Great check in. Hotel lobby is spacious and has water features. Breakfast was amazing. The pool and hot tub was wonderful. The hotel room and the elevator were outdated. The room seemed clean but looking under bed and in cupboards there was a lot of dust and crumbs. From my experience some Embassy Suites allow unlimited drinks at the evening reception or put restrictions on the number of complimentary drinks. This hotel limited it to 2 drinks per adult over 21 which was the most restrictive I have seen at an Embassy Suite. I tried to use the app to request housekeeping and they said they would add my room to the list, but no one ever showed up so we had to call housekeeping and no one answered then we called the front desk and finally were able to get some new towels. All things aside, overall great stay. The staff were always friendly and willing to help.

Like almost all Embassy Suites hotels, this one is very nice. The in-hotel restaurant was a big plus because we were able to get a delicious chef's salad without driving anywhere. They had French toast and waffles, but no pancakes for breakfast--apparently pancakes and French toast alternate days--which was slightly disappointing, but the omelets are great and they have a variety of other things. The manager's reception is a big plus which most hotels don't have. We didn't try the pool, but the hot tub was wonderful. The room, as usual, was spacious and comfortable.

Property is older but well taken care of....omelet bar is a big plus along with the entire breakfast bar...only negatives would be the broken elevator that's awaiting parts, the fact that the bathroom is on the small side...but the room was large, and the fact that the pool was always packed...bar was another big plus and all the employees were friendly and overall awesome

Pros: Nice lounge area, good breakfast. Neutral: Room was okay. Starting to become outdated but it was fine. Cons: $75 pet fee for one night, one small dog. Bathroom was cramped. Constant high-pitched noise coming through the ceiling in the room - had to blast a sound machine to drown out the noise. Hot tub was cold, and when we asked for the heat to be turned on we were told the maintenance man would come. He never did. Pool was also cold - no reason for an indoor pool at a large hotel to not be at least a little bit heated. It was difficult to find a table to sit at for breakfast and we had to eat on a dirty table. One of the elevators was out of service and the other was slow and rickety. For well over $200 for one night, I'd expect better.

We Loved the breakfast! Our room was super noisy. We could hear outside traffic and gurgling from our bathroom during the night as other rooms used their shower. The hot tub was broke unfortunately and so was one of the elevators. There a few good restaurant's close by to eat. The happy hour is also very nice

The quality for the price was outstanding. A family of five plus one dog were able to stay one night in a clean hotel. The hardest part was that our AC was terrible. Our room was so hot, it was a suite style. Maybe we could've notified the front desk, but we kept hoping it would cool off by nighttime. The pool and hot tub were a great bonus--they actually worked unlike every other hotel I've stayed in for the last 4 years. The breakfast was above and beyond for a complimentary breakfast. The restaurant was open late and very accommodating, fast service and friendly staff.

The hotel looks great on the outside and the main seating areas. Our room was horrendously filthy! The walls in the bathroom were slimy, the carpet was sticky and the curtains didn’t close right. When we got there the fridge was broken, and the sheets looked slept in and not washed. There were suspicious stains on the pillows and the towels were dirty on the bottom. There was black soot in the air vents so that on high fan setting we would cough. We were very tired when we got there, and figured the whole hotel might be that dirty anyway. Staff was pretty good but some were stingy with towels. Would not recommend Embassy Suites or any Hilton for that matter and will never sleep there again.

The staff was great but the hotel was very dirty. The vents had dust everywhere, the bathroom was dusty, and the room was not very clean. The hot tub was also disgusting. It definitely needs to be cleaned by the staff better. When we got there we had to clean so much on our own which was very frustrating.

The positives...water pressure in the shower and the omelets! Negatives...really needs renovations (carpets dirty and don't fit). Bathroom door didn't close bc cut too tall. Outlets didn't work, were loose and one was burned. Room carpets weren't vacuumed before entry. Safe wasn't functioning. Mattresses very soft (we rolled into each other). One mattress has big nasty stain. Staff were nice, but room grossed me out.

Very run down and dirty room. First room we got smelled like cigarettes and we had to switch to a different one. The second room had hairs on the blankets and dust on the shelf’s and the pain was falling off the walls. All the employees were very helpful and nice.

The stay was good enough for what we needed. The staff were awesome and super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. The room left some to be desired. Was not super dirty but not the cleanest. Bathroom grout had mold growing and the soaps were out in the shower. Would not have an issue booking again if we need a place for a night. Again, staff is awesome.

Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast and happy hour snacks/drinks. Elevators were broken. Room was extremely hot with temp adjusted down. Filters were dirty and definitely not changed recently.

The next time we stay - and we will be back - I will request a room opposite I25. It was loud, but I put on a white noise app and was ok. Other than that, which was manageable, everything was amazing! Staff, the evening reception, food… all great! Brought our family who is local back for a lazy evening in the lobby and we had the best time. And to include the reception and the full breakfast for the price - couldn’t ask for much more! Our family is even planning a little stay-cation because they were so impressed.

The good: Staff was friendly The bad: pictures are misleading of room. Got mountain view King suite and mainly picked room for balcony and the view. Got to room and found Balcony railing has been removed and sliding door screwed shut. Also bathroom was tiny and ac didn't work very well and was hot in room. In general not a bad hotel but should be advertised as it really is especially for cost of room and really needs updated.

The photos advertise balconies in the rooms, which is a main reason we booked at this hotel, only to arrive to find out that they have removed the balconies from this hotel, locked up the windows and you aren’t even able to open a window for your room. Disappointed that the listed website photos aren’t updated. I would have chosen a different hotel had I known this.

Great view of Pikes Peak! 20 mins away from Garden of the Gods. 25 mins away from Manitou Springs. 30 mins away from the Cave of the Winds. The best breakfast out of all the hotels we stayed in on this trip and the only hotel that did not charge for parking. They also gave us free drinks during happy hour! They also checked in with us multiple times to make sure we were enjoying our stay!

The windows are old and you hear freeway noise loudly. The internet is weak, the TV shows were pixelated. One elevator out of order but appeared to be a storage for custodial supplies. The water seemed to be a weak flow when flushing. The drainage in showers were slow. The staff at breakfast service were wonderful and so were the front desk employees.

I thought I was booking a room with a balcony, based on the pictures provided, upon arrival you see that all the balcony railings have been removed and the doors sealed shut for some unimaginable reason. Update the photos. This feels like a scam. I booked an ADA room, and upon arrival at 5pm we were informed that they did not have a room ready. At 6pm we were informed that a room was "being made ready" and it was explained that the room had flooded 3 months ago and had been out of order since then. But now, magically at 6pm on a Saturday night, it was ready. The missing artwork, holes in the cieling and slightly musty smell said otherwise, but it was late and we were exhausted and the staff did seem apologetic as they explained quite honestly that theit owners were trash. The Front Office Manager just couldn't not touch me, apparently. Offering me a hug instead of a nice accommodation and then two minutes after I declined a hug, she felt the need to start rubbing my back. The pool was cloudy and too cold, at 86 degrees and the hottub was far too hot at 104. Room service might have been nice, but in their hurry to tell me the room was ready, no menu or information was available. The roll out bed in the living room was just beyond terrible. They actually tried to tell me it was a brand new couch with a brand new mattress. See pictures. Oh, not to mention the sink full of water. Couldn't figure out how to drain it and didn't want another creepy backrub.

Check in was not good. There was a line of 8-10 people and only one person working. The lady working was very friendly but took almost 30 minutes to check in and I was third in line at the time. This was at 4:00 right at check in time. Not good planning

Everything was great, however, at the time of check out, the receptionist, was NOT courteous, friendly or attentive at all. Honestly, I was surprise she did even ask me about, how was your stay?? or a thank you for choosing Hilton. It was obvious she lacks customer service and people skills.

I wanted to enjoy my stay but I just couldn’t. The check-in was awful, staff were rude to my husband and we were not treated with respect. I called the front desk to speak to a manager & waited on the phone 10 minutes and they never came to answer. I will definitely not be staying here again, if you are coming in on a business trip or you are a professional I suggest you stay elsewhere.

This was actually my second time here and i was disappointed how bad it was the second time. The check in staff were not good at communicating and the room wasnt ready and i had to wait a very long time to get the room after checkin time and the staff checking in was extremely unhelpful and i think i was given a room they dont use a lot because it was dark and cramped and uncomfortable. The breakfast buffet and people helping with the buffet are amazing. The pool and game room are fun too. I enjoyed this hotel the first time around when the check in staff was much more helpful i got my room early even and my room wasnt so dark and cramped .

The hotel itself was nice... and a good northside location. Easy access to get to sites, shopping, restaurants. Overall a 4 out of 5 stars. What would have given them a 5 was for their staff not to be so rude/have so much attitude. Desk staff had a take it or leave it attitude, like they were doing you a favor just to recognize you were trying to talk to them. Bar staff would not engage in conversation with the guests. With each other, yes, but not us. Still, if you are not actually spending a lot of time interacting with the staff, it's a pretty good stay/location. Would stay here again.

Great location just off the highway and convenient to access all things Colorado Springs! Of course the Embassy Suites is known for the breakfast and happy hour - which did not disappoint! Great place to have a few drinks, watch a game and play Farkle/cards! All of the staff were very courteous and friendly - even when busy!

The front desk workers were so helpful and friendly. Actually everyone there was just very welcoming. In the morning everyone said good morning at breakfast--it was just very nice everywhere we went. Side note: the maid starting point seemed to be just outside our room and they all seemed to genuinely like and enjoy working with each other. There were a lot of smiles. Yes, the hotel is a little run down in places and may need a little renovation, but the overall vibe of the place is so family friendly and nice. I would encourage anyone to stay here for a really central spot.

Our large bedroom that faced the mountains was a perfect setting for a relaxing two-day get-away. We liked the additional living room complete with microwave, bar sink and refrigerator. All of the staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful. The location is great - we were able to walk to dinner on the first night and also enjoy the AF Academy area, Garden of the Gods, etc.

Very dirty, everything was old over used and outdated. Beds mattress was lumpy and a big dip in the middle. Food at the restaurant was awful pizza was a 17.00 frozen pizza. Blackened salmon was full of bones. Breakfast was overcooked oatmeal and the omelet was dry and tasteless. Staff was friendly! I expected more for 300 a night. Plus a 150.00 hold on my account.

Unfortunately, our stay at the Embassy Suites in Colorado Springs was far less than ideal. There were several issues with the facilities and the service, some of which major. 1.The AC/heating did not work properly. When we arrived the temperature was 59 degrees. We set the control to 75 degrees, and the temperature went up to 60 degrees where it stayed all night. It was really cold, my wife and three little kids were suffering. Next day we asked the front office to send someone to have a look. They said they will but no one came. 2.The telephones in the room did not work. Both telephones in the room did not work. In order to contact the front office we had to call from our cell phones. 3.The room keys were deactivated every evening. 4.The breakfast on first morning had only a few items. The custom omelets were served as usual, but the main food island was mostly empty at 9:15 am, 45 minutes before the end of the breakfast on Saturdays, 10 am. No potatoes, no sausages, no pancakes, very little scrambled eggs. 5.The toilet flushing mechanism in lobby restrooms did not work. I tried to use the lobby and/or the restaurant restrooms, only to find out that the toilet flushing mechanism could not be manually activated. The automatic part was too erratic itself as well. 6.There was no freezer in the fridge in the room. 7.Shower water was coming out of the shower, even with the shower curtains closed, resulting in flooding of the floor every time.

We REALLY enjoyed our stay here and ended up adding a night. The hotel has a really cool atmosphere in the atrium style lobby that extends the entire size of the hotel. There is ample seating and welcoming environment complete with waterfalls that makes you want to leave your room and relax there a bit! The rooms themselves are a bit dated but very clean and the one bedroom suite was perfect for our family of 6. The staff from front desk and restaurant to housekeeping and maintenance were incredible. Always happy and kind. We enjoyed the complimentary happy hour each night and the breakfast...... WOW. Omelets made to order, fresh baked goods, fresh fruit, cereal, coffee, juice, potatoes, eggs, bacon and sausage. We've never seen a breakfast quite like this! Amazing. We would 1000% stay here again.
