The property was under renovation yet they still charged full price for the room. The furniture was banged up, the bath was tiny and the door didn’t close. The lighting in the bath was horrid. The air on low was like a hurricane We covered it with towels but the noise was awful. Nothing worked right. Check in desk a mess. The whole place was a mess. When you book they should tell you it’s under renovation and give you a discount if you chose to stay. It was awful

The lobby was under renovation so there was the understandable mess, check-in was a folding table set up by the elevators. The rest of the hotel was in disrepair, damaged, smelly and dirty. The pool deck was a construction zone. On top of that, they charged my credit card $100 deposit (not sure why) and I’m supposed to wait ten days for a refund. The only thing good about this hotel was free parking and easy highway access.
