This property was ideal for a getaway in the sun. It had all the amenities of a larger resort - spectacular beachfront location, great bar, restaurant, gym, superb rooms with ocean views - in a smaller scale. The pool is one of the nicest I've ever seen with a swim up bar, infinity views of the ocean and great service. The staff was super friendly. We appreciated the free parking and easy to walk to town. This is a great option for people who like amenities and want to be close to a town with good restaurants and shopping but don't like mega resorts.

This new property is absolutely stunning! The staff were so accommodating and went above and beyond for any of our needs. Rooms, restaurant and pool were all top notch but the resort was laid back and casual! They also have brand new golf carts for rent!

It’s right on the beach and all rooms are nicely designed, spacious and face the beach. The infinite style pools is also great as is the pool-side service. Did not like that I had pesos cash but front desk refused to show me the peso total even though the restaurant menu is in pesos and I was billed at the table in pesos. They only showed me the converted US $ amount. When I insisted on paying in pesos cash, the front desk used their phone calculator to convert back into pesos. That’s ridiculous. Why would I pay to convert from pesos to US and then back to pesos. That’s terrible service.

The pool is gorgeous. As you step onto the deck, you're met with a spectacular view of the infinity pool that overlooks the ocean—truly breathtaking. As well the view from your room is outstanding. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. Traveling as a solo female, I always felt safe both on and off the property. I cannot wait to come back to Sayulita and La Puesta. Highly recommend.

Loved everything about our stay at La Puesta. Staff was friendly and attentive, sunsets from the infinity pool were amazing, and the location at the end of the beach makes this place a quiet, tranquil gem!!

This hotel is beautiful and we would absolutely stay here again. You cannot beat the views - right on the beach with the sunset every night! Food was amazing - you can get it at the restaurant next to the pool or order poolside and have it brought to you (along with delicious drinks, smoothies, and more). The property plays nice music at the pool, there is a very fun water slide, and the pool is well designed with an adult area, general area, and area for the slide. It is also heated and easy to hang out in all afternoon. The property is beautiful, right on the beach, and rooms are well decorated, comfortable, and fun and bathrooms are a nice size. Deck is great for watching the waves and sunset. Staff is so friendly as well. It is a short/easy walk to town either on the streets or on the beach. Cute restaurants on the walk as well. Or you can get a golf cart (rented from the hotel) to enjoy for the day which is fun too. Overall, a really wonderful stay!

Beautiful property, just far enough away from the craziness of town and close enough to get to the hubbub if you want to walk to the plaza. Friendly staff, clean and new property, great gym, which is hard to find in Sayu. Overall, a great stay.

My partner and I had a fabulous stay here! The staff is extremely friendly, hotel is very clean, and it’s a quick walk to town. You can rent golf carts but we walked the beach or the streets into town.

This place had the best customer service ever!! They had attention to detail in the room and outside area. Our room was very clean, food was delicious. The views are phenomenal. I can't wait to come back. This place is a ten plus. Only one downside was for what ever reason it did not take our Discover credit card and it wasn't on our end. Overall I definitely recommend this place 100%.

We were in Sayulita with family for a wedding and spent 4 days/nights at La Puesta. This hotel is brand new, beautiful, very clean with a wonderful staff. Maxa, the restaurant at the hotel was amazing, Jonas, Oscar and the entire staff were so friendly and helpful we absolutely enjoyed our stay.

Property was fantastic. Everything you need is at the property. Close access to a beautiful beach. Staff keeps property extremely clean. Food was very good. Staff is some of the best I have ever encountered. Always willing to accommodate our needs and always went above and beyond with a personal touch. Will definitely recommend to others and without question will stay there again.

Staff especially Alberto at the pool were very friendly/thoughtful and helpful. Marked only as okay for couple reasons: bathroom in room - be prepared, it stinks all the time. Door shut fan on and still will smell like sewage and comes into the rest of room, general upkeep - fridge leaks water all over floor and overall, hotel needs a refresh, amount of rules - no towels for the beach and just amount of signs to trying to restrict what you do is excessive. For Sayulita some of the best views etc… but wouldn’t stay again

We loved our stay! The room was beautiful and the balcony looking out to the ocean was a dream. They had a daybed on the balcony where we spent a lot of our down time. Every room has an ocean-view balcony. Service was good. The restaurant was pricey, but worth it. The beach access was awesome, and the beach near the hotel was always uncrowded.

This is the second visit for me and unfortunately they have an issue with their showers and hot water. The regulator can’t find the middle in that the water is either scalding hot or cold then it runs out of hot water within three minutes. They moved me to another room and the AC wasn’t working properly. It was set to 18c but the room temp was 26c. The second room also had the same issue with the shower. I mentioned it to the front desk and didn’t look surprised. The next time I visit Sayulita I think I’ll stay at the Conrad which was marginally more expensive.

The room overlooking the ocean is a big plus. Rooms are very clean with all the necessary amenities. Very comfortable bed. Staff is friendly and willing to help. Food in the restaurant is very creative, good products. Food and Drinks are expensive.

Great stay. Beautiful new location, friendly staff, spacious rooms, gorgeous pool. Only gripes: They govern the AC to 18 degrees and it didnt allow for it to get cool enough for me to sleep at night. Second, my gf came to the pool with me and they said only guests could stay past 6pm - the pool was empty and we where plenty of loungers - seemed silly to make her get out of the water at 6.

This place had the best customer service ever!! They had attention to detail in the room and outside area. Our room was very clean, food was delicious. The views are phenomenal. I can't wait to come back. This place is a ten plus. Only one downside was for what ever reason it did not take our Discover credit card and it wasn't on our end. Overall I definitely recommend this place 100%.

Property was fantastic. Everything you need is at the property. Close access to a beautiful beach. Staff keeps property extremely clean. Food was very good. Staff is some of the best I have ever encountered. Always willing to accommodate our needs and always went above and beyond with a personal touch. Will definitely recommend to others and without question will stay there again.

It’s right on the beach and all rooms are nicely designed, spacious and face the beach. The infinite style pools is also great as is the pool-side service. Did not like that I had pesos cash but front desk refused to show me the peso total even though the restaurant menu is in pesos and I was billed at the table in pesos. They only showed me the converted US $ amount. When I insisted on paying in pesos cash, the front desk used their phone calculator to convert back into pesos. That’s ridiculous. Why would I pay to convert from pesos to US and then back to pesos. That’s terrible service.

It is a wonderful small boutique property. It's the only one on the beach with an infinity pool to die for. The Staff is fantastic! Shout out to Rene!! Great service at the pool and bar. An incredible view from every room. My only suggestion is higher quality and individual soaps, shampoo, and conditioner in the bathroom. I would stay again.

My partner and I had a fabulous stay here! The staff is extremely friendly, hotel is very clean, and it’s a quick walk to town. You can rent golf carts but we walked the beach or the streets into town.

This is a beautiful hotel on the quiet north end of Sayulita. We were delighted with the room, view, service, and pool. The beach/ocean is steps away but the water is rough! Very quiet location in the North part of town, albeit with a bit of construction noise due to developments nearby. Staff were friendly and efficient. Prices for food and beverage are a bit high but quality was good. Room was lovely, as was the view.

This hotel is beautiful and we would absolutely stay here again. You cannot beat the views - right on the beach with the sunset every night! Food was amazing - you can get it at the restaurant next to the pool or order poolside and have it brought to you (along with delicious drinks, smoothies, and more). The property plays nice music at the pool, there is a very fun water slide, and the pool is well designed with an adult area, general area, and area for the slide. It is also heated and easy to hang out in all afternoon. The property is beautiful, right on the beach, and rooms are well decorated, comfortable, and fun and bathrooms are a nice size. Deck is great for watching the waves and sunset. Staff is so friendly as well. It is a short/easy walk to town either on the streets or on the beach. Cute restaurants on the walk as well. Beautiful property, just far enough away from the craziness of town and close enough to get to the hubbub if you want to walk to the plaza. Friendly staff, clean and new property, great gym, which is hard to find in Sayu. Overall, a great stay.

La Puesta was incredible. We really loved staying at a property on the North Shore as it’s quieter and more secluded. It’s an easy walk into town from the hotel. The food was marvelous and the pool magnificent. We will be back!

We loved our stay! The room was beautiful and the balcony looking out to the ocean was a dream. They had a daybed on the balcony where we spent a lot of our down time. Every room has an ocean-view balcony. Service was good. The restaurant was pricey, but worth it. The beach access was awesome, and the beach near the hotel was always uncrowded.

Everything about my stay at La Puesta was wonderful. I was traveling solo for the week and La puesta was the perfect place for a solo female traveler. The pool is gorgeous. My room (Sunset Suite) was large, clean, the giant bathtub was a huge plus and the views from the balcony were stunning. Food at the restaurant use incredible, but the best part of the stay was definitely the service and staff at the pool/restaurant/bar. Khalil and Andres are incredibly kind, attentive and welcoming, as was everyone else I encountered. The people at La Puesta truly made a huge difference in my trip, on top of the hotel being great on its own. The hotel is on the north end of the beach, which is a little quieter but still just a 10 minute walk to the busier parts of town. The walk is incredibly safe. I walked back alone a few times after midnight and felt perfectly safe. The street is well-lit and everyone in town is very kind and looks out for everyone. Check in and check out were simple and quick. No issues with extra charges or hidden fees. Definitely recommend!
