Nice place. Lots of trees and shade with outdoor tables, a park like setting. Nice pool. Convenient location. Nice breakfast room. Poor wi-fi though and free breakfast could've had a few more items.

We had a wonderful week there, me and my 3 kids. The room we had was just remodeled. Only thing I wish we would have had was a better tv that didn’t have lines in it, cable or the option to use streaming services. The pool was very clean, warm and the kids loved it. The breakfast was sub par- the butter was not good, the juice tasted stale or something was off. But for the price and location I will be staying here again with my kids. We had a wonderful week. Stayed Mon-fri. Staff was friendly, helpful and quick. The last night we had a water leak in the bathroom from the upstairs room and they came within 10-15 min to look at it. Will be booking next year for a week. I know some rooms are still being remodeled so they were not as nice as ours, we definitely got lucky and our room was right by parking for easy access.

The price was right! Hot showers were great. Security is a big concern, the side entrances were unlocked day and night, didn't need an entrance card to get in. Anyone could just walk in.

Filthy, everything you touch feels sticky, moldy stinky wet room, pile of sand on floor we slipped on, the elevators don’t work, ice machines don’t work, just spend a few extra $$ and go somewhere nicer.

There was only 1 ice machine available, which was not convenient, with the weather being as hot and sticky as it was. The pool was very nice and well kept. Staff was pleasant, during check in, i realized that i booked smoking rooms by mistake, but the clerk was able to switch and get me two nonsmoking rooms beside each other.

Great stay here! I rated honestly. The walkways smell like cigarettes smoke, but that comes with the territory of booking a places that offers smoking rooms. Clean pool area. Breakfast had bread and muffins options, oatmeal, juice machine, coffee, 2 types of cereal, etc. not kept well-stocked, but I was happy with what I ate each morning. This is Econolodge, so if you pay a lower rate for a place to stay, it may not be up to your expectations. This isn’t the Hilton, but it’s a wonderful place to stay with friendly staff.

our room was FILTHY!!! have no idea when the toilet was last cleaned... inside and out... runs of urine all over, mildew throughout. tub was FILTHY with old dirty hair at drain, handles were cruddy at best. floors were not vacumed and smudged throughout. sink and handles cruddy. microwave and fridge were downright gross. i am so disgusted, especially for what i paid. will NEVER stay there again. what a disappointment. the lady at the front desk asked me if i called and let them know. nope, they hired someone who is NOT doing her job and they didn't do theirs by keeping an eye out on her work. i can't be the only one complaining, cuz the room hadn't been cleaned for a long time. only thing clean were the sheets. the bathroom door was visibly filthy, i have pictures, the walls were streaked with urine or WHATEVER. YUK YUK YUK. I WANT MY MONEY BACK IN FULL!!!!!!

The pics were not a good representation of the rooms. Our room was cleaned, but the condition of the room itself was terrible. It also smelled like urine and very strong cleanser. The perfume in the cleaner that they used was OVERWHELMING. We almost called it a wash and left immediately...

Booking during a holiday weekend has us unable to stay in another accommodation, so we booked Econo. 2 queen beds & non-smoking, we walked in to the smell of mildew. We come to find our shower curtain covered in black mold, a dirty fridge, dirty towels, and pubic hair around the bathroom. We let the staff know of the problems and they replaced the shower curtain with a less moldy version, but still moldy. They did give us knew towels, but those ended up looking used as well. Due to the holiday weekend, we were unable to book elsewhere. The front desk seemed not at all phased by the cleanliness. We will not be staying there again. The condition of the establishment seemed run down, litter around the halls, and the advertised continental breakfast was bread. Pay to stay elsewhere.

Air conditioner leaked the entire time. Had to keep putting towels down and three buckets under it so it didn’t leak all over the floor and we didn’t fall. Cleaning lady kept saying they’d come fix it but leaked nonstop. When we first got there the shower curtain had black mold and stained pink all over it. Had to ask cleaning people from other floors a couple times for towels, garbage bags and toilet paper when they didn’t show up. Our keys never worked and we had to keep going to the front desk for new keys. The balcony door only had one screw in it so I didn’t want to lock. The freezer didn’t want to keep things frozen. And the hardwood floors as soon as we walked in were sticky and sandy. Not happy for the amount of money we spent.

Okay, I had some reservations about staying here when making our trip to Rehoboth, the reviews are very mixed. What I came to believe is that some of the rooms here are nasty, and some of them are newly remodeled. Half of the hotel is outside and open, and half of the hotel is in air conditioned floors. Depending on where you stay, determines your experience. We stayed on a second floor, newly renovated room and it was awesome. The room was extremely clean, the sheets looked nice, and the countertops were just redone. I would recommend staying off the first floor. The only complaint I have about the room was that all the ceilings are ceiling tiles, some which were stained and dirty. Even the shower had ceiling tiles, which is just a recipe for disaster, and there was what looked like the beginning of some mold growth on them. The staff were very nice and the breakfast was as good as you expect from a cheaper hotel. Nice bagels, plain cereal and milk, some juices, and other bread with options of jam or cream cheese. Overall, I would say if you pick you room carefully and maybe even call in advance to ensure you get to stay where you want, this hotel is an excellent choice for a beach trip, only 10 minutes from Rehoboth.

Walls are paper thin and the people next door had their TV on all night. The beds were so hard even my teenaged daughters woke up with back aches after a night with little sleep. We left halfway through our trip because we could not stand it there one night longer. The breakfast food was stale.

When checking in at 6PM, the gentleman behind the counter was not friendly at all. No welcome, no Enjoy your stay. Only said ,internet is down, and refused to say if and when it would be up. Ignored us. First impressions are so important and this was awful impression

When checking in at 6PM, the gentleman behind the counter was not friendly at all. No welcome, no Enjoy your stay. Only said ,internet is down, and refused to say if and when it would be up. Ignored us. First impressions are so important and this was awful impression

When I first arrived everything seems fine but the lady at the front desk was very rude and aggressive. I asked for a receipt for my stay and she refuse to give it to me. After several times asking she ended up giving me my receipt. Hours later I wanted to use the vending machine after realizing the one on my floor didn’t work I went to the front desk for help. She instructed me to try the one on the Third floor and said that if that one doesn’t work I don’t know what to tell you. Overall my experience there wasn’t pleasant and I won’t be going back to that location ever again.

Please save your money and protect your health and do not stay at this establishment. There was mold all over the ceiling of our room, rust on the microwave and lamps. Our carpet was damp and the odor in the room was unbearable. I tried to have my room changed due to my asthma and they were unable to change it due to no availability. Albert was understanding and tried to help. Erica was rude, condescending, and should not have a job here. She smiled in my face and said “if it was such a big deal you should have just drove home in the middle of the night”. I live over 3 hours away. I had drinks that night as well. Unbelievable to encourage drunk driving. She refused to contact the manager because they were “off for the weekend”. The entire establishment is a health hazard. Please spend your hard earned money elsewhere where they will respect you and take pride in their property.

The staff was great. I really liked the layout of my room for the 2 double bed and couch w/pullout. We had two TVs and it was sectioned off which made it great for the family. The location is great, very close to shopping and a variety of restaurant and no issues with parking even during the 4th of July holiday weekend.

Great stay here! I rated honestly. The walkways smell like cigarettes smoke, but that comes with the territory of booking a places that offers smoking rooms. Clean pool area. Breakfast had bread and muffins options, oatmeal, juice machine, coffee, 2 types of cereal, etc. not kept well-stocked, but I was happy with what I ate each morning. This is Econolodge, so if you pay a lower rate for a place to stay, it may not be up to your expectations. This isn’t the Hilton, but it’s a wonderful place to stay with friendly staff.

Staff were super nice and accommodating. The hotel is also in a great location with lots of walkable shopping and restaurants. The beach is a few mins. away by car which is super convenient. The room rates were some of the best in the area and having a balcony was nice. Room was basic but definitely met our needs and provided a nice place to sleep before heading to the beach all day.

It was better than I expected since I made last-minute plans. Very clean. Had the microwave, fridge, hair blower, iron board and iron. The bed was comfy but not great, but they never are. The breakfast could have been better. It's was just bread/bagel to be toasted and coffee and juice. Danish or muffins would have been nice.

Well, I didn’t like was the fact that I paid for a room which had certain amenities and certain provided items like continental breakfast, which was one of the main things I looked for when I booked the reservation due to the fact I have a child and the fact that I work on the road and I’m always on the go. Continental breakfast is what I specifically therebook a room for so that way in the Morning when I check out It makes things easier for me to check out and get my day started but the Morning of the 14 th of October we went to get breakfast and there was no milk provided at all and it was from 7:00 am till 10:00 am when breakfast ended they did not provide milk at all, and the excuse was other guest had gotten up when breakfast first started and basically demolished it, and took it with them, and used it all evidently, and because they used it all nobody else that stayed at the hotel after these guys got up early and ate breakfast anyone that was a guest that went to eat from 7 a.m. till 10 AM when breakfast ended was not provided milk for anything so continental breakfast without milk. You really can’t eat nothing

Breakfast was only bagels and cereal. Mattress is about wore out. Difficulty using card to get in room. Had to play around and put in slot several times to get to open. Staff very nice, room was reasonably quiet. Good location.

Over all about what i expected for a late reservation in prime beach season. The beds were OK. The breakfast was almost entirely cheap carbohydrates and watered down juice, but at least the coffee was OK.

Great option for a short beach stay. Room was spacious and clean. Kids loved the pool. Only real complaint is the breakfast. Only options were cereal and toasted bagels/bread.

Room was clean, staff was very friendly. Didn't use the pool but it looked very clean. Breakfast was just bagels/muffins/cereal nice but not very filling, but you can walk to Cracker Barrel so it's not too bad.

Hoping they’re mid-renovation. The front side of the hotel looked better than the backside. The room I was in didn’t appear to have seen housekeeping outside of changing the cheap bedding & towels. Carpet was filthy—I walked around with bare feet for a couple hours one evening and my soles were darkened. The sink faucet had a perpetual drip. The vinyl flooring for the bathroom areas was lifting at every edge & torn in places, plus turned a towel grey when a spot of water was wiped up to prevent slipping. There was also an amount of sand in the corners of the shower/toilet room—I was in the area for another purpose and did not go to the beach. Breakfast was stale bread/bagels and sour juice. Staff was polite, but it was overpriced just because it’s a beach community and I would not stay here again.

Needs updating and the rooms need to be gutted. This was a shock!! While the staff was ok. The front desk was our first clue there was no up keep. Water stains on the ceiling. The stairs going to the rooms were really dirty. Cigarette butts, beer caps and liquid stains. Opened the door to the room and it was if a bomb went off. Floor was dirty, rust on the lamps, curtains half hanging and the tub was heavily stained. No face wash cloths our fresh toilet tissue. Shower head, wasn't secured to the wall and the sink faucet was dripping. No place to hang our cloths. I had to clean the iron and ironing board before I could press my cloths. I couldn't use the fridge, nor would I, for the grease, thick dust and finger prints. Air conditioner hadn't been cleaned in years and the cover was laying on the top of the unit. I had to pay in advance and no refunds! Not a place for decent people!!!

Place is severely outdated and needs improvement/renovation. TV is computer monitor size hanging on the wall and barely able to see from the bed, where most ppl sit in a hotel room. Bathtub needs replaced. Toilet is weak flush. Ok for a work related trip but would be terrible for a vacation visit.
