PlumpJack Inn

Front desk staff was nice and helpful. Hot tubs were out of service so they waived the $28 per day resort fee (I didn't use parking either). The restaurant is closed Tues/Wed which was 2 of our 4 day stay. I would have liked to eat there but didn't get the chance. The shower door wouldnt close, so we had a large pool of water every morning in bathroom. Beds were okay. Location is excellent.

Room was super clean. Staff was always friendly with excellent food/drink recommendations. The hotel location is so convent, 100% will be coming back and staying here again.

Very old, smelled musty, beds horrible. Keys did not work & was told system is old. If I wasn’t there for a special occasion I would not have booked this place for the price. Very disappointing

I stayed at PlumpJack inn for a wedding I was attending down the road. I stayed for one night. My check in time was very close to the time that the wedding ceremony started, so I was a bit nervous that I was going to be scrambling and possibly late to the ceremony. I arrived in the late morning to PlumpJack and asked reception if there was any way I could check in earlier. They said they would call me if they were able to get another room made up/cleaned before my reservation check in. I was more than satisfied by the staffs' kindness and ability to make swaps/changes to get me into my room a bit earlier, on a weekend that was very busy for the hotel nonetheless. The staff was beyond kind, caring and accommodating to our needs. I will definitely be staying here again when I visit Olympic Village!
