Pacifica Lighthouse Hotel Trademark Collection by Wyndham

Booked a room here drove four hours to find out the elevators were not working half the hotel was shut down so they couldn’t move my room from the fourth floor and mind you. I am disabled and can’t walk very far refuse to refund the room. Try to look for a hotel in the area, but everything was booked because of the holiday weekend or was it two night minimum and I was only gonna be there for one night. They had a young staff. Member help with all my luggage having to carry it up for flights of stairs, which was completely hard for myself as I am unable to walk long distances, so I unfortunately tripped going up the stairs, which was more embarrassing than anything but leaving both my legs looking like I had just left an MMA fight. So due to this a couple of the events that I was supposed to attend, I did not because I knew that I could not walk up and down the stairs several times, which caused me to not do the things which was the whole reason for my trip! While staff was very apologetic, they still did nothing to make the situation right and when you’re paying that much for a room, they should definitely compensate you in someway. I travel a lot from work and stay in this area, but will not stay at this hotel again.!

We love staying here! We brought our two month old baby for our first family vacation and it was awesome. We got the king bedroom facing the beach and it was beautiful and peaceful. Really close to the beach very clean spot and close to a bunch of different foods. I would definitely be going back and wouldn’t change anything about it.

Great views of the ocean. The restaurant is very good. The staff is nice. The room was clean and warm. Half the place is in a state of falling apart. Hopefully they make repairs. It didn't impact our stay.

A bit outdated for price in my opinion. But other than that wonderful stay.

Great staff, clean beautiful building, felt like a cruise. We will be coming back!
