Best Western Inn at Palm Springs

Rimeligt motel til prisen , der er meget lyt alle steder , vi måtte få værelset ombyttet da vi kom lige op af flere vaskemaskiner , lød som om de stod i vores værelse. Fik heldigvis ombyttet til et værelse længere væk. Vores kort virkede ikke til værelset efter et par dage , gik i receptionen for at få klaret problemet , blev mødt af en meget ikke imødekommende dame , fik en sur kommentar da vi sagde vi havde 2 kort. Men det lykkedes dog. Vi finder et andet sted hvis vi kommer igen,

We stayed here during our Coachella 4 day trip and it was good. We checked in on Thursday afternoon and checked out Sunday before noon. The staff was helpful upon checking in. They let us know where our room was located and where the closest elevator was near our room. They also informed us of a market that was going on during our stay. What I liked about this Hotel was the fact that their pool was 24hrs. It was also heated which was nice! Our room was clean, my only complaint were the pillows were too flat, the bed was comfy though. The breakfast was okay, nothing to rave about. Our checkout was 11am Sunday, but being that we were at Coachella super late the previous night, I asked for a late check out and they accommodated me with an extra hour. I am very thankful for that extra hour! Overall, I would stay here again. It was on a quiet part of town and I liked the fact it was near a backroad that lead us straight to the downtown neighborhood of Palm Springs.

Staff was kind and helpful, however the room walls are paper thin, the showers and lights flicker when your neighbors uses theirs, upon opening the first room there was a spider crawling on the bed and at least 3 dead bugs scattered on the floor as well as a terrible smell in the one room. The other room we got was perfectly fine other than there being a whole money clip behind the bed and walls being paper thin. Overall we will not be coming back, unfortunately we paid more this year than last year and our hotel was far nicer. If it wasn’t for the bugs and the smell I wouldn’t be writing this review letting others know.

Would rate the breakfast two stars

The room was clean, bed and bedding nice, towels thin, pool towels small. The room could use some updating. The breakfast area and pool/hot tub are very nice (the best feature of this property), the pool setting is beautiful with the mountain behind it. The landscaping needs attention. We were very comfortable there. The staff are very nice.
