Holiday Inn Express Hotel Clearwater East - ICOT Center by IHG

Das Zimmer war gross der Service beim Check in nett. Plötzlich kostete das Zimmer aber fast 40 Dollar mehr als bei Hotels gebucht. Grund seien Taxes (….) Das war dann SEHR teuer für das Zimmer. Wir würden daher nicht mehr buchen.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und ich war froh nur 1 Nacht gebucht zu haben. Modricher Geruch macht sich im Zimmer breit.Frühstück war auch nicht so meins.

The hotel front desk staff were very friendly and helpful great people. Unfortunately the room we had at first had a bad smell and the ac unit was not working. Then the second one we had the ac was working but it also had a smell not as bad as the first one so we had to leave the ac on at a low temperature and that helped. We also noticed a bit late that the ceiling had mold. It had spots of mold . We left and informed the staff.

Friendly staff, clean room and bathroom, breakfast included, about 23 minutes from TPA airport, plenty of parking, food options walking distance. Our only complaint were the pillows! Terrible!! The bed itself was comfy though!

Everything was great. Everyone was so professional.
