Breakfast has limited choice, the bread seems like they were exposed too long. Parking is free, that is plus point for them. The room is not sound proof, the fridge was alarming because it sounds like someone is snoring. Their towels were not clean enough. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash they put it to high that if you are too small you cannot reach them. We feel we were not safe in this place. I will not recommend this hotel

The room was average. The bed was comfortable. The outlets and TV did not work well. We got certain stations on the TV. The hot water in the shower worked sometimes. The shower head in the wall was not fulling drilled in properly so it was sticking out. There was only shower curtain not a shower liner. The pool was clean and refreshing. The breakfast was average. There needs to be more options. The hotel seemed outdated from the outside.

This place has a notice from the health department that the pool is closed the kitchen had not been inspected since 2019 the front desk person was unhelpful we were traveling with children and had booked 2 room to be next to each other we were 6 rooms away with no one staying in the other

Terrible place to stay. I left after just one night and did not stay the second night. Inside the room was ok. Clean, but the micorwave did not work, drapes torn, just overall subpar room. Florring peeling. Outside not well kept. Wen to go to the pool. Most chairs broken, which just summarized the feel of the entire place. Room that was supposed to have ice and vending machine just hac nothing. Disonnected pipes, dirty wall. My guess is that people wer breaking ionto the vendin machines so they had to move all snacke to the lobby. That was the feel of the place. Not safe. I took my granddaughters andleft.

Staff was great. The pool area was not. Broken chairs, pool was dirty such a disappointment. Room was okay. The bathroom could have used a better cleaning and updating and the window had no screen. Overall it was fine for the 2 nights we stayed.

We checked in last night. The toilet was plugged, I ended up going to the front desk to get a plunger. Some lights were burnt out and the room could use a good cleaning. We probably should have left but it was a long day.

This property is a dump! Broken furniture, phone didn’t work, black mold in the bathroom, beds squeaked when you barely sit on it, mattress very old. Location was convenient, close to food and freeway.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the property is on the older side so the flooring was torn is some places. Also, so many spiders in the bathroom and I believe I saw a roach crawling underneath the a/c unit

Pro's: Large room. Comfortable bed. Close to major thoroughfares. Restaurant steps away. Cons: Floor was sticky. large bubble in the wall from water leaks. Ceiling sagging from water leaks. Bathtub was dirty. Twice, hotel staff walked into my room while I was laying down resting, although they apologized (didn't know the room was occupied) it was creepy. This could be a nice place if they corrected the deferred maintenance.

It was all about what is to be expected with the exception that I was really shocked that the door to my room looked like it had been attacked with a hatchet. And not fixed. Oh, and there were a few bugs.

This was ok for the price Key card demagnetized ridiculously easy but at least they were nice about reactivating it Breakfast was also good could have had more choices but what I did pick I liked There should have also been more towels. Bedding also seemed clean I still sprayed it down with lysol but it was clean and even smelled clean They put me in a room near the garbage and the garbage was over flowing 😕 The outside grounds gave a bad vibe its VERY unkempt thats why I was so surprised by the cleanliness of the room

The couch had stains and the room reaked of cigarettes. I was approached by a homeless person to pay for their hotel room and just overall didn’t feel very safe. The front desk person was kind and switched our room which did not smell quite as strongly.

There was a massive lack in communication with staff. Arrived to California a day earlier than expected and decided to utilize this hotel rather than any other seeing I had a reservation, on my original day of check in on 4 separate occasions I had staff enter my room as if I was not to be there. 2 entries were without knocking. Thank goodness I wasn’t undressed or anything like that. Each time I advised to contact front desk, letting them know I arrived early and I was told I would be in the same room for the reservation no need to return to the desk to check out or check in.

Definitely the worst property ive ever stayed at . Never have I been so disrespected and treated so poorly by any other location that I have booked thru Hotels.com before in the past . I myself am a single middle aged Handicapped Female who was forced to sleep in my car because due to no fault of my own my room key would not work on my door at which time I was so vary rudely told by staff that there is nothing he can do for me because it clearly states on the website that the office closes at 11pm and will not open again until 7am . This was at approximately 11:25 p.m. after returning from the store only to find that my key was defective and could not gain entrance into my room . The man also them stated after I brought to his attention that I was in fact a Handicapped female traveling alone that he lived 25 minutes away and would not be returning at all that evening just to let me in and that I should sleep in my car until the office opened up at 7am which is what i ended up doing . Unexceptable and outrageous behavior from anyone in the hospitality industry- and I will not ever book or recommend this property to anyone.

While the price was nice, this room claimed to have air conditioning and satellite TV. There was a broken down fan with no markings at all on the knobs. It blew air but it was not air conditioning. It was semi-warm air and sticky. The television only worked on a few channels. Most of the time it was pixelated and frozen. The whole place smelled like a sewer outside. The room was clean but the beds were very hard. The continental breakfast was a joke. Hard boiled eggs, toast, apples, some cereal (Cheerios and Frosted Flakes), coffee, NO JUICE of any kind, no pastries. They did have a waffle maker but there was no offering of toppings, only syrup. It was very lacking. The breakfast, tv, and air conditioning were a requirement in my booking and all three were a horrible let-down. The price was right, but you definitely get what you pay for. None of us slept well at all. I will not go back and I don't recommend this place to anyone.

The staff in the dining area were rude. I didn’t know that the dining area opens at 730 on Sunday, I asked if I could sit at the dining table and they try old me rudely that they’re not open until 730 and it was 722 am. Once they opened the dining area, the lady in charge told us that make sure we only get 2 eggs per room, basically treating us (who were there early) as though we were going to steal hardbodies eggs.

The room was average. The bed was comfortable. The outlets and TV did not work well. We got certain stations on the TV. The hot water in the shower worked sometimes. The shower head in the wall was not fulling drilled in properly so it was sticking out. There was only shower curtain not a shower liner. The pool was clean and refreshing. The breakfast was average. There needs to be more options. The hotel seemed outdated from the outside.

I've stated this hotel more than 100 times over a decade or more. But it's really falling into this repair. My AC didn't work, its electrical box open. The curtains on the windows wouldn't close. It just needs some money put into it. The rate is quite low for the area and does attracts a lot of working folks. That's great, but just keep the place up.

DO NO BOOK HERE! If I could give it zero Stars I would. We had workers working next door to our room. There was all kind of trash and equipment outside of our door, they were drilling and sawing and banging for the first few hours that we were there. There were bugs. When asked if we could get a different room we were told they were sold out, however for an additional $100 they could put us into a suite. The floor was sticky the counters were sticky the room looked horrible. I have videos of everything but I could not upload them here. I would never stay there again.
