Clean pool! Breakfast is ok.

Hotel is very clean. My family enjoyed the pool the most. Close enought to the beach. Price ia reasonable compare to other hotels in the area.

I like the location of the hotel and liked that it had an outdoor pool. The rooms looked exactly like the picture; they were clean and comfortable. One thing I would add would be to have turkey or chicken sausage for breakfast as an option, since not everyone eats pork.

Great value! We especially loved the pool as it was big enough to actually swim and well maintained. We also liked the later checkout time (noon.)

Overall our stay was pleasant. The breakfast was adequate. The pool was convenient. And i loved the 12pm check out time

Loved the free breakfast and loved the pool. The staff were very friendly. I especially loved the front desk clerk. Her name was Lovey. She was so welcoming and kind and upbeat! I just loved her positive attitude every day! Can’t wait to come back!😊❤️

Check in was quick, room was in excellent condition, hotel was clean, plenty of parking. First choice in the future for any stay n Rehobeth Beach.

The Breakfast was great! The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and well maintained. We had a standard 2 queen room and have no complaints. The hotel is situated between Rehoboth and Lewes and is easy to get to either location.

Beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. Lots of options for breakfast. Pool was nice and open until 10p.

Good swimming pool outside, a lot of parking spaces, ok breakfast but the corridor was a bit smelly. The beach is 10 mins drive from this hotel

My first stay at this hotel is horrible, Found roaches on the middle table lamp and carpet. Literally the receptionist gave me the bug spray to do it myself! I'll never going to stay at comfort inn ever!

The location of this Hotel was perfect to go shopping at both Tanger Outlets locations. Our rooms were in excellent condition and comfortable, but there was a peculiar smell in both the bedroom and the bathroom that took some getting used to. The hotel staff were especially kind and helpful, big props to them. Overall it was an excellent stay and we slept more than well, keep doing what you're doing but maybe put some air fresheners to draw away the peculiar smell.

Upon entering the room, there was a wet smell that stayed all weekend; I assume it is due to the location. There was also gum stuck to the wall and an old water bottled from a previous visit on the floor that was never removed. I appreciated my room attendant regardless. Thank you

There is a musty or mildew smell in the room. No extra blanket available. Beds comfortable

Check in procedure was a bit longer - they can update the system. There was a noticeable pink stain on my bed - i already heard that someone had the same issue (Stains on bedding) It was pretty cheap. You wil get what you paid for

Found a pest in bathroom area. Very upsetting.

When I walked into Comfort Inn-Rehoboth Beach I was not greeted by the front desk who just stared at me until I spoke to them, front desk was not friendly when I was checking in. I booked a regular King Size room w/ couch and was placed in a King Size Handicap room w/o a couch (I did not request or need handicapped accommodations). The morning after I checked in I started noticing ants coming up the nightstand and the wall, I went to the front desk to request a room change and was offered bug spray to fix the situation myself (was told this is what they usually do for guests by the same front desk attendant who checked me in the day prior) I informed them my wife is pregnant and will not spray any insecticides for her or I to have to breathe in during our stay and that it is extremely unprofessional to offer this as a solution. I was moved to the 2nd floor and received the room type I initially booked, however this room had water damage stains in several areas of the room and bathroom. The shower made squealing sounds. The bed was not comfortable and the couch was very old and creaked everytime I moved as the cushions were very thin. The 2nd floor was very loud with several other guests slamming doors until 4am. When I switched rooms I managed to forget a pair of shoes in the room which housekeeping took to the front desk and the front desk did not call to notify me of having my lost belongings. This was a not a place that I will ever book again for future travel.

Property had some questionable black spots looks like mold on the ceiling.

Room 304 has musty odor. Desk clerk gave me a bottle of FaBreeze.

Unfortunately the bath room ceiling was dirty with conditioner all over it

Great location! Beds were very uncomfortable, definitely couldn’t stay more than 2 nights my back wouldn’t take it !! Water pressure sucked , but over all clean place and pool was nice

Overall appearance is okay; nice decor and design of room. However the bedding wasn’t comfortable. The mattress is very firm and not soft. Would recommend looking into Hotel grade Beauty Rest brand. It took hours to fall asleep with awful mattress. Molding under fridge kept falling off and needs to be glued in place. Sofa cushions has multiple stains all over the fabric; had to flip the cushions it was disgusting. Pillows were good. Bathroom good and toiletries okay. Coffee in room was disgusting. Does anyone actually clean the coffee makers? Just curious. Breakfast was good but I would request in future your staff do not start putting food away until after 10am. I arrived at 9:45 and there were no scrambled eggs, most of sausage gone, staff was putting all pastries and breads away. Luckily I was able to get hard boiled eggs, yogurt and a waffle. This was a total turn off. I’m paying for a complete breakfast but didn’t get. If this is how you operate that only the early bird gets breakfast then please tell guests it is first come first served when they check in. I doubt I will return to this hotel and there are plenty of other hotels in the area that are better.

Loud air conditioner

The property is in need of renovations. Plumbing and ac unit in poor condition. Hot and cold water faucet hard to operate. The ac unit gives off a foul stale oder, wall paper, headboard, microwave, mini fridge, and wallpaper all in poor condition.

This is a clean hotel with big rooms it is just a bit outdated. They should also have somewhere to sit outside at night.

The toilet is exceptionally low. Too small for a commercial operation to not have a bar to assist getting up. While not a fan of shower curtains it is a more eco-friendly option than the glass doors that attract mold. The air conditioning unit wasn’t blowing clean air; consequently, I had a bad throat the entire day.

Mattress on bed was uncomfortable. There was a dip on one side of mattress. Reported this to front desk, the fixed issue by doubling a mattress pad on bad side.

We liked the convenience of the location but not the highway noise.

Nice, clean, comfortable room. The bed was harder than I prefer, but I was still able to get a good night's sleep. Christen at the front desk was very friendly and processed our check-in quickly.

This was an overnight stay in the area after a day of long driving. Friendly staff, clean rooms and great location made this an enjoyable stay. I will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Check in experience was easy and quick. The hotel staff was very friendly and the rooms were extremely clean. Great location, near a lot of shopping, dining options, and not far from beaches. We would definitely stay here again.

Got a room with double queen, the room is big and clean. I arrived early and the person at the front desk was extremely nice and checked us in early. The breakfast was great. Overall we had a great stay.

It was fine. No real complaints. Would have liked if the coffee maker in the lobby was actually there and functional, and breakfast the second day was pretty awful. The corn beef hash, or whatever it was should not be served to anyone that isn’t behind bars. Other than that it was clean and comfortable.

It was convient to restaurants and shops. Not far from beach area. The continental breakfast was never stocked when we got there. It had no yogurt, no fruit. The second day there was no bagels or muffins only 2 slices of toast. I guess I was expected to get to the breakfast when it opened to get the full breakfast options.

The breakfast was ok, it was empty trays for a while before they replaced with more, very slow service.
