Welcomed by desk staff who was very helpful and recognized me from previous visits. Because it was pouring rain, the manager on duty came out and helped me with our bags (we have mobility issues). He even brought towels! Room was great as usual. We stayed several days and the hotel staff was extremely polite and helpful. Breakfast was the normal fare, but everything was clean and ample. This is my 5th stay at SpringHill Marriott and despite being surrounded by other hotels I always stay here. The hotel and amenities are just fine, first-class if you will, but it's the staff there that makes the difference. They are good, went out of their way to make our stay pleasant, and it's them who really make the difference in our stays.

Booked to king rooms and they gave me 2 double bed rooms and then tried arguing with me the difference. I will not return to this location in the future!

I booked a room with two double beds and one double pullout sofa. I put down that there were five guests two adults and three children age 1212 and 14. I was given one king bed and one double pullout sofa and told what I book doesn’t mean that’s what I get. There were no pillows and I was told to roll over a blanket and use it as a pillow.
