The only good thing was Alex (Alexandra). She was polite, professional and friendly. The grounds around the hotel need serious help. First, trash pick up!! Second, power wash!! Third, repair (tiles and cracks). The room was large but in serious need of a deep clean, a repaint and NEW WINDOW COVERINGS. The pull down shade are disgustingly dirty The breakfast was meh

The room itself was clean however the room was hot. We had to ask the unhelpful front desk clerk who was too worried about his bright nails and cell phone to call maintenance to turn off the “cool block” on the A/C. In the middle of summer?! The pool area was not kept up. The jets in the hot tub were broken. The landscaping was neglected terrible. Dry and weeds. Only two tore up chairs. The side door did not work when attempting to reenter the hotel from the pool area. We will not stay here again.

Overall fine place esp for the price. It was clean and Well run. Only negatives were lots of scruff marks on floor like a dog dug into it and mold in shower grout line. The king suite is one open room. Only sink is the bathroom. Kind of loud since first floor is tile and our room was near utility rooms. The staff were super nice, lobby welcoming, breakfast good, and location close to several restaurants.
