This hotel is generally fine. Free breakfast was convenient but quite basic. Hot tub was mediocre. I found the bed way too soft, but that's probably a personal preference. The TV is mounted to the wall such that I wasn't able to plug in my computer via HDMI cable. I've stayed in other rooms at this hotel where I could. Self parking is plentiful and convenient.

Ive stayed here several times in the past and its always very nice. The year round heated pool is my #1 reason for returning. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating. Bed is very comfortable and the location is perfect.

Checkin was a little slow, but everything else more than met my expectations of a $100 hotel in otherwise expensive Silicon Valley. Hot tub was relaxing. Free and convenient parking. Free and convenient basic breakfast.

Our AC unit did not work in our room. The hot tub and pool were very nice and enjoyable. There’s a small game room, which was nice. Vibrant, fun vibe. Social place. Lots of fun.

I really enjoyed my recent stay at the wild palms hotel however it lacks in two departments there is no bar which on a holiday for me is important and the second being the breakfast is very poor infact I went out for breakfast every day. All in all a very enjoyable week many thanks to some brilliant staff

We like the vibrant colors and design all around! Our 1-night room stay was decent as well as breakfast. Almost ran out of food during breakfast though and there were a lot of people in line. It felt like a maze looking for our room. No elevator for our infant on a stroller supposedly for a room on the upper floor to avoid noise at our initial room; the room we stayed had minimal noise.

We loved our stay at Wild Palms! On our 3 week trip in many hotels, this was by far our favorite! The property is very well kept-up. The room was spacious, with nice bathroom, bed area & closet space. Everything was CLEAN!! The breakfast was plentiful including oatmeal, boiled and fried eggs, bagels, toast, pancakes etc. We had a wonderful stay!!

Room was clean and very comfortable. Someone had left the heat on and the room was very warm. Not good, since it was over 92° outside. We discovered ants on the desktop and on the bathroom floor. This limited our usage of the desk. We also came to the conclusion that the bathroom fan wasn't working well. Steam built up considerably after just one shower. ALSO, they need to install grab bars for getting in and out of the shower/tub.

I arrived an hour before check-in and they were very nice to let me check in early as it wasn't busy. It was a mid-week reservation for a resort view room. On my reservation request and at the counter I explained I wanted a room that was quiet, away from stairways, elevators, ice machines, etc. I get to my 2nd floor resort-view room but it was right next to stairway with a large gap under the door so you could hear everything. There is no elevator so the stairway is constantly used for staff/guests going up to the 2nd floor from the parking lot with a metal gate that bangs every time it closes and people talking as they go up the metal stairs. Since it was early in the day I asked for a different room. This room was extremely dark, had a musty smell and the sheets did not smell freshly laundered. Feeling that I had already been a hassle with moving me, I decided to not complain and lay down to take a quick nap. Upon pulling back the sheets I saw what looked like toothpaste on the bottom sheet so then I decided to pull back the bottom sheet and mattress pad and found a bug on the mattress and on the lamp shade. I called the front desk and the maintenance man quickly arrived. He couldn't confirm or deny it was a bed bug so I moved rooms...again but this time no resort view. I paid for resort view but did not get it. Property is old, dirty and breakfast is not great. Best part is location, parking and staff. Hyatt needs to do a serious remodel to all the rooms.

Amazing experience! Clean and comfortable rooms. The only downside is that the phones inside the rooms did not work but even then, we used our personal phones to call the front desk and they were not answering despite calling multiple times.

It was a decent place to stay. They had the minimum, which is all we were looking for. Breakfast was okay, but they had breakfast so we appreciated that! The staff were pretty friendly. We didn’t really interact too much with them, but check in and out was easy. The walls are paper thin! I could hear full on conversation going on outside and it with the people we shared a wall with. I’m not sure who was above us, but man did they love to stomp. It felt like the ceiling would cave in at moments. Other than that it was nice. Nothing bad at all. Exactly what you need for a landing pad.

She didn’t offer any remedy to the situation, I was extremely upset since it was 8 pm and I just wanted to relax. Luckily another gentleman took over the front desk and he was able to accommodate and give me the room I had reserved and paid for. I know I will not stay here ever again As for the room, it was big, comfy bed, quiet, cleaned and I had view of the pool

If this were a family trip, there would be additional unhappy guests, and added frustration for family travel. Bed was not made on the first day; made on subsequent days. Need better arrangement and housekeeping overall. Fix broken amenities please.

Super Funky hotel that had a great vibe! Loved the fun decor and canopy bed! The room hallways all open up to the outside atrium and pool which was nice to have fresh air as soon as you exited your room. The breakfast was subpar, could use more options and it was very crowded with many items gone. The front desk staff was always helpful and accommodating to our needs. Lots of parking and very quiet at night. Would definitely come back!

Amazing looking hotel, not the usual bland boring look. Very clean and well maintained. I would say however as the entire hotel is built around the pool it could get a bit noisy at times. If your a light sleeper I recommend getting a room on the outside facing rooms away from the pool

Property was bright & Newly Remodeled. I liked the fitness room. I was the only one there! The bed was way to soft & gave me back pain. The shampoo was terrible! It smelled like men's cologne & when I asked at the front, that was the only option? Breakfast was hard boiled eggs, bacon & sausage. Do Not eat in any of those. Would be nice to have waffles, more fruit & other options.

The grounds are nice and the pool and hot tub great but the bed was worn and uncomfortable and the rooms are very dated with thin walls. Staff was friendly. The bed was so old and I could feel each coil and it was sunken in the middle. Maybe why the price was so good

RJ was so friendly and kind during the check in process that I felt right at home during my stay. They gave me a room close to the front without even asking, which I loved! It was also close to breakfast and they were sure to cover all of the amenities with me. Thank you for being YOU and being awesome, RJ!

I booked a room with a king-size bed but was given a room with two queens at check-in. When I went to the reception to correct the issue, the staff member who assisted me was not very friendly and made it feel like it was a big inconvenience to switch me to the room I had originally booked. I believe it’s important that the room reserved matches what is given at check-in, and that guests are treated with a welcoming attitude when issues like this come up. There was not hot water in the shower.

We enjoyed our stay because of the staff. The front desk staff were amazing. One of the staff members was so helpful. The hotel was great with all the amenities, the only issue I had was with the checkin. The person was preoccupied on the phone for 5 minutes though clearly not talking couldn’t even make eye contact or give a quick acknowledgment. When she did finish she was very blunt & rude.

Clean, comfortable, spacious room. A little strret noise as the room faces Wolfe Road. Too cold to swim in the pool but it had a nice vibe with god poolside furnishings. Staff was very friendly. An overall excellent value for the money. Would recommend to budget conscious travelers.

A professional and personable staff. Like having the coffee & tea maker in the room. Clean and well appointed room. Like having the pool & jacuzzi. Enjoy my stay at this property.

Super cute hotel close to Levi’s Stadium. We were in town for a concert and loved how convenient the location was. Close to Starbucks and Dunkin’. Easy access to parking. No elevators though, so if you get the second floor, you’ll have to take the stairs. All the staff were friendly which made for pleasant interactions. They gave us a map to help find our room which I thought was an added step to the service. We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast available. We also didn’t utilize any of the eco-friendly services as we were only here for 1 night. Definitely would stay here again!

This hotel is generally fine. Free breakfast was convenient but quite basic. Hot tub was mediocre. I found the bed way too soft, but that's probably a personal preference. The TV is mounted to the wall such that I wasn't able to plug in my computer via HDMI cable. I've stayed in other rooms at this hotel where I could. Self parking is plentiful and convenient.

We were helped by Janelle when we arrived and she was amazing! When we got to our room, which we had booked for 5 nights, it was lacking much sunlight- so we asked to change rooms. She went above and beyond to find us a room with more sunlight and it worked out well.

We loved our stay at Wild Palms! On our 3 week trip in many hotels, this was by far our favorite! The property is very well kept-up. The room was spacious, with nice bathroom, bed area & closet space. Everything was CLEAN!! The breakfast was plentiful including oatmeal, boiled and fried eggs, bagels, toast, pancakes etc. We had a wonderful stay!!

Super Funky hotel that had a great vibe! Loved the fun decor and canopy bed! The room hallways all open up to the outside atrium and pool which was nice to have fresh air as soon as you exited your room. The breakfast was subpar, could use more options and it was very crowded with many items gone. The front desk staff was always helpful and accommodating to our needs. Lots of parking and very quiet at night. Would definitely come back!

The enterance and pool area were real nice, but hotel is old so hallway shows wear and room bath door was warped so it would not close. Staff was very friendly, but breakfast was only bread (toast) and some boiled eggs. It looks like they are trying to update.

The hotel was spacious and clean. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I would stay here again except that they are renovating the lobby and kitchen. The breakfast consisted of toast and bagels (until they ran out). I booked the hotel because I travel every week and the hotel breakfasts are quick and plentiful. I only book hotels that advertise a hot breakfast. This hotel did but it did not provide this during the renovation.

You get what you pay for right, it was and alright stay. Bad lighting around the exterior, some cosmetic issues. The breakfast area is too small and selection could be better. Paper thin walls, you can basically hear everything and everyone walking by. Also the fridge was making a whirring noise all night. Other than that it was good for the price I think.
