Overall, we had a great stay at the Hilton Boca Raton Suites. We were in Boca for a concert, and the staff was wonderful — everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. There were a few issues with our room that could use some attention. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers in the bathroom were all empty, and there was no hand soap. Our reservation was for four guests, but the room only had three towels and two glasses. The biggest issue was the plumbing. When the toilet was flushed, air and water would pressure up through the bathroom sink. The following morning around 5 a.m., the toilet would not flush at all. It would eventually refill, but several minutes later air and water would again come up through the sink. We reported the problem, and an engineer came to the room about 30 minutes later. Aside from those maintenance and housekeeping issues, we really enjoyed the hotel, and the staff was excellent. With a little more attention to the rooms, this would have been a fantastic stay.

Overall not the best experience. Showed up at 4 for check-in and had to wait 40 minutes in line. We go to our room and it smelled and the a/c was not working. They tried to fix it but failed again so had to get another room which was much better. Went to the pool and had no towels so had to go to the front desk also for that. Breakfast was ok but had a huge slow moving line so just opted for quick ready made items.
