The property was perfect. The lack of room service or even an in-house restaurant/cafe over the Christmas period was grossly disappointing - some prior notice would of been helpful.

It was a shame that the cafe, restaurant and bar had closed down so there were no options to eat or drink in the hotel and also missed having a gym. The room was lovely and the beach view beautiful. The staff were very polite and helpful. It just missed on a few of the facilities.

I would say this is just average for the money. I would have expected more quality finishes, better towels, complimentary water, quality shower for over $600 per night. TV is poorly placed for watching from bed. 3 stars only

We did this stay as a last minute thing for my 40th birthday. The staff that welcomed us was amazing and they did some special things for my birthday too. Great room and location, walk out in the morning on to the beach! Amazing!

Smaller more intimate hotel, in a great location opposite this beach. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly and this warmth continued throughout our whole stay. The whole team were superb we stayed for nine nights and I was travelling with my elderly father who has mobility difficulties. A shower chair had been place in the bathroom for him and my sofa bed was readily made for our arrival. The hotel staff were happy for a hired mobility scooter to be delivered and they held it for us in their storeroom until we checked in. The location was perfect and was only a short stroll to the ferry terminal which we were also able to use with the mobility scooter or wheelchair. It was so nice to have the balcony and a safe and comfortable base where we could relax after busy days sightseeing. Thank you all so much it was very much appreciated.

Smaller more intimate hotel, in a great location opposite this beach. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly and this warmth continued throughout our whole stay. Excellent welcome by all staff Staff professional test personal Room light spacious clean with excellent kitchen amenities Hotel pool and spa -pool comfortable warm spa hot and effective Location excellent close to shops restaurants walking distance to ferry where you can jump on bus and visit scenic north head and quarantine station - a significant part of Sydney history. Equally jump on a ferry and enjoy a Sydney harbour ride and explore Sydney cbd. Manly beach and local walks right outside hotel. Awesome value for money.if visiting Manly will be hard pressed to find accommodation equal to Peppers

Very good sized room with good separate area for sink/kettle/fridge etc. Great view. Room probably needing refurb soon in bathroom and a clean carpet. We were quite surprised breakfast and room cleaning wasn’t included in the price.

A clean and comfortable property in a wonderful beachside location. Spacious studio with a bath, good amenities and lovely balcony overlooking the sea. The staff are consistently friendly, helpful and efficient. The location is perfect for access to the beach, walking paths, shops and restaurants.
