Property was in good location however; Expedia advertisement listed property as having breakfast included and to our disappointment, they only had packaged oatmeal, sweet muffins and that was it. Also disappointing was the fact that there was no ice machine here. Will not stay here on our next visit.

The room was nice but this hotel lacks severely in amenities. You have to request everything and take care of everything yourself. The shining light was Ms. Zee who works the desk. She is kind and personable.

Pretty quiet. Room was clean except some dirt on floor. No stopper in bathroom sink. Fan in bath was loud. Side door entry keys were not functional. Had to pay extra 25 per night for dog. Pet friendly yes but sight should tell you dog fee.

This hotel had the most security cameras I have seen atba hotel. There was also a couple of security people walking around, I know it should make me feel safe, but i just figure there was a reason for all the concern. We could hear other guests yelling through the walls. On the other hand, it was clean and they had coffee and snacks in the morning.

As we entered the room, we were immediately assaulted by the smell of cigarette smoke. The carpet was filthy with visible stains. The bathtub was also stained. The complimentary breakfast was always out of coffee, and just had muffins to go with hot water for tea.

The front desk staff were friendly, as for the property i would not stay at that location not would I recommend to family or friends. Elevators was dirty, the assigned room (249) kitchen sink rusty, the refrigerator did not cold things even with temp turned to the lowest temp and the AC was noisey. Definitely can’t make decisions based on pictures. Fire detectors didn’t have a working battery. Of the 4 nights that I reserved and paid for I only slept there 2 nights. Absolutely last time i us this service.

Its a serviceable place. The walls are a little thin though between units. The rom next to me had loud maybe drunk people banging around and woke me up around 2:00 am...that isn't the hotels fault. I pounded on the wall and they got quieter. It's clean and comfortable.

The property definitely doesn’t feel like you’re at home. Loud especially by elevator ask to be away from elevator people get on and off all hours of night and day and walls are thin. Not a nice place compared to comfort in homewood by Hilton or others in area. It is older, dingy and outdated with ok prices for what you get. They should make the rooms larger if people are staying for extended periods as they’re pretty tiny and cramped with outdated bathrooms and no soaps shampoos or amenities you’d get a lot a regular hotel or even motel 6 I’d definitely recommend motel 6 over extended stay or any other hotel for that matter. Nothing fancy or special and has an old rundown feel to it and weird food smells everywhere Also people are loud above and walls paper thin so you hear everything as if in the same room

I work night shift and I really only needed a room to sleep during the day, so I booked two nights. I arrived at 2:45, when check in is 3:00- hoping I can just get into my room and nap. But the man at the desk literally made me wait until 3:00 on the dot to check in. You’re telling me there’s not ONE available room until 3:00 exactly? Way to have flexibility… When I finally got into the room, it was incredibly musty/humid - as grateful as I am that they shampoo the carpet, they need to let the moisture escape somehow. The shower head leaked and sprayed all over the floor. You’d think they’d test these things before making the room as ready for use. I asked to get an extra comforter sent to my room, but the guy at the desk made me come down and get it. Other than these negative things, I think the room size is perfect for travelers and so convenient to have its own little kitchen. Love the full sized fridge. Plenty of parking available.

The hotel is average at best. Rooms are old and furniture is uncomfortable. Bed qas okay. Appliances were old and room smelled and i needed to sleep with the window cracked. Also there were only soap bars in the bathroom. No shampoo, conditioners or lotions. Also breakfast is included. It was stated as a grab and go. It was cheap tiny muffins, granola bars and luke warm coffee at best. This was a poor excuse to claim breakfast is included. As a frequent travel the nightly rate was way to high for the quality of the room and sorry excuse for breakfast. Only thing that made it okay was the front desk staff qas nice. I would not spend more than $80 a night for a room here. If rates are near $100, id recommend spending an extra $30 to stay at Hampton Inn or somewhere similar. Rooms there are much nicer and they have real breakfast.

I requested a king sized bed for me and my partner. When we got to the room it was two full sized beds. So I changed it to a Queen because it was the only thing available. Then that room was hot, the ac was out of service so I had to change the a second time for the third room. It was my time using hotels.com and it was a very frustrating first experience.

This is an older property that was chosen simply because of its easy access to the freeway and to the Pleasant Hill civic center. The room and the kitchenette were clean. The pipes knocked when people in adjacent rooms showered. The room was adequate for the price paid. The grab and go breakfast was coffee, instant cereal and a muffin.

I booked the room pretty late at night, when I arrived at the property I had to wait for the person at the front desk, he was on his break. It's now after midnight and myself and another guest were told we would have to wait until the night audit was done and it could take anywhere from an hour or two. Long story short, David the gentleman at the desk was able to accommodate my reservation and I did not have to wait.

No hot water in bathroom sink. Couldn't get an extra blanket because washer had gone three days without repair. No hand soap in bathroom or shower. Front desk wait was several minutes. Worst of all, the person/people above moved furniture around starting arount 2:30 am, and lasted until 5am. And front desk didn't answer when we tried to complain.

The lobby has a friendly and helpful vibe yet it works like a well oiled machine. Communications were at a high level and things went well so many times. Extended Stay caters to a diverse crowd of travelers way better than the others. I enjoyed the interaction and my needs were met and exceeded by the staff at this Pleasant Hill / Concord / Walnut Creek location.

I would not stay here again. No real breakfast. You have to ask for a hair dryer and shampoo at the front desk. Smelled funny and was run down. The break in prevention was comical. Was my first experience with Extended stay America and not sure I would do that ever again. Just gave me a gross feeling and I have stayed lots of low end places. The check in/out staff where great.

Super loud. Shares a parking lot with shopping areas. Cops dealing with homeless people in the parking lot. Couldn’t sleep because of all the noise from neighboring rooms. Says free breakfast but it’s just pre-packaged muffins. It had oatmeal packets but there were no bowls? Terrible place.

The room was mostly clean but trash had not been emptied, prior to our arrival. The mattress was rock hard and uncomfortable. The site was not super clean (elevator had lots of food crumbs and general dirt on the floor). The 'breakfast' consisted of coffee with no cream or milk available, oatmeal packets, hot cocoa packets, and just one flavor of small muffin. There were no coffee makers in the rooms either.

The hotel is average at best. Rooms are old and furniture is uncomfortable. Bed qas okay. Appliances were old and room smelled and i needed to sleep with the window cracked. Also there were only soap bars in the bathroom. No shampoo, conditioners or lotions. Also breakfast is included. It was stated as a grab and go. It was cheap tiny muffins, granola bars and luke warm coffee at best. This was a poor excuse to claim breakfast is included. As a frequent travel the nightly rate was way to high for the quality of the room and sorry excuse for breakfast. Only thing that made it okay was the front desk staff qas nice. I would not spend more than $80 a night for a room here. If rates are near $100, id recommend spending an extra $30 to stay at Hampton Inn or somewhere similar. Rooms there are much nicer and they have real breakfast.

As we entered the room, we were immediately assaulted by the smell of cigarette smoke. The carpet was filthy with visible stains. The bathtub was also stained. The complimentary breakfast was always out of coffee, and just had muffins to go with hot water for tea.

Late night doors constantly shutting. Many people coming and going late 12 pm and on next door. Cussing and swearing heard through the walls. Stomping and creaking walking from the upstairs guests late at night. No hot coffee ready in the am at 8:45 am. No grab and go available. Was told the shipment of breakfast bags did not arrive. When I check out and reported my unhappiness I was told I would be given a 15 to 20 percent discount by manager Eric. However, since I was Orbitz customer I did not qualify. Not what I wanted to hear. Thanks for the terrible experience as a second rate customer. Please advise. I was told to call Eric but wanted to reach out to you folks first for help. Tim

This is an older property that was chosen simply because of its easy access to the freeway and to the Pleasant Hill civic center. The room and the kitchenette were clean. The pipes knocked when people in adjacent rooms showered. The room was adequate for the price paid. The grab and go breakfast was coffee, instant cereal and a muffin.

It was okay. Only one complaint, they didn't have perked decaf coffee !! and the instant was pretty bad. So I checked out earlier than I had planned, which was okay.

I would not stay here again. No real breakfast. You have to ask for a hair dryer and shampoo at the front desk. Smelled funny and was run down. The break in prevention was comical. Was my first experience with Extended stay America and not sure I would do that ever again. Just gave me a gross feeling and I have stayed lots of low end places. The check in/out staff where great.

The guy that checked us in was very nice and he's very helpful and made me want to stay again most definitely and made me happy where I set my money. Next morning of the lady I believe the same baby of Mexican descent was not okay and not helpful and disappointed me and she also is way too nosy about things she doesn't need to ask the extended Stay is not a necessarily a hotel she always like houses everyone was walking in the door don't like her and I'll make the staff's job very difficult because of her

The property was quite nice but I had a kitchen suite ut the front desk had no utensils, pans or anything to use apart from one spoon and a cup. Bring your own kitchen gadgets if you're planning on using the kitchen
