It was disgusting. Looked like boogers and blood on the walls and ceiling, hole in the bathroom wall where a fan should be, the sheets and bedspread were all stained with god knows what. Do they even know what bleach is? Not even a lamp shade on the lamp. The tub was so aawful I didn’t even shower. Don’t get me started on the pool it was green and growing stuff. Just horrible. Don’t stay here!

While the employees were trying to be courteous, they had to tell us some things we didn’t know about this motel’s rules and policies. A large cash fee, broken ice machines, no free breakfast as advertised, etc. etc.

Cockroaches. Dirty pillows. Not enough towels. Paint peeling off walls and ceiling. Shower curtain rod installed backwards. Newly installed flooring covered in paint drops. Hot water was more like Luke warm. Informed the staff all they did was mop the floor. The door was hanging on by a thread with a half inch gap at bottom allowing more bugs to enter. No amenities at all, not even a hanger. Fridge was so dirty we used a garbage bag as a liner. Advertised pool was not functional or accessible. Currently fighting for my deposit back even tho I brought all this up immediately after check in

There were multiple bags in multiple rooms, our shower was broken upon arrival and staff tried to blame us for it, it took over 24 hours to be moved to a new room with a working shower, there was no fire/smoke alarm, and there was no pool or breakfast even though it was stated online that there was.

I was just here so I had a clean place to shower and sleep. The linens definitely need to be replaced, at least what was in my room. The bed was comfortable and the shower was clean and worked well. However, on my first night, my neighbors car alarm went off every hour or so all night long. Then at around 4 am, someone showed up and had VERY loud conversations right outside my window. The second night was much better. The wifi worked great and was easy to connect to. The TV, I did not use at all but they insisted on providing a remote and if I did not return the key and remote I would be charged $20. I usually just leave the key in the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but it stated there was breakfast but the 2 mornings I stayed, all I saw was coffee was put out. Maybe I was there too early but I was there at around 7:30am.

I knew that they had 2.3 stars when I made the reservation. All I really wanted was a place to sleep. I don't really care about most other motel services. The pool was empty, but, I wouldn't have used it anyway. The white towels hadn't been bleached in quite a while, hard to tell if they were clean. Several bars and restaurants in walking distance. I told them twice that they were flying the Marine Corps colors upside down and it still didn't get fixed. Not recommended for families or people with high expectations. I got what I paid for and would stay again, but, I'd take my own towels.

The room was absolutely disgusting. For the price, I did not expect anything fancy, just a place to change and sleep after coming into town for an event. We weren’t planning to be in the room much but guys, this place is truly uninhabitable. Visible mold on the baseboards, along the shower wall, and on the shower curtain. Floor was wet and dirty. Hair and debris in wet spots all around the floor. Bedding was damp, room was stuffy and smelled moldy. The chain lock on the door was broken off, door and wall were dirty (honestly looked like someone or an animal had been locked in the room and tried to get out). I wish I had thought to take photos but we were so grossed out, we left after about 30 minutes. Really really bad. Pay more money to stay elsewhere. I wouldn’t have stayed here for free.

Horrible service. Room was NOT CLEAN. Hair on sheets, and when I pulled the pillow back, A ROACH BUG was crawling under it! I called and spoke to manager that said " we're not giving you your money back, you are free to leave if you want to"!!!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK! And I never got an apology or refund!

This was definitely the most dirty motel I have ever stayed in. I cleaned the room for about 2 hours. The floors were absolutely filthy. The room smelled horribly of cigarettes but was supposedly a smoke-free room. There were burn marks on the blanket. I called several times asking for more towels (I used the first set out towels to clean the room), pillows, and requesting the light be fixed. After about a day, I was tired of waiting and went to get the towels myself so I guess at least they did hand me more towels. Someone did come to fix the light on the second day. Never got the pillows. This motel also did not feel super safe. There’s a weird gap between the walls in the floor and the door that makes you feel a bit vulnerable. I pushed the desk in front of the door.

Room was clean but was tore up. Found out about that there is a damage deposit you must upon arrival. Would have been nice to know about. Beds werent that comfortable. No tub stopper for the tub. My son is disabled he doesnt like showers so had to stuff a washcloth in the drain. No clear communication between front desk and cleaning staff. Clearlysome kind of bug was in there that kept biting us.. Stay was decent. But loud at night and someone was smoking could smell weed insode our room.

I booked this room because I was travelling by myself and it's the less expensive I could find. The room did not smell bad but a spider was next to the bed. And I could hear birds all night long and people talking. I think some live there. I did not really feel safe but nothing happened to me. The room is old and there are stains on the towels. I guess was clean but still. I don't understand how you can let a spider in the room and stains on towels. But overall was fine. The people at the front desk were nice.

First place I have ever been where upon check in we were handed the remote for the TV at the same time we got our room keys. When we pulled up to out room there was a car load of drunk teenagers screaming at each other and another carload pulling up. The lock for the door was busted off and missing and couldn't even close the curtains all the way. We had 3 people staying and were only provided 2 towels and 2 wash clothes. We found a used razor blade stashed in the tissue slot of the counter for the sink. Will not be going back, would not recommend!

We stayed in this hotel overnight for the Wilmington marathon, so we were only at the hotel for a couple hours since race time is very early. It worked since we were only there for a few hours. Definitely wouldn’t bring kids here. It was relatively clean (not disgusting) but we could smell smoke all night from the neighbor door (we had a non-smoking room). The light outside the door didn’t turn off and it was extremely bright all night long. The tv was crap, and while they had a Roku tv they didn’t have any streaming services and the coloring and volume were horrible. The WiFi was beyond slow so we ended up just using our own phones. I got there and paid the reservation Waited on my partner to get there. We were in the room less than an hour and noticed that it was in really poor condition. So we booked a room elsewhere. I gave my keys back and they would not reimburse me. I was told that because I was there longer than 15 minutes I was being charged the full amount.

Horrible service. Room was NOT CLEAN. Hair on sheets, and when I pulled the pillow back, A ROACH BUG was crawling under it! I called and spoke to manager that said " we're not giving you your money back, you are free to leave if you want to"!!!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK! And I never got an apology or refund!

I knew that they had 2.3 stars when I made the reservation. All I really wanted was a place to sleep. I don't really care about most other motel services. The pool was empty, but, I wouldn't have used it anyway. The white towels hadn't been bleached in quite a while, hard to tell if they were clean. Several bars and restaurants in walking distance. I told them twice that they were flying the Marine Corps colors upside down and it still didn't get fixed. Not recommended for families or people with high expectations. I got what I paid for and would stay again, but, I'd take my own towels.

There were multiple bags in multiple rooms, our shower was broken upon arrival and staff tried to blame us for it, it took over 24 hours to be moved to a new room with a working shower, there was no fire/smoke alarm, and there was no pool or breakfast even though it was stated online that there was.

I was just here so I had a clean place to shower and sleep. The linens definitely need to be replaced, at least what was in my room. The bed was comfortable and the shower was clean and worked well. However, on my first night, my neighbors car alarm went off every hour or so all night long. Then at around 4 am, someone showed up and had VERY loud conversations right outside my window. The second night was much better. The wifi worked great and was easy to connect to. The TV, I did not use at all but they insisted on providing a remote and if I did not return the key and remote I would be charged $20. I usually just leave the key in the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but it stated there was breakfast but the 2 mornings I stayed, all I saw was coffee was put out. Maybe I was there too early but I was there at around 7:30am.
