When checking in, I was told that my room was unavailable due to maintenance. I was asked if I could book into two rooms versus one. Traveling with children, of course, this was not possible. After some time, figuring out where to stay, I was finally checked into my room. The next morning at breakfast, we received expired, chunky milk and mildewed cream cheese. The food was clearly spoiled. I don’t want to get started on the space and cleanliness of the breakfast area. It was just poor. After not eating breakfast, I went back to my room. I was locked out of my room for quite sometime. I was told that my key card expired and didn’t work. However, it continued to work for the next hour. The problem was that the battery in the lock system was dying. Instead of them fixing the issue, they said it was my fault. I don’t think I’ve ever left a poor review for a hotel ever. This hotel definitely needs different ownership.

Super convenient place for our needs. Our rooms were ready early, we appreciated that. Rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel is close to a couple of restaurants and located right off the highway. We took advantage of the free breakfast and it was just what we needed. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Room wasn’t very clean. Carpet dirty and bathroom very dirty. Floors obviously not swept/mopped. Also had a noise above closet ceiling ticking all night. Stayed before and it was fine, but this visit left something to be desired. Nice folks, breakfast pretty good, just need to focus on room cleanliness and detail. I’d give them a chance again, but hoping they improve on these things.
