The Golden Hill Inn is on a little hill, so the entrance and exit driveways are steep. Which is actually pretty cool! It overlooks a part of town, and there is a convenient store literally right across the street, which is great... but also it has a feeling like the Inn is a separate place, elevated and off by itself. The room was standard, modern, and clean. The staff was kind and helpful.

Bare bones accomodation. Overhead lights in room incredibly bright and with no dimmers. No bedside reading lamps. Bathroom tiny. No wasterpaper basket there. On a very steep hillside with parking near rooms limited. Owner not rude but sullen. Expensive for what you get. Good place just to sleep immediately

Our room was very clean Just overhead lighting, no lamps. I couldn't get the hairdryer to work. Although the mattress was comfortable, The base of the bed was metal. The metal base made noise when you moved in bed. I would not stay again.

I love how the property sits atop a hill, on the corner. After settling in my room, I noticed the TV would not power on. I contacted the front desk and the woman came to my room with 3 remotes. Eventually she required an alternate. She went above and beyond to ensure I had a working TV. I appreciated that effort. Id recommend this location.

The room was gross I couldn’t stay for the night I ended up booking and staying somewhere else. The comforter had holes in it the room smelt awful, the air conditioning didn’t work, you had to walk far from the car to the building. The door didn’t work, I would never stay again it was a horrid experience.

The room smelled very strongly of harsh cleaner or disinfectant when we arrived. It was so strong and unpleasant that we left our door open with the fan on for a while even though it was very hot and we would have preferred to close the door and put on the AC. The room was clean and fine otherwise, but that smell was very unpleasant. This hotel is okay for the price.

The pictures are very deceiving. I understand is not a 5 star hotel, it is a motel but i hoped it would be clean. We traveled with a one year old so we moved the bed and found opened condom wrapped, hair, toe nails in the bathroom corner, dead bugs. The beds were made of metal so whenever we moved an inch it would make a loud noise. We arrived late so we were forced to stay but when speaking to the staff they did not take responsibility since we did not speak right away. Save your money.

The general concept is quite good... Low-maintenance surfaces for easy, thorough cleaning. Reasonably attractive. Plenty of workspace. The desk is ideal as a "center of operations". Lighting is a bit harsh but must aid effective cleaning. Security is more than adequate and hopefully better than it appears at first. That's how it is supposed to work. A/C is fine though it takes a while to know the best settings. Overall pleased with my stay.

THIS PROPERTY IS FILLED WITH CRIMINAL STAFFING!!! STAY AWAY!!! I booked with them for two nights and an emergency came up, after contacting Expedia, I was told I would get my refund for the whole booking if not then just for one night which I totally understood. Several attempts were made to begin the refund process but for some reason, the manager is never around to approve the refund. I never checked into that inn yet they claim i checked in. I have evidence and proof that I wasn’t there at the time of booking. The surroundings isn’t appealing because the pictures are way different from how it actually is. You are better off sleeping on the streets than in any of the rooms

Very disappointed. On a very busy street in the middle of a on and off ramp for the highway. They didn't have 2 non smoking rooms near each other. Office was locked when Iwent to pay. We were only there for one night.

The room was gross I couldn’t stay for the night I ended up booking and staying somewhere else. The comforter had holes in it the room smelt awful, the air conditioning didn’t work, you had to walk far from the car to the building. The door didn’t work, I would never stay again it was a horrid experience.

Fine conditions. Surprised that there were no hangers, but probably because it is a 2-star restaurant. The only/big problem was all the yelling, laughing, partying, rambunctiousness going on all night. It woke us up numerous times between midnight and 4:48am.

This was the worst Inn I have ever been in! Waste of money. So dirty with stains on the sheets and towels. There were hairs on the bed from previous customers, the dryer was not working. They literally have one person in office and they are so rude and not helpful at all. Me and my partner go to so many places and this was the worst experience we had and such a shame. Please avoid going here I never leave reviews but this was so bad that I thought to leave this for people who want to go here.

The room was extremely clean, but, and it’s a big butttt, the Bed covers had plenty of stains, had to change them out, but other than that, the property was beautiful, the interior of the room was pretty nice as well…
