Pool was cold and could do with being heated. Internet very poor. Bedding and towels stained(new linen required). Welcome pack would be nice.

Leider gab es keinerlei Verbrauchsmittel wie z.B. Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, etc. Es war lediglich 1 Spülmaschinentab vorhanden, auch nur 1 Müllsack.Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war mäßig, es wurde mehrfach der Online Check In verlangt, obwohl er bereits gemacht war. Die Zugangsdaten und den Ablauf des Check Ins bekommt man erst unmittelbar vor Anreise.Leider gibt es keinen Ansprechpartner vor Ort für Empfehlungen und Fragen.Der Pool ist schön, wurde aber nicht gereinigt während der 8 Tage.

The neighborhood is unbeatable, the property is spacious, well equipped, and the private pool is a great advantage. The response from customer service is superb.

We would happily stay here again. This was a return journey for us after 7 years and had a look round several other resorts. Cala Galdana is a hidden gem and the large sheltered bay is beautiful. The property is spacious, clean and everything a family needs. You may need a car if you have elderly family as the 180 steps down to the beach are challenging for some or there is a walk via the roads which is pleasant. The property itself is excellent

It was all good, but not great. They should consider upgrading the beds. Uncomfortable and eventually quite painful by day 9. Otherwise, small things would make a huge difference. I appreciate the property is a bit dated, but it would be ok to ignore that if there were more than 2 dishwasher tablets, 1 spare bin bag and 3 toilet rolls for a 9-night stay. More than just salt (ie. pepper, oil etc) provided. Better kitchen equipment - the knives were all blunt and the toastie maker broken but still supplied. Table tennis set was old and rubbish. There are so many ways that small touches could have given a better impression but it comes across as a cash cow for the owners with no attempt at hospitality. For the cost, and considering owner's family downstairs is not quiet due to a very young family and regular visitors, the little extra in terms of essentials and attention to detail would have made the property better.
