this kind of service. Never going back to this hotel ever and recommend not to stay here. Low prices on these rooms means low quality people.

Terrible experience after a long drive – rude and unhelpful I arrived at the hotel around 1:30 AM with my 3 children after driving for nearly 12 hours. I had a confirmed reservation through Expedia for two rooms: one listed as 1 adult and 1 child, the other as 1 adult and 2 children — all clearly stated in the booking details, including the children's ages. Despite this, the front desk rudely told me, “I can’t take 3 people in one room,” and refused to check us in. I explained that I booked through Expedia and that everything was properly listed, but he completely ignored what I said and didn’t even try to help or find a solution. Instead, we were turned away at 1:30 in the morning with three tired kids. I ended up finding another hotel at 2:30 AM and had to pay around $100 more because of this unacceptable treatment. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. If I could give the lowest rating possible, I would. I’ve been using Expedia for years and have never encountered something like this. I will also file an official complaint through Expedia, and I will never stay at a hotel from this group again.

Front desk staff was very rude,,I’m trying to change my reservation due to wrong information….but the lady was very unhelpful his attitude was horrible,,,i don’t like the way she treated me 👎👎 a mean…she really needs to think about it..and change her ways to treat people….i would never come back here…thanks

Never again I will saty at this hotel. I checked in and when they gave me my room I went to go deop off some of my things amd there was already someone else inside when I opened the room door 😡!!! I had my wofe and my daughter with me how will they not know that they already have someone in that room

We went there kind of last minute on a Friday night, didn't expect much because of the low price but were surprised because we found it to be a clean, decent room with newer fixtures and flooring. The only thing that I didn't like was that there was no microwave in the room and the bed wasn't the most comfortable, but definitely not the worst I've slept on. And the WiFi has a cost, so you might as well use your own data. The TV channels could have been better but all said- it's a nice place to stay for less than $100 on a weekend night. Easy to get to off the freeway and a convenience store right next door.

There were two Sheriff cars at the property, and the place generally looked run down. We didn’t stay after check in, forfeiting the amount we paid for a safer property a few miles away.

Premier Inns is a nice hotel. The room was very clean. The bed was nice and comfortable. The location was perfect; close to Camarillo and Simi Valley, The staff was friendly and VERY helpful as several of the guests were having trouble with their key cards.

Ok, this is my experience, the property was riddled with broken down vehicles, I saw people sleeping in their cars in the parking lot and the police patrolled the lot frequently. Lastly there was a lot of dog poop on the patches of grass in the courtyard

It's right by like a panda express

I liked the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff, room service staff, and maintenance man. I also like staying at the Premier Inn due to thr walking distancr of 711 and the dankest market with the coldest Jarritos and pretty cash register ladies.

The lady at the check in window was very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean but there was no coffee maker in the room or coffee available in lobby which was closed. No hairdryer in the room. No elevator.
