Upon arrival my room smelled like someone smoked in it, I told front desk and they immediately upgraded my stay and apologized. I wish I knew her name because she was very helpful !! Great staff all around 3 days! Will stay here again!

First of all he staff was awesome. Very friendly and always available. I'm just disappointed with the cleanliness of my room in particular but overall I think the hotel needs some renovating and a good scrubbing. The elevator was small and not very clean. My room was ok. The carpet was gross. The air conditioner vent was broken, as well as a picture above the desk. Paying attention to detail would be awesome, ie; clean the walls, the shower head and the bathroom sink drain. It was stinky. The toilet is way too loud and the particular room I had did not have enough counter space in the bathroom. It was handicap accessible so I'm sure that's part of it. The towels were fine. The water pressure was good. And the bed pillows and tv were sufficient. As well as the microwave, fridge and coffee maker. All worked great! Unfortunately the walls are paper thin so you can hear people all day and night. And the ice maker was so loud that I thought someone was vacuuming all night. And oddly enough there wasn't a full length mirror in the room. Normally it wouldn't matter very much but I think having one is important for when you're getting ready. At the very least maybe a mirror above the desk. The staff was the best part. Thanks guys!
