Quality Inn Alachua - Gainesville Area

All out dated. Lots of rust and mold and broken fixtures. Very run down.

I booked this room to stay after a concert so we didn’t end up arriving until after midnight, we arrived to a puddle of water on the floor in front of the fridge along with what appears to be animal feces of some sorts. We were tired, didn’t even have the energy to deal with it and knew there weren’t other rooms available anywhere in town, and went to sleep. Told the desk the next morning. The staff was very sweet. I would’ve enjoyed my stay much more if I hadn’t walked into that. Made me feel gross and like I was ready to get up the next morning and leave.

Staff was excellent. Very courteous, took care of a simple problem with the A/C immediately.

It was just a one night stay and didn't get to take advantage of the breakfast. The room was clean and the room for the price was not bad. The bathroom though was very outdated with yellow and pink tiles and the sink faucet old and not working properly.
