SureStay Hotel by Best Western Ontario Airport

We spent 2 whole days swimming with the kids. It was very enjoyable.

It was nice and comfy close to the Toyota Arena and plenty of places to eat around the area. All that's missing is EV charging stations.

Check in was very easy, had a slight issue with key card ( they are super sensitive and deactivated very easily). Room was standard, clean and served its purpose. Only downside was the ice machine was broken so no ice available on the property.

AC and elevators were down for the second day. It was horrible. Sleeping in a hot room.

Elevator wasn't working, pool was out of service and the breakfast was very disappointing (just bread, juice and oatmeal - no eggs, sausage, ham, etc)

The Elevator broke down and the breakfast was very very simple. The room was very clean and quiet.

It was quiet, clean and with a car ready to get to nearby dining and shopping places. The building is older and needs a paint job on the west facing room doors. A peaceful stay. The wifi is not secure.

The rooms felt a bit dated and the ac stopped working in all the rooms on the last day of our stay

I had a good stay. I’ll say that while it was an inconvenience that the parking lot was being repaved, it wasn’t the worst thing to get extra steps in. The bed was comfy, room was clean, and wifi was included. I didn’t know the breakfast was only continental, so there’s no eggs or bacon like I thought but that’s ok. The oatmeal was great with coconut. And your kitchen gal is wonderful. We had a great conversation. Check in was great, the guy that checked me in was soooooo nice. He was probably the most polite and respectful service person I’ve ever encountered and I stay all over the country at hotels.

The gentlemen that checked us in was so super nice and friendly. The room itself was OK. The bathroom was dirty. There was leftover hair in the shower and sink floors look like they were not cleaned. The bed was pretty comfortable and clean.

The hallway is nasty, dirty and smelly. The room has a weird smell. Breakfast is terrible.

What can I say, the reviews are very deceiving on this property! This was a complete disaster, the breakfast is terrible we had to go to ihop every day for breakfast. The rooms are super old, sheets are stained and rug smells so bad. We had to change the first room because one there were dirty socks sitting by the bed and two it was facing the highway so you heard traffic all night long. The second room wasn’t as mound but cleanliness is an issue plus the place is really run down literally nothing works. The cards have to constantly be re activated as they quickly demagnetize no matter how careful you are with them. No cleaning or room service in all the 4 nights we were there. No garbage cans anywhere on the 3rd floor, I don’t know where they expect you to put garbage?? Honestly this was a complete flop

The hotel is pretty worn and demands renovation. The corporate pictures at the website do not show the reality. The rooms are not clean, and some of the towels had stains. The cleaning routine was not clear and sometimes it is difficult to get a towel. Moreover, besides Daniel at the front desk, all the other staff was not friendly.

Everything seems satisfactory except in the bathroom. The ceiling had many leak areas from above peeling drywall appears to be mildew.

It’s a basic hotel at a decent price. Clean and comfortable EXCEPT it is like literally sleeping ON the highway. So so loud all night long from traffic. If you don’t have earplugs, you’re not getting any sleep. If you do, you might be ok? It was still loud with my earplugs in.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them! The location of the hotel was very close to the airport (about a 4-5 minute drive) and convenient, although it was a bit loud due to the proximity to the highway. There was plenty of parking. A few downsides - the room itself was quite old and although it was clean, there were definitely some old stains in the bathroom/shower/carpet, and the mattress felt like it was a bit past its lifespan. Overall convenient and affordable though.

Very old and uncomfortable beds

A very worn down hotel. The had a paper thin door that didn’t shut any sound at all. You hear the highway and its noise very clearly. One of the beds smelled like old frying oil. Although it is supposed to be a smoke free and pet free hotel with a designated smoke area, people where smoking on ledge outside of their room and one person had her dog with her. The breakfast is poor and doesn’t offer any eggs, bacon or even cheese or ham for your bread. If it wasn’t for the staff, especially the service minded guy receiving us, when we arrived in the evening, we would have given this hotel a lower grade. We won’t be back.

My room was facing at highway this time. It was very noise in midnight. That was what I did not like most in this trip . Overall, Surestay Hotel is good to stay. Thank you.

Staff was nice and room was spacious and very clean.

Room was dark with old furnishing. no Iron or blow dryer. Dark blue carpets in room to hid the dirtyness. Window curtains were shabbly and frayed. Bed mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable.. Never again

The staff is the nicest and check in is so easy!! I felt super safe in this area and would come here again.

Stayed at this property for 2 weeks and was very impressed with staff at this hotel. Darryl checked us in and he was fantastic! He had such a lovely personality and Surestay is lucky to have him. All of the staff were great, we never had a bad experience. We would definitely stay again!

Ugh where do I start., so I reserved and paid for a room through hotels.com. I arrived to the hotel about 9pm. The guy working said he couldn’t find a reservation and going through a 3rd party sometimes can take up to a couple of hours for the reservation to go through. I thought that was odd since I had never had a problem in the many years I’ve been using hotels.com. So I called and after 2 hours of going back and forth i finally got a room. (I have to mention that I had another reservation for the next 2 days at another hotel by the beach and check in was as smooth as can be.) The room was so outdated. The bed.. don’t waste you might be more comfortable in your car. The heater did not work, the bed sheets were thin and not warm. I was very disappointed and assumed that location would be much more nicer inside!

We had a late arrival due to weather conditions. We were met with a friendly smile and a happy personality. He was very speedy with the check in and explained where things were and what time breakfast was

Compliments to Darrell, the friendly welcoming face at check-in. Compliments also to Barbara(?), the breakfast lady. She was cheerful, engaging, and helpful.

Front desk was rude when I requested assistance during a Saturday morning breakfast. It was only 9:15 am, and no one there but me, and the only pot of hot breakfast which is oatmeal was already empty and no one there to ask so I went to the front desk and advised her of the situation. Her response was shocking: "IT\'S NOT MY JOB" . I told her if she can just send someone to check or replenish the food. When the staff came and seeing that I\'m the only one there, she rudely accused me of leaving the bread plastic cover/flap open. WHY DID YOU LEAVE THE FLAP OPEN? IT\'S SUPPOSED TO BE CLOSED. And I have not even started getting my breakfast. And why even tell your guests that? There is no excuse for talking to your guests like that. And they\'re only serving continental breakfast and cannot maintain it? The lady who managed it on weekdays was great. She kept it clean and replenished and very friendly. Kudos to Barbara. Sad that she is not there on weekends. The bathroom is also not clean: toilet has water stains and vent ducts had thick black dust in bathroom wall. When I checked out on Sunday am and asked for a printout of my bill, the front desk clerk printed it but asked me to walk in and grab it from the printer myself. Why, if all she has to do is grab it and hand to me?

Convenient location near freeway and airport. Only a few minutes from Ontario Mills Mall.

The hotel's prime location is its greatest advantage, situated conveniently near the airport, event area, and restaurants.

Excellent for late night arrival to Ontario airport

It was a nice quiet hotel with the amenities we needed and close to the airport. We weren’t able to take advantage of the free breakfast but the lobby area looked nice where they served it. Rooms were pretty standard and just a little old on decor.

Conveniently located near the airport but a little difficult to find in the dark because the sign is off the road. Right next to the interstate so traffic noise was louder than expected..

Have stayed here several times. The location is good for anyone visiting in the area, from Ontario to Rancho Cucamonga to Upland to Claremont to La Verne. Good freeway access, close to Ontario Airport, and plenty of shopping) eating options nearby. Service always friendly, rooms large and comfortable, nice shower/bath and clean. Overall, good for business or personal travel.

There was no shuttle to the airport. We had no way to turn in our rental car that evening and get to the airport at 4am the next morning other than relying on a taxi. This is a hotel next to the airport, but not within walking distance. We had to cancel and book another room which was more expensive.

Very loud- road noise. Was cleanish but didn’t smell great. They do not have an airport shuttle which surprised us. My mistake. Just assumed airport hotels had that.

Including breakfast is a joke! Literally only toast and oatmeal only and no coffee. You have to go to the lobby for the coffee. The front desk was super nice. The room was ok it is small. But if you are booking because it includes breakfast don’t book here.

Booked two rooms at this hotel. Had a pleasant stay. It was in a great location. Breakfast choices could have been better. It was pretty much just oatmeal and toast. The rooms were nice, but could use a little sprucing up.

Male staff working Friday afternoon was very courteous and friendly. Rooms were basic similar to a motel. No issues with the stay but breakfast offering was a joke. They’re better off not offering anything. They had a container with oatmeal that was micro managed, cereal and that was it.

Checkin around 8pm, tried to get complementary coffee it was really old look like from morning time. Room was clean. In the morning breakfast was very very ordinary. No egg only few old muffens, oat, juices and 2 type of cereals. I took bagels with cream cheese. Again coffee was cold. Not many guests are there.

Only one thing to improve is breakfast menu for example by adding some protein options such as scrambled eggs, chicken, etc.

Second time staying here and Property was great. Plenty of parking, complementary breakfast was good, staff was very nice and helpful.

When I called to confirm my reservation. I was told that there was a hot breakfast. now I'm being told it's a continental breakfast. Had I known that, I would never have come here.
