Our experience with them was good once I could connect with them through Hotels.com. It would have been much better if we would have booked directly with them than Hotels.com. The taxi service was excellent and dependable.

Otele gidişi uber ile yaptım havaalanından oldukça kolay buluyorsunuz fakat dönüşüm tam bir fiyasko! Asla taksi gelmiyor otelin konumuna otobus vs yok otelde bundan istifade ederek fahiş fiyatlı havaalanı servisi koymuş… Havaalanına yakın olup bu kadar zor ulaşılan bir konum kesinlikle üzerine düşünülmeli. Otel temiz ve sistematik saat 14.00 da odanızın kapı şifresi mail olarak geliyor otelin ana kapısınada bu şekilde giriş yapıyorsunuz herhangi bir resepsiyon çalışanı yok ama problem de yaşanmıyor otel transfer sorunu dışında gayet güzel.

Check in was easy. Room was clean and had everything I needed. The only thing I wish that something was closer to eat at. There was a vending machine downstairs but not any sandwich or real food. You have to order transportation in advance because there are no taxi in the area.

Basic clean place. No frills. Also no 30 year old carpet as the floor is tile. I like that you can open the windows for fresh air. All self serve. No lobby or hotel desk that I could see. Walls a bit scuffed was the only downside I could find. Nothing fancy here just a cheap clean basic room. No frills.

Room clean, property really quiet. Was told we had a “city” view and our view was another building across the street. Preference in the future is to stay at a property with a real front desk. The vending machine also didn’t work and took my money twice.

The room was clean. There was not enough towels for 2 people. Also no blanket or extra pillow. The property was way outside of city with almost nothing around it to shop for grocery and no restaurants.

Convenient to the airport, new and clean. Be prepared to walk a bit or pay a cab/Uber to find a place to eat, as there is nothing onsite or in the immediate vicinity. We had a problem with our shower draining properly and reached out via Chat to the operators. Although there is nobody onsite, they responded within a few hours, sending someone to correct the issue. We did have to use Chat, however, as when we called the number provided, we didn't reach any individuals - only a "press 1 for ..." menu that didn't really have a category that fit our problem.

The bathroom was passable, shower stall had no coverage and there was only a hand held shower head located at waist height which means showering meant you sprayed half the bathroom with water. The check in and check out process is frustrating. They sent me at least a dozen emails, texts and WhatsApp messages requesting I fill out this form or that and to give additional instructions. All of this which seemed to be able to be easily condensed into 1 single email. Even check out required and online form. Be careful of getting taxis from the airport to this location, they try to overcharge quite a bit despite the short distance. Better to book your own transfer either via uber or through the hotel themselves.

Check in was easy. Transfer to airport wad easy. The room was relatively comfy and quiet until people arrived at 2 am next door to us and proceeded to talk and laugh loudly, watch tv etc. Could hear everything through the walls. We left for airport at 4.30am with this still ongoing. Not a place to stay for a peaceful nights rest.

Efficient check-in and check-out with a keycode, and very clean. Unfortunately my room was very noisy- the windows didn't seem to close properly and thus let in a lot of noise from the street. The door also needs improved soundproofing- I could hear people in the hallway as if they were in the room. As a result of all this I slept poorly.

Mosquitoes everywhere. I had to kill about 20 of them hanging out in the ceiling. Also. The AC was set to heat while it was 75°f/24°c. When I called to change the ac settings they said it was impossible. “That time of year”.

Clean location at convenient location near ATH airport, and good food options in Spata. Was a little confusing at first because I didn't realize it was an automated location with no desk service, but it worked out and the cleaning staff was very helpful. The Zed Smart Property operation was very responsive to e-mails.

The property is located at a village without much dining opportunities and even though it is close to the airport, there is no public transportation and a taxi is pricy for the short distance. There are limited sidewalks and getting there late at night felt unsafe. On top of it there was a taxis strike which I was not informed about and that made transportation to the property even more tricky. Bottom line, it’s not a good option if you arrive on a taxi strike day or if you come without a car.

Otele gidişi uber ile yaptım havaalanından oldukça kolay buluyorsunuz fakat dönüşüm tam bir fiyasko! Asla taksi gelmiyor otelin konumuna otobus vs yok otelde bundan istifade ederek fahiş fiyatlı havaalanı servisi koymuş… Havaalanına yakın olup bu kadar zor ulaşılan bir konum kesinlikle üzerine düşünülmeli. Otel temiz ve sistematik saat 14.00 da odanızın kapı şifresi mail olarak geliyor otelin ana kapısınada bu şekilde giriş yapıyorsunuz herhangi bir resepsiyon çalışanı yok ama problem de yaşanmıyor otel transfer sorunu dışında gayet güzel.

Great place for an overnight layover in athens 15 min to the airport but if you decide to go out and eat there are few options in the area so get your food with you or prepare for a 35 min drive.

Nice quiet neighbourhood but still close to the airport. Great shuttle service as well. I enjoyed the lovely balcony and plenty or space in the room.

If youre going to the airport and need a place that is a 8-15 minute drive away. This is an okay place to stay at. Its about $20-25 Euro each way to get a taxi to this place from the airport. Check in is very easy and the room is basic and fits all needs for one night. There is not attendant they just send you codes. We wanted to get food and had to walk around 15 minutes to the closest place that was open at the time we wanted to go.

The pace was nice for a short stay. Convenient for the airport. The shuttle service works really well. The area is really nice, residential but no restaurant ,coffees or tavernas around. We had a rental car and we could just drive to the nearest beach town for a stroller and a fish diner. The apartment was really well equipped. However, there was an issue with the shower, which did not have a curtain nor a door. Also one of the blinder was broken .

There are no staff or reception at the hotel. Everything including shuttle is booked online. You receive email with code to enter hotel and room. Check out is simple - just make sure the door is closed behind you and leave before checkout time. Very safe neighborhood. There are no shops or restaurants close by, but there are restaurants within a 10 to 12 minute walk of the hotel. We walked to Sofianos George restaurant and it was excellent, and Google maps navigation was accurate and correct to/ from hotel and restaurant, which is not always true in Athens. A good choice for a short stay near the airport.
