Quality Inn & Suites Altamonte Springs Orlando-North

The staff was rude not only to me and my other family staying there, they were rude to other customers with things refusing to give a customer a cold water bottle (that was visibly available) and told them they could only have a warm one. Showerhead in room 152 was very gross and not clean, to the point the water didn't even run through it right. I would never reccomend or return to this property again.

Room had a smell, sheets had burnt holes on them, towels were cheap. Floor was filty. Front desk service was horrible except for the overnight ladie who was the only good thing about my stay. Very helpful with the breakfast on how to use the waffle machine. Besides the hotel was not to my expectation. What you saw online was not reality.
