We totally enjoyed our stay here. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast and the afternoon cookies were very delicious and filling. The Rooftop room we stayed in was small but perfect for us, with a large outdoor deck, and hot tub for two.

The highlight of our stay was the friendly staff who accommodate our circumstances, and the well prepared organic breakfast. The rooms are divided up into two beautiful houses. Both had code locks on the main door and a physical key for each room. It felt secure. Parking will be tight if the rooms are full.

Loved the friendliness of the staff and guests we met. Parking at the property was a big plus. It was very easy to get to the arena we were going to. Having a rooftop hot tub overlooking the city was fantastic, and the main reason we booked. Loved it all around.

The peanut butter cookies are super delicious! The zucchini muffins and other stuff for breakfast are exceptionally tasty! The service people are very nice and helpful. The property is beautiful, home like, and well maintained. It was so nice to have our breakfast in the little garden in the morning and sit on the front veranda watching people enjoy themselves in the evening

Queen Anne's was one of the best places I've stayed at. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond for me with food prep/store when I couldn't make it to all the breakfast times. The charm of this 1800s building was just wonderful, and each room is beautifully unique. I liked the parking in the rear. The area/community park out front can be a little sketchy, so just keep an eye on your surroundings.

The Rooftop room was excellent! Loved the hot tub, the Denver skyline, and the lovely decor. Nicole was super friendly and the scones smelled amazing upon our arrival. We were able to walk 5 easy blocks to an event at the Mercury Cafe and had lots of fun. Breakfast in the morning was delicious! I'll be back!

What a delightful B&B! Our hosts were fabulous and the room and garden was wonderful. Delicious breakfast - and we got to meet all sorts of interesting folks around the table.

I've traveled a lot in Europe and North America, and this was one of my most pleasant stays. They really care about the people staying with them, provide help and advice above and beyond norm. Breakfasts were lovely and hearty, they made arrangements to accommodate my late arrival due to a flight delay, room was quiet and spacious and clean and equipped with everything I needed.

Wonderful, charming, and welcoming. The staff was absolutely amazing, and made us feel as if we were staying with family. Room was clean, spacious, and super cute. Convenient location too. We look forward to visiting again!

Adorable bed and breakfast. Very nice staff and fantastic breakfast. Right across from a park and in walking distance to restaurants. The garden room had an attached private bathroom. AC is a window unit, shower did not work the best but good enough. I’d still give it 5 stars overall and would recommend it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Queen Anne Bed and Breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. Every morning we awoke to the smell of delicious coffee and enjoyed a fabulous breakfast. They were very accommodating if you had special dietary requests. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Each evening when we returned there were fresh baked cookies which we enjoyed. The location was great, nice park across the street and less than a quarter mile walk to our daughter’s condo. We will definitely stay there again.

This was my first bed and breakfast experience. The staff has awesome customer service. When you arrive fresh baked cookies are available. There is a variety of complimentary tea and the backyard is tranquil to sit down and enjoy the calmness. The owner made breakfast and it was most delicious. The drawbacks aside from no tv (expected) or central air is the bed needs to be replaced. The springs could be felt and was squeaky at every move. I would still recommend Queen Anne B&B just not the Columbine room. Perhaps the name of this room could use a change. Made me think of the school massacre but wasn't a sticking point. The themes in each room are lovely. Room is spacious. Bathroom was clean and private.

Our room was nestled in the front corner of the third floor. Looked nothing like the photos of the beautifully painted rooms. Bed frame looked like an old water bed. It was kinda crappy and cheap. Bed linens were nice and mattress comfy.Nice enough but nothing like the photos!

The staff was super friendly. The room was fun and modern although the tv was quite small and there were no adapters to charge phones. The soaking tub in Suite 4 was amazing. Overall, a great stay!

Everyone was SO NICE! Food was lovely, location is excellent. The bed was my only complaint. I honestly couldn't wait to get back to my own after a few nights. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay and I would absolutely come again if there was a memory foam mattress!

Overall we had a great stay! The staff was super helpful and very hospitable. Check in and out was easy. The area is quiet and we enjoyed our breakfast in the garden. My only issue was the room temp. Our room was upstairs and the AC was not on at night so it got a little hot for us at night.

Amazing staff! They would stop whatever they were working on just to chat with each guest. They baked cookies in the evening for everyone and made an excellent breakfast as each guest was ready. Outstanding experience and I will definitely be back.

Lisa greeted us with a short tour of the facility. It's a old classic building with history. It gives you a family style. We lived on the top floor which is quiet. Facility is old therefore not as convenient as modern buildings, but very cute. No elevator so you have to carry everything up thru narrow stairs. Central air is better than those noisy individual units. Overall experience is good. Looking forward to the breakfast to be served.

The room is beautiful, great breakfast, great host, very good location. I have 2 comments. The first one I had to carry luggage up to the third floor on steep and difficult stairs for a person of my age and beyond that there is no reference to this issue on the website. Finally, I would like to refer to the lady who received us who was not patient and to my request for more patience she answered "I am very busy today". I arrived around 13:00 and wanted to leave my luggage since I had to return the rented car. Unfortunately there was no one to allow me to put the luggage in. I called several times and even left a message, but unfortunately there was no response.

The room is beautiful, great breakfast, great host, very good location. I have 2 comments. Stay here. It’s a great place. We will be staying again. We have a food allergy that the staff gladly and cheerfully accommodated at every breakfast. Likewise, they accommodated my wife’s allergy to detergent fragrances by supplying towels without fragrance. Staff had great recommendations for hiking to aspens in the mountains as well as Red Rocks concert advice. We just could not have been happier with our stay. I bet you will be too.

Tina is the absolute best! Very knowledgeable about the area and so welcoming! Our flight got changed and we had to be at the airport at 5am. Tina saw we weren’t going to have breakfast and she generously made us a to go bag! Had coffee waiting in the French press! We got to enjoy some fruit and homemade coffee cake waiting for our flight! She did not have to do that! We will be back and get to enjoy her breakfast at the table!

Hosts were very nice. The fresh baked muffins and cookies were a lovely touch. The cooked breakfast by the owner/chef was also delicious. I had to leave very early (5 AM) and staff prepared a togo breakfast for me to take to the airport. Hospitality is still alive.

Spent the night here before a meeting downtown, and I will definitely be coming back next time I need to stay downtown! Great gluten free cookies and muffins were freshly baked when I arrived, the staff were super friendly and accommodating. I stayed in the Skyline room which was above the kitchen, and the bed, decor, and jacuzzi tub were divine! I also greatly appreciated the fact that they have a complimentary noise machine in the room; I didn’t think that a room being a tad too quiet would be a problem in downtown Denver, but you could hear a pin drop at night! A delicious 2 course gluten free breakfast was offered in the morning, and the morning atmosphere is cheerful but relaxing.

Spent the night here before a meeting downtown, and I will definitely be coming back next time I need to stay downtown! Great gluten free cookies and muffins were freshly baked when I arrived, the staff were super friendly and accommodating. I stayed in the Skyline room which was above the kitchen, and the bed, decor, and jacuzzi tub were divine! I also greatly appreciated the fact that they have a complimentary noise machine in the room; I didn’t think that a room being a tad too quiet would be a problem in downtown Denver, but you could hear a pin drop at night! A delicious 2 course gluten free breakfast was offered in the morning, and the morning atmosphere is cheerful but relaxing.

I love how Lisa and the rest of the staff were so friendly and accommodating, and making sure that our needs were met. I love the location, breakfast was delicious and the property itself. I would highly recommend this place to everyone who wants to visit Denver.

The B&B was perfectly situated in downtown Denver, and the atmosphere was peacefully calm. The employees from cleaning, chefs, receptionist, and others were so polite, accommodating, and friendly throughout our entire stay. We came for a Foo Fighters concert at Empower Field and this B&B is in close proximity to the field. It is a relatively quiet area, too. We will definitely plan to go back.

Large rooms, unique historic homes! Fantastic homemade daily breakfast in the common area. Bed is comfortable. Only negative is although there is a lovely park in front of the homes, sadly a lot of the homeless population hang out in the park, does not feel super safe at night and would definitely not recommend walking on your own. We did not encounter any issues as a couple though.

The Queen Anne Urban B&B was perfectly located for our trip. The room was comfortable and the breakfasts were really delicious. We were very impressed with the gardens. We felt safe on the property, enjoyed sitting outside, and the park across the street was nice for our early morning walks.

Billed as an "urban bed and breakfast" it is certainly that. Easy walking distance to the general downtown area and a little further walk to the RiNo arts district, it is conveniently located (hardly ever used our rental car). Breakfast was high quality and sufficient portions. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room decor was vibrant and fun and, in general the room was comfortable. Being a pre-1900 building and decorated with antique furniture, some things might not live up to contemporary expectations like amount of hot water available and sofa cushion padding but it would be strange to expect otherwise. There are plenty of modern luxury hotels in Denver if that's what you want.

My wife and I went for an anniversary getaway and we had a great time staying here. The staff were super friendly and the room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and we enjoyed eating it in their beautiful flower garden. There was some annoying construction going on next door but we would definitely stay here again. Also, 10 minute walk to 16th street is nice!

The hosts of this property were great. They were friendly, helpful, accommodating, and responsive. We had two days to experience Denver and this was in a historic neighborhood which made our experience unique. We walked, ubered, and took public transportation. Our breakfasts were delicious and fresh from the garden there on the property. We enjoyed eating and meeting other travelers while there.

Stay here. It’s a great place. We will be staying again. We have a food allergy that the staff gladly and cheerfully accommodated at every breakfast. Likewise, they accommodated my wife’s allergy to detergent fragrances by supplying towels without fragrance. Staff had great recommendations for hiking to aspens in the mountains as well as Red Rocks concert advice. We just could not have been happier with our stay. I bet you will be too.

My wife and I really liked the place , we stayed in one of the artist suites with jacuzzi, perfect! The host was real nice and informative. We would definitely come again! I only have two recommendations The cable to the tv kept coming loose making the tv static, reminds me of growing up in the 80s. Breakfast was good, the home made sourdough waffles were excellent, the owner who Made breakfast for us was very friendly. The only thing missing was some protein options. Breakfast was very good and A bonus, just needed Some protein options or included. I don’t Like even Mentioning those two things but aside from that it was an excellent stay.

I was traveling with my 14-year-old granddaughter to drop her off at the Cimi Institute, and we spent two nights. We only left the ship once to take the ferry to the shopping area across the bay, as there was so much to explore on board, including the tours we took. My granddaughter absolutely loved it. My husband would like to return with me to experience the ship as well, so we will definitely be back.

We stayed three nights and really enjoyed the ease of coming and going, the delicious breakfasts, and the helpful staff. It made for a really pleasant and carefree visit. Easy two hour daytime parking out front and guest overnight parking in the back was a huge plus. Our suite was comfortable and quiet. Would gladly stay here again!
