Room was clean and other guests quieted down about 9:45pm. My only concern is that no staff are available after 8ish or after the last expected guest arrived. So, if you forget your key you were out of luck. Breakfast bar was fine was almost out of sausage when we arrived at 7:30am and the machine coffee is terrible and the apple juice was more water than juice. We had stayed here previously under different owners and name and the place was amazing. The grounds could be cleaner, cigarette butts and leaves all around the property. Not sure if we’ll return to this hotel on our next visit to Ouray.
