It was very adequate at a good price the only problem we had was some of the other guests were bunch of young guys going in and out of each other's rooms at night slamming doors and talking at the top of the lungs in the halls it was a challenge for us to go to sleep several of the nights . We rang the front desk a few times but there' was no answer then we left a message with the general manager we don't know if anything was done about it or not we don't even know if anything could be done about it

Was very disappointed in our stay here. We had to come to town for a funeral. Every evening when we came back to the hotel the 2nd floor where we were staying smelled like Feces. The last night we were there someone pulled the fire alarm at 2am and the staff wasn't prepared. We had to go back inside and wake up our family cause no one had called or knocked on the door to get them out. If there was a real emergency they wouldn't have known about it till it was to late.

The hotel was adequate and comfortable. We had a few issues however, first the hotel does not offer room service unless you are staying for 4+ nights, we were staying for 3. The front desk staff were very considerate during check in and let us know we could request room service if needed, we did, we asked for a light clean on the 2nd night. The room was never cleaned. We got by but it was frustrating that it never happened after it was offered. Second, we were woken up by the fire alarm going off on our last night at 2 am, it was going for several minutes. We had no information on what was going on. We decided to leave the room just incase and headed to the lobby, it appeared it was a prank because there was no explanation. The staff claimed they didnt see anything and had no way to find out what happened. We had to check out at 3:35 that morning to catch a 7 am flight out of JFK, so I had to drive an hour in the dark and rain after a disturbed sleep. Not the most pleasant experience.
