Fabulous big room, gorgeous location, beautiful pool, nice staff. Only improvements would be better shower water pressure, and some potplants around the pool would help offset all that concrete. I also parked for free a few streets away outside WeHo each day rather than pay the ludicrous $65 daily valet parking fee.

I booked this hotel through Wotif for 6 nights and unfortunately, the pool was under repair for the entire duration of our stay. This was extremely disappointing, as we specifically chose this hotel based on the photos and amenities, especially the pool, which looked clean and inviting online At the time of booking, there was no information on Wotif about scheduled pool maintenance, and had we known, we could have booked other nearby hotels—many of which were cheaper but without pools. We chose this one because of the pool feature, and that amenity was unavailable throughout our stay. I raised the issue with the hotel reception, but they said they couldn’t assist since the booking was made through Wotif, and directed me to follow up with Wotif .

The hotel was very nice. The room size was very large. Only regret was that the rooftop pool was closed and we were not informed when we booked nor when we checked in it was only once we put our suits on and went to the rooftop to find the gate was locked Down at the front desk when we went down to tell them there was no apologies and that was very upsetting and disappointing

My problem was with the cleanliness in bathroom and pool area. In the bathroom the shower glass needed a better cleaning job, there was something black on the tile back wall. The vents on the bath fan was almost covered in lint. We went out to the pool area about 8pm and every where to sit had food utensils, cups, silverware etc around all lounges in cabanas. This was very unacceptable in a hotel of that supposed caliber. As far as staff, the valet, check-in/ out, restaurant/ bar people were excellent. I had no encounter with food. I filled my coffee mug with coffee and had my water container filled.

This hotel was very pretty great location, but I was very upset to find out that the rooftop pool was closed. I did not know that when I booked this hotel was very disappointed for me and my family as we booked two rooms and did not anticipate not enjoying the rooftop pool, we were not told at check-in either was up to the pool to find out. Everything was great except the hotels weird policy only to clean the room on the third day of your stay. Towels didn’t get changed and our garbage pails were full. It’s post Covid. If I wanted to stay at a place were they don’t make the bed or bring fresh towels I’d stay at an air BNB Nice hotel. Nice staff. But. We arrived on Saturday and they cleaned our room Tuesday. Not a good policy if you want to be considered a top hotel.

Upon arrival the workers were extremely friendly. Unfortunately once we got to our room there were qtips, hair ties, crumbs all over the floor & near the beds. The bathrooms weren’t clean either. We had some snacks delivered in the evening and when we went to open the fridge there was OLD FOOD, the STUNK the whole room up for the whole evening. We requested another room and apparently none were available. All they did was come to the room and remove the old food from the refrigerator, not clean it nor get rid of the smell.

Rooms are well appointed and very clean. This is a boutique hotel in a quiet and safe area. Trader Joe's is a very short walk away - great to grab some snacks. Best part is the rooms are huge! With 3 of us staying, the room was extremely comfortable. Would definitely recommend a stay here and would stay again.

Since my last stay, they’ve stopped daily room cleaning. Apparently you have to stay at the hotel a minimum of 4 nights in order to “deserve” this basic hotel amenity. They also seem to be trying to save money and have switched to a crappy 1-ply toilet paper. Cutting corners at the guests expense.

We had a bad experience while checking in. The valllet at Valletparking seemed surprised that we needed help with 4 suitcases. But what was really unacceptable was the room 111 we were given. It's beneath street level and has no view besides having barely daylight. When we asked for another room the uninspired front desk said that was the room we booked. Such a room is not described on the booking site. She neither offered the complimentary drink we are entitled as gold member at hotels.com

Very nice room and hotel is perfectly located for a weekend in West Hollywood. Our only gripe was the couple with small boys staying above us that let them run and jump back and forth for hours over our heads when we were trying to rest and the staff would not even contact them and ask them to quiet down.

The motion sensor lights in the room went off all night long. Every time my husband got up to use the bathroom I woke up because the light came on automatically. The pillows felt more like balloons. And the fireplace didn’t work in the room

I travel a good bit and am a bit of a snob when it comes to hotels. This hotel is such a gem!!! Is set a little bit off the busy streets so it’s quiet but so many great places you can walk to easily. Our room was like a mini apartment with the sunken den, large bedroom bath and dressing room. The restaurant was excellent for great coffee and afternoon snacks. We loved all the valet guys (it’s a little pricy to park overnight)! We will definitely stay again!

We had a bad experience while checking in. The valllet at Valletparking seemed surprised that we needed help with 4 suitcases. But what was really unacceptable was the room 111 we were given. It's beneath street level and has no view besides having barely daylight. When we asked for another room the uninspired front desk said that was the room we booked. Such a room is not described on the booking site. She neither offered the complimentary drink we are entitled as gold member at hotels.com

The Chamberlain has large unique rooms that are well appointed, and make it feel like a home away from home. The coffee served in the morning was excellent. The gym was great and surprisingly well equipped for a smaller hotel. The pool area really shines and is very scenic and serene, with attentive staff. Every time we phoned to request something we were greeting with friendly enthusiasm. We stayed for 4 nights and would highly recommend this lovely location that is close and yet far enough away from the bustle of Hollywood boulevard. The art throughout there hotel is chic and interesting.

Loved this stay. The hotel is in a lovely area, really easy to walk around WEHO. Olivia on the front desk was helpful and all other staff were friendly and kind. I wish room cleaning didn’t need to be requested but I understand the system.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Chamberlain. The room was wonderful and the staff was very friendly. We were even greeted with champagne when we checked in! The location was great and allowed us to walk to dining and drinks in West Hollywood. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Everything about staying at The Chamberlain was challenging. This was my fourth stay in the last 2 years and was looking forward to my return and felt like I returned to a completely different hotel. It felt like no one was working at the hotel. We had difficulty valeting our car, checking in, getting up to our room and asking for simple things such as ice and fresh towels. We had a 2 night stay and wanted fresh towels after being out in the heat and the towels never showed up after calling twice. I had spoke nothing but high things of this hotel and left embarrassed I had recommended it to significant other. Staying at a 4+ star should never be as challenging and disappointing as ours was.

I had such high hopes for this place. I found it to be in a relatively decent location for what we wanted to do while we were in LA. HOWEVER, for two nights we had the noisiest upstairs neighbors I HAVE EVER dealt with. We had to go down several times to notify the staff and we did not sleep well at all. The staff didn’t even do anything to apologize for the inconvenience of whatever was running around and jumping upstairs. For over $400 a night, I am extremely disappointed and would never return to a place that does not prioritize guests. It really is unfortunate considering they even state they have quite hours from 10PM - 8 AM. I’ve never in all my years of travel been so disrespected. And it happened both nights and again in the early hours of the morning. Poor management, poor customer service, and over priced if they are not going to do ANYTHING about it. Spend your money else where and find a better location that RESPECTS the guest and will actually take action if this occurs.

I really enjoyed my stay at this charming boutique hotel tucked just off the Sunset Strip — such a great location in a lovely neighborhood. The only downside was having to use valet parking and pay a nightly fee instead of self-parking, which I found a bit inconvenient at first. However, the valet team completely won me over — especially Enrique, who was always friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. His great attitude made coming and going a pleasure. Overall, a wonderful stay in a beautiful spot.

I travel a good bit and am a bit of a snob when it comes to hotels. This hotel is such a gem!!! Is set a little bit off the busy streets so it’s quiet but so many great places you can walk to easily. Our room was like a mini apartment with the sunken den, large bedroom bath and dressing room. The restaurant was excellent for great coffee and afternoon snacks. We loved all the valet guys (it’s a little pricy to park overnight)! We will definitely stay again!

Fabulous hotel - all suites with living room area, fireplace, balcony and work area. In a nice quiet area but only 1 block to stores and a couple blocks to all the restaurants and nitelife. Super staff!!! The perfect base in West Hollywood

Great location! Quiet street with beautiful trees and gardens. Short walk to Trader Joe’s at the end of the street. A 10 min walk to the sunset strip with lots of cafes/restaurants. A short uber ride to Hollywood Blvd and Beverley Hills. We stayed in a One Bedroom Signature Residence (Recently Renovated). Family of 4, two kids aged 12 & 15. The kids slept on the sofa bed and said it was comfortable. The layout of the room was great. I particularly liked the large bench & mirror outside of the bathroom where we could place our toiletries. I could also do my makeup & hair there without occupying the bathroom. Two complimentary bottles of water daily. Complementary coffee in the restaurant in the morning. Loved the heated rooftop outdoor pool, great view of the city. There is bar near the pool and a fire-pit that you can ask the staff to light. Now for the minor negatives. The rooms are serviced daily, however the day after our arrival, the staff forgot to clean our room. Although, when we called reception for fresh towels, they promptly sent some up. The rest of the days, our rooms were cleaned. However, towels seemed to be an issue every day except one day, as we only received 2 bath towels for a family of 4. We just collected fresh towels from reception on our way back from outings. The only other thing I will say about the room there is a kitchenette, however no dishes/cutlery. Although, the restaurant will happily provide you with cutlery. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely boutique hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. Almost all the staff were super-friendly and helpful. Rooms were a good size and in good condition, but compared to the room size the bathrooms were small, nothing other than basic amenities and nowhere to put your toiletries. The restaurant had a limited menu.

Nice place and a good location. The best part of West Hollywood. Make sure to be on the top floor as the lower floors are not quiet if there are people above you. The food sucks. Don’t order anything. Staff are very nice.

Everything about the property was amazing. I did have difficulty getting room service; basically told to get my own coffee down in the restaurant, then hung up on. So that was the only disappointing experience I had during my whole stay. Valet, Front Desk, and Housekeeping were amazing !

The hotel was nice but the prices were very high. We ordered a pot of coffee and a cup of decaf in the morning and the bill was $28.00. Everything was very expensive.

First I asked for early check in. Not a problem to not have it. But not having my room ready upon regular check in, not ok. Check in person was rude, told me to sit and wait. My room was an hour past check. Offered nothing, not even a smile. Room was not at all as expected. Bed was old and uncomfortable. The front room was freezing the bedroom was hot. There were no wastebaskets! The toilet paper was so thin it disintegrated. I went to cvs and bought my own. Plus they give you one roll, like you cannot be trusted. Same with towels. It’s bizarre. The lively courtyard shown in the picture which is why I booked, when I opened the slider there were employees standing next to me. There’s a door right next to my room. How lovely and relaxing. So I had to keep door and locked and shades drawn so they were not looking in. It was the equivalent of renting a basement in New York. Zero light! Im beyong disappointed by how much money i spent for how crappy of a room this truly was. No narural light is disturbing! This should have been disclosed. The only shining moment is the valet staff! These guys are polite, quick, friendly, and know how to greet guests upon arrival. The stay was so bad we left a day early. I highly suggest staying somewhere where you are appreciated and get the service you are paying for. This hotel only wants to take your money and never see you again. TO SUM IT UP WE LEFT A DAY EARLY IT WAS SO BAD! Do not stay here!!!
