For a modest hotel it was clean, the pool was nice and there is a restaurant next door with good food and cheep beers.

Everything was clean, beds were comfortable and it was quiet. There was noone at the counter when I went to check out so I had to just leave the keys on counter. I guess they are understaffed, but everything else was good.

This is a small out of the way older property . Nothing fancy . Not so much a family fun spot and away from the crowds. It's not 5 star but it's comfortable. I have stayed here about 12 times when i go to Orlando. I return twice a year to clean my family cemetery plots not for the attractions. The husband and wife staff are very friendly. I have never seen any bugs in the rooms . And I always feel safe. A nice quiet place, inexpensive, away from the crowds, nothing fancy.

It is disgusting and the service was non-existent. The Lobby was continuously locked, there was no breakfast served (although breakfast is advertised), the place reeked and smelled of mustiness, and unless the AC was actively running, the entire room smelled foul and stale. It is, without hyperbole, the worst place I have ever, ever stayed in and in my opinion, they should refund my money just on the false advertising of an open lobby and breakfast. Ugh, what an awful and an awful stay.
