The room was nice and clean but unfortunately the property was under major, major renovation. This amount of renovationband construction should be mentioned and the guest made aware of. There amenities weren't available and the breakfast option was located at a different hotel. Zero mention was made prior or during the reservation being made. This was a deliberate, inconsiderate act by management.

Booked for townsuites but they changed reservation to the Springhill suites next door. No one at check in desk, tv viewable from bed didn't work, and football team ran the halls being loud the whole time.

The room was partially clean. The desk top was very dusty (im allergic to dust). The bed was soft but it had a sink in the middle. The sheet had cut slits in them. The water in the shower was taking long to come out, when we pull the stopper out it was full of hair (gross). A.lot of patch work was done to the room, as i wall repairs. The rooms looks nothing like the pictures. The front desk sraff was nice. Even though when I tried to cancel my room for 1 night to get a room closer to the airport because.my mom has a lot of issues. The manager with no remorse told me no. Even though I frequent that hotel company in many cities. You have to.walk over to the next door hotel for breakfast. Overall a 3/10
