First time in my life that a hotel cannot make me a key card for my room that actually works. The receptionist had eight tries at it. She finally showed me that I needed to try one card, then the other, then the other, and keep switching cards back and forth until one of them works. This was a very stressful, awkward situation. Once I finally got into my room, I was too afraid to leave for fear I would not be able to get back in and would have to have another uncomfortable exchange with the receptionist. Consequently, instead of venturing into town for a nice meal, I stuffed a bath towel between the door and the door jamb to make sure it would not fully close, then ran down the hall for a a bag of chips and a candy bar from the vending machine for dinner. This might have been fun were I twelve-years-old, but, alas, I am not. Upon arrival I was glad to see EV chargers. When I asked what I needed to do to get to use one, I was told that I needed to pay "them." I asked who the "them" was and the receptionist did not know. I asked a maintenance person. They said there was a key, but he did not know where it was, and the receptionist didn't know either. Ironically, the wifi password is a word that means to unwind or chill. This was a high stress, unpleasant experience. I am going to say my worst hotel experience ever.

First the keycard wouldn’t work to get in the building. Then u got that fixed. Get to my room. The card works. The light turns green. And I push the door open and it’s locked on the inside. They put me in a room already occupied. Then didn’t answer when I called the front desk. So I dragged all three kids thru the hotel back to the office and they fixed it. Went to the new hotel room and the bathroom door was broken off the hinges.

Our key card stopped working five times. We went back and back to front desk. Even the desk manager admired the card system is terrible. Also, we had no body wash or shampoo in the dispensers. Although not necessarily hotel’s fault but had a person outside at 5 am banging on a garbage can yelling, “Time to get up.” Went on for a good ten minutes.
