The person at check-in didn’t give us breakfast vouchers.. no one but the male manager , was any help at all. No employee knew when the bars were open the or if they had appetizer or small plates, the rooftop had some rap music on, but it wasn’t bad and it was for a younger crowd. We were told the downstairs bar was a speakeasy vibe ,we went in there. It was filthy vulgar, nasty rap music my husband and I got his iced tea and my cocktail to go and went back to up our room. I have never been so mortified in my life my husband is at Chaplin. I don’t recommend the entire place to anyone

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It’s in a good location that allowed me to be relatively near some of the great attractions, some great restaurants, and enjoy the beautiful weather. I loved the style of the room. The rooftop bar is nice and although I didn’t use the amenities much, I can see the wellness area is great.

This is my second year staying with Eaton. I have to say this year. I am very disappointed. We got in the room. It was hot, I had to have someone come up and work on the air conditioner. Got it. Go in, took it a while to cool down. We go to turn on the TV. Tv won't work, so we have to have someone to come up to work on the tv. There was no ice had to have someone to go get us a bucket so we could get some ice because they don't have refrigerators or a microwaves in the rooms. Now you have to pay twenty five dollars a night for each one. Set in whenever I get my bill, they kept my deposit all except $40 because they said it was $40 a night amenity fee. I'd just like to know what kind of amenities I got. A called the office to inquire about this. And was told that it was the 2 bottles of water I got each day, mind you I got 2 bottles of water The day I got there never got any more water. We didn't even have house cleaning come. Because we kept everything cleaned ourselves. I will say that the staff is always very, very friendly and that the hotel is very clean, but I am most definitely very disappointed. And their amenities and being charged for them when I never used any of them. This was the last time that I will use Eaton.
