Be prepared to walk up fairly steep hills or stairs to get to where you need to go in the resort. The view was excellent once they moved our room to match our choice of rental. The shuttle bus is definitely a plus when you want to get to D-mall, the heart of the hustle and bustle and tourist activities. No disappointment with the food or the teas, but in an attempt to order several things off the menu, I was advised the ingredients weren't available. You will get your standard Filipino food regularly though. Staff was very good. They were the heart and soul of the famed Filipino hospitality. Four stars only because there were two glitches: I had to change rooms, and I couldn't have what I wanted on the menu. Nonetheless, I'd consider staying there again. It was a nice place. All the basic needs as a tourist were available. A 4.5/5.

Amazing property with beautiful views and friendly staff. Very isolated form everything so personal transportation a must as the shuttle service is not convenient. Sits high on a cliff overlooking the water which means. Lots of steps to get to main road at property entrance.

Spacious room, delicious breakfast, amazing view, quiet area, clean/ big swimming pool. Cons would be internet was down during my stay due to weather so can't knock the Hotel for it and Hotel is a little far from the white beach, but the Hotel does provide free shuttle at different times of the day.

We stayed 3 nights in 2 bd grand Monaco suite. It’s a little outdated but the rooms are big and have all the amenities of home and the balcony views are awesome and huge and wonderful to just chill. The staff are excellent. The pool and surrounding area is great. Away from the hustle and bustle of white beach, I personally loved the quiet. Keep up the good work

This hotel was beautiful, our suite was stunning and the veiw was amazing! It's abit of a trek into the town but we liked the quietness, it was our honeymoon so perfect for us. The service was amazing, lovely breakfast and great pool

This is a good quiet spot out of the way of the main strip of Boracay. My wife and I had to get transportation to do anything which took more time than we liked so that is something to consider if you would prefer convenience over the quietness. The property was one of the most beautiful I have seen and the landscapers took great care of it.

There is a lot of stairs to climb and its not suitable for elderly people , the view from the rooms are great , they have a free shutle bus to the mall and beach till 5pm . There is not a return bus you have to get a taxi

The shuttle from the airport was expensive when compared to other resorts. Also, there free shuttle to D Mall was extremely limited hours, 11am to 5pm. Whereas, Resorts like the Aqua have free shuttle running from 8am to 10pm. While it’s a nice quiet, beautiful place, it’s limited. It would be less of a hassle if I didn’t have to deal with trike drivers after shuttle hours that like to try to overcharge.

Beautiful resort not for older people the hills are very steep,no nightlife happening very secluded area. My living room ac is not working, blinds in the porch broke down when trying to open it plus when we came in they were asking if we are walk in customer which i made a reservation 4 months in advance

The property is nice and clean. It is about 30 min from the main party scene but it was perfect for us and my family as we were looking at somewhere peaceful and away from overcrowded areas. Very friendly staff and amazing views

We stayed here for 4 nights. The view is amazing in the 2 bedroom suite. PROS- The view, the size of the suite, the kitchen, the pool, the staff is super helpful and friendly, housekeeping is good. CONS- no phone (use Viber to order food or connect with front desk) no TV's in bedroom, restaurant food is ok at best, bed is super hard and not that comfortable, a little out of the way from things to do on the island. Overall, was a decent stay. Would likely stay somewhere in a different area next time.

One of the best stays I have ever had. Extremely beautiful setting overlooking private ocean bay and views of the mainland. Well maintained and really gorgeous resort setting, very comfortable rooms. Above all, can't say enough positive tunings about the staff. So friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. They were ready to assist with envy request and need we communicated. Ulysses and Andrea are a pleasure to talk to and helped us with all travel needs returning to the airport after our stay. You should definitely stay here when visiting Boracay, you will not be disappointed.

Very classy quiet resort , views from the large rooms are fantastic!! We found the food very good , the free breakfast has lots of options and is delicious!! The owner and staff are very kind and accommodating, highly recommended this beautiful well taken care of property!!

Ocean view obstruction from unit 320. Beautiful view from 3 bedroom Royal. The owner kicked me out because I reserved ocean view and was not happy in 320 partial view with burnt out lights and broken window latches, sliding doors jammed and curtains falling of. Poor maintenance all around. He said he would refund me and did not. Forced me to book 3 bedroom Royal and then get robbed of one night there. My whole Christmas was ruined. Not happy. I would return to the Royal 3 bedroom though , I really liked the view and room in the unit. I can cook food there and host guests. Will try to get a deal for prolonged stay in future.

Wonderful hotel. The most spectacular views. Rooms were great, free breakfast was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The free transport to Dmall was very helpful. I wish they would invest in golf carts to get guests around. Lots of hills, and stairs. It was alittle harder for the elderly family with us. But I would definitely stay again.

The staff and service were kind, helpful, and overall wonderful. I would stay here again just because of the staff. However, the area isn't very convenient as it is not very near any of the beaches, and the hotel transportation is not very comfortable. Breakfast options are limited, but they provide plenty of food in the three options we each had every day. The size of the suite for the price is excellent, and was perfect for our family of four. The master bathroom shower head was too low and at an awkward angle. The couch in the living room seemed a bit old. Aside from those few complaints we really like staying here.

The owner asked me to leave after he lied to me about the room I wa in, 320 is partial ocean view. I booked ocean view and paid for it last march 27. He only has 5 units that are 2 bedroom grand executive ocean view. So why was I put below the units I booked. He was in one of the units. Cost me another 4200 Canadian to move to a ocean view unit.

The owner asked me to leave after he lied to me about the room I wa in, 320 is partial ocean view. I booked ocean view and paid for it last march 27. Probably one of our best parts of our vacations was staying at this resort. The staff was caring and hospitable as well as the servers for the included breakfast. The resort was away from all the crazy with just a short walk into town. Overall this was a great spot and would do it again and recommend to everyone.

Amazing property with beautiful views and friendly staff. Very isolated form everything so personal transportation a must as the shuttle service is not convenient. Sits high on a cliff overlooking the water which means. Lots of steps to get to main road at property entrance.

Spacious room, delicious breakfast, amazing view, quiet area, clean/ big swimming pool. Cons would be internet was down during my stay due to weather so can't knock the Hotel for it and Hotel is a little far from the white beach, but the Hotel does provide free shuttle at different times of the day.

This is a superb property. The level of detail is very impressive. The pictures look as good as it really is. The view is spectacular. It’s about a 20 minute ride to d mall we’re the restaurant and beaches are but the property is so nice it’s worth this small inconvenience. A !

The property is nice and clean. It is about 30 min from the main party scene but it was perfect for us and my family as we were looking at somewhere peaceful and away from overcrowded areas. Very friendly staff and amazing views

This is a good quiet spot out of the way of the main strip of Boracay. My wife and I had to get transportation to do anything which took more time than we liked so that is something to consider if you would prefer convenience over the quietness. The property was one of the most beautiful I have seen and the landscapers took great care of it.

There is a lot of stairs to climb and its not suitable for elderly people , the view from the rooms are great , they have a free shutle bus to the mall and beach till 5pm . There is not a return bus you have to get a taxi

The shuttle from the airport was expensive when compared to other resorts. Also, there free shuttle to D Mall was extremely limited hours, 11am to 5pm. Whereas, Resorts like the Aqua have free shuttle running from 8am to 10pm. While it’s a nice quiet, beautiful place, it’s limited. It would be less of a hassle if I didn’t have to deal with trike drivers after shuttle hours that like to try to overcharge.

Was I bit away from the main town which makes it super quiet free shuttles till 5 but only 200-250 peso tuk tuk trip to main area in station 2. Staff was great and property was beautiful. Would definitely recommend.

A very quiet place to stay. Just what we wanted! The Hawaiian pizza was simply AMAZING!!!! We will definitely book again. The staff are wonderful! 😊👍👋👋👋

Be prepared to walk up fairly steep hills or stairs to get to where you need to go in the resort. The view was excellent once they moved our room to match our choice of rental. The shuttle bus is definitely a plus when you want to get to D-mall, the heart of the hustle and bustle and tourist activities. No disappointment with the food or the teas, but in an attempt to order several things off the menu, I was advised the ingredients weren't available. You will get your standard Filipino food regularly though. Staff was very good. They were the heart and soul of the famed Filipino hospitality. Four stars only because there were two glitches: I had to change rooms, and I couldn't have what I wanted on the menu. Nonetheless, I'd consider staying there again. It was a nice place. All the basic needs as a tourist were available. A 4.5/5.

Wonderful hotel. The most spectacular views. Rooms were great, free breakfast was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The free transport to Dmall was very helpful. I wish they would invest in golf carts to get guests around. Lots of hills, and stairs. It was alittle harder for the elderly family with us. But I would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for 4 nights. The view is amazing in the 2 bedroom suite. PROS- The view, the size of the suite, the kitchen, the pool, the staff is super helpful and friendly, housekeeping is good. CONS- no phone (use Viber to order food or connect with front desk) no TV's in bedroom, restaurant food is ok at best, bed is super hard and not that comfortable, a little out of the way from things to do on the island. Overall, was a decent stay. Would likely stay somewhere in a different area next time.

Very classy quiet resort , views from the large rooms are fantastic!! We found the food very good , the free breakfast has lots of options and is delicious!! The owner and staff are very kind and accommodating, highly recommended this beautiful well taken care of property!!

This is a great value for Westerners. Breakfast is great. The rooms are really good. The facility is just beautiful. They didn’t have a hot tub like it said online, and the gym needs attention, some of the equipment is broken. It’s a really quiet place away from the busy beaches, but it’s just about a 200 250 peso ride to White Beach and D mall
