From arrival to checkout; everything was such a stellar experience. The only downside would be paying extra for parking. I would have expected it would be included in the price of the stay, but for $15/day, it wasn’t breaking the bank. The location and ease of accessing the beach was the best part. It was very family friendly. Our favorite part was not needing to leave the property for anything. The drinks at the tiki bar were reasonably priced and absolutely delicious! The staff all around made the trip so very pleasant. I loved how clean and kept up the building was. We will definitely be coming back in the future!

Right on the ocean, great view. Pool is very small and no bathrooms near pool/beach area. have to go for a long walk to main lobby and restaurant which makes it very awkward around guests there for meetings, checking in/out, etc.

When we arrive on 8/4/25, the restaurant and lobby snack bar were both closed down by the health department. They remained closed down through our stay. The hotel did a haphazard job of trying to mitigate this (bringing in a food truck that served crab cakes and mac and cheese on Monday night, offering shuttle service to other restaurants) - but everything was poorly communicated (only through someone telling you about it as you exited the hotel). The story they were providing (if you asked) was that an inspector found a few fruit fly eggs in the hallway and that's why they were shut down but they'd be "open by 9am tomorrow definitely!" (which didn't happen during out stay). Overall, the hotel has not aged well. It was a very nice place in 1996 when my sister got married there. Today it is a bit run down, there is peeling wallpaper in the halls that is taped down, and an overall musty/moldy smell (although that is common in most Florida beach hotels).

Great location on the beach. Two things that I thought were a money grab and should be complimentary were parking and beach chairs for guests. They have a HUGE parking lot and they charge you for “self parking” of $20 a night. When the lot on Labor Day weekend at max was only 25% full. Secondly, charging $50 a day for two chairs and an umbrella seems like a cheap shot to me. But otherwise was pleasant

Property looks fine and has been renovated however it still has a musty smell. This caused my daughters and I to wake up with sore throats. In addition, we signed into our personal Netflix account to watch a movie and the WiFi was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. It took forever for the app to open and load, when it finally did, the movie we selected was extremely slow loading, was pixilated and kept pausing to load during the movie… a 90 min movie took over 2 hours to watch. When we called the front desk to ask if there was anything we could do, they said that there are just to many people on WiFi and there’s nothing they can do? It is a Tuesday evening and they are not fully booked so what does the WiFi look like during peak season??? Very frustrating!

The hotel room was very dirty. When the sunlight came in you could see the crazy amount of dust everywhere. There were broken tiles in the bathroom. The elevators were not working and it kept opening and shutting while dinging. And we were right next to it so that was quite annoying when trying to sleep. They also don’t allow you to grab your own luggage cart so you have to wait for a bellhop to do it and that took forever. I would just rather do it myself. The restaurant downstairs was very good though.

Very clean property. Rooms were spacious and had plenty of amenities. It’s so close to the ocean & beach you’ll love it. Typical bar food and the prices were fine. The staff is very friendly and helpful if you’re only staying a few days. I’d stay here again for another pre-cruise visit. Only issue the pool had way too much chlorine in it, but very understandable due to all the children running around. But go get in the ocean! As for location you can’t beat staying here and looking out over the ocean.

We arrived at the hotel was surprised that they were charging us $20 to park. had to go down to customer service multiple times because we could not get in our room. We wasted over an hour attempting to get in our room by the time they were done the rain had come in and we did not get any beach time. The room was very dirty, there were ring marks from cups all over every flat surface. There was make up in the bathroom on the counters. Luckily, I had a cleaning supplies in my car. I clean the whole room, scrub the showers. Everything was dirty. There was no balconies no way to enjoy the ocean view. Nobody knew where anything was that the whole staff was disorganized. The only thing that makes the hotel worthwhile is the long boards restaurant bar beside it and if it wasn’t for that, it would’ve been a completely wasted trip. I had a severe migraine or I would’ve got more pictures of the dirt but all I was trying to do was get things cleaned oh and the toilet seat was not attached to the toilet. It was hanging on by thread and caused my daughter to get hurt the hotel offered no apologies for any of these things.

We stayed at The Hilton Cocoa Beach Ocean Front for 4 nights. Our very expensive room faced the roof on the 3rd floor - room 303. The pool was very small with not many chairs and by the afternoon it was cloudy. The food croissants at the deli tasted like other foods that it had been stored been and were not fresh daily. My room was cleaned and the shower and sink were still dirty. I asked for a room upgrade and was told to contact Mohammed. I contacted him and told him i would see him when i returned. He had left when I returned and no one at the front desk knew about my issues. There was constant slamming if doors and children running through the walls! I later found out this hotel caters to the Disney cruises and others. I have stayed in other Hiltons and this is defininatey not one that I would recommend.

We had an iceanview room , which had an absolutely amazing view. Expensive , but worth it for a weekend getaway. The hotel really comes with no amenities except for the gym, pool, and beach access. Parking is extra- $20 p/day. The bed had a topper, which made it less hard and the pillows with the duvet blanket were great. Con: a/c kept switching from cool to hear and from F to C degrees. There is also a wet spot and debris on the ceiling that looks as though it comes from the vent.The bathroom door is a barn door on rollers that snipped our fingers a couple of times. It rolls fast on the track and the handle is placed so it lands at the wall. The bathroom, i think from the sink weirdly enough, had a sewer smell. The door and the smell was reported to maintenence who were to come and fix. As far I could tell, they did not. These aside- Pro: location is excellent. Many fabulous restaurants close by and i heard many good things about yhe hotel restaurant. There is a Starbuck's (they do not take the app as it is owned/run by Hilton) and there is a gelato stand. (around $10 for a cone). The staff is super sweet and check-in, and out, was super quick.

The room setup is terrible. Barn door for bathroom that left a 1/2 inch gap away out from wall. The barn bathroom door, when open, covered the fridge/coffee maker cubby. So if you were making your coffee and someone was coming out of the bathroom, you were getting hit. The barn door for the bathroom also made it difficult to open the room door if the bathroom door was in the closed position. The wall unit behind bed was also broken and left big gaps away from the wall because the clips holding them in place were broken. We had another room for another family member and their a/c wouldn't stay on cool. Thankfully, the night was on the cooler side, but they did wake up, and the room was 77 degrees even with the thermostat set at 70. The breakfast buffet was nice and there were many options but pricey. Starbucks and a wonderful little Gelato area was nice (if you like Lemon, the Lemon Pie Gelato was delicious) Overall, after seeing other properties while sightseeing, i think there are much better options for the money we paid to be here.

Nice oceanfront room, some things need fixing. Barn door coming off hinges, shower-not much pressure. No other choices for coffee but Starbucks. Would it be overly expensive to have a pot of joe in the lobby for guests?? Also $20 to park per day when the lot was never 1/4 full— a bit much! Would like a microwave in the room to reheat food, drinks etc. Signs in halls hard to read! That color typeface is just too light! Mattress on bed rolls you to the center maybe time for a change??

Beautiful hotel. Lots of things to access. I stayed in a corner suite. My only thing was that the AC minimum temperature was 67°. I sleep at 60° so it was quite hot & uncomfortable unless I closed all the windows however I paid for an oceanfront view so it defeated the purpose. I wish they had balconies, but I knew this going in. Next time I’ll bring a fan.

Excellent breakfast option with omelette bar as well as many other option for whole family. Amazing service as well! Had a great experience when checking out but not so pleasant when checking in. Despite being there two hours ahead of check-in time requesting early check-in, room was not even ready at the regular check-in time at 4 o’clock. Seemed like the staff didn’t really care at all.

From the moment we arrived the hotel and staff were fabulous. Suzanne at the front desk was very gracious and friendly. We mentioned it was our first time to the area and she upgraded up to an ocean view room. We were texted daily to see if we needed anything. The hotel and rooms were very nicely decorated and cleaned. Beach bar was excellent, we went there every night. Definitely will be back!!

Awkward visit. We normally love this hotel but this visit was not up to standard. Never got room attention from housekeeping in 3 days, got overcharged for parking AND it turns out that every restaurant was closed all week. Not exactly convenient for our stay.

The location was good, but the staff was not friendly or welcoming. The woman that checked us in seemed annoyed we were checking in. At check in, we asked for a higher floor and we were given a room directly across from the elevator and the view outside the window was literally a wall. We were denied to sit for breakfast at the restaurant because it was 10:01 am and they stopped seating at 10:00 am. The mahi tacos were really good at the restaurant outdoors and the hotel seemed family friendly considering there were a lot of kids. $20 a day self parking is kinda wild. Hotel management and staff should read the book, Unreasonable Hospitality, would be helpful in providing better service. Unlikely to stay again or recommend.

Poor customer service. Waited in line which is fine, check in was busy. But then when we were helped we were asked to move down to the next check in perosn and then not even talked to while they had their own conversation between the two of them. I was asked to swipe my card for fees and the hold on the room although I had paid through expedia. No issue there i new i would get back the damage fee. I assumed this charge would fall off but now I have to dispute another 275.00 because the charge went through! We had no damages and didnt wven stay for a full 10 hours. Also, we were charged for parking. I understand it is beach side hotel, and when i questioned them about being charged for parking at the hotel that i already paid the fwe to sleep there, the lady responded with, "This is typical for beach front." Maybe you should include that cost into the room stay and people wouldn't be so upset about paying an additional fee to park where they paid to stay! Everything comes with a cost, we will never give our business to a Hilton Branch again. First time staying at a Hilton amd it will be our last!

Staff was great and so professional. Our reservation at a different location was cancelled last minute. The Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront was extremely understand to our situation and even accommodated an early check in that was had arranged at the original location. The person handling our check in (Katie) was very friendly and handled everything with the utmost professionalism. Highly recommend!

We stayed in room 513. The view of the beach is amazing you could see the ships leaving Port , oversized room and more than comfortable. Muhammad and his staff are there for whatever your needs. Great location great hotel great staff and close to everything.

The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable room and bed. Great views, directly on the beach! Beach was clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The food at the property was not overly great. The menus were smaller and food was just okay. We did not have a car with us so we had to Uber to the pier which was a lot further than we thought and there wasn’t much around the street or areA in walking distance.

From arrival to checkout; everything was such a stellar experience. The only downside would be paying extra for parking. I would have expected it would be included in the price of the stay, but for $15/day, it wasn’t breaking the bank. The location and ease of accessing the beach was the best part. It was very family friendly. Our favorite part was not needing to leave the property for anything. The drinks at the tiki bar were reasonably priced and absolutely delicious! The staff all around made the trip so very pleasant. I loved how clean and kept up the building was. We will definitely be coming back in the future!

The tiki bars are outstanding- ive been here twice and will absolutely be back. I have a home in Lakeland, and this hotel is like a tropical vacation just 70 miles away

When we arrive on 8/4/25, the restaurant and lobby snack bar were both closed down by the health department. They remained closed down through our stay. The hotel did a haphazard job of trying to mitigate this (bringing in a food truck that served crab cakes and mac and cheese on Monday night, offering shuttle service to other restaurants) - but everything was poorly communicated (only through someone telling you about it as you exited the hotel). The story they were providing (if you asked) was that an inspector found a few fruit fly eggs in the hallway and that's why they were shut down but they'd be "open by 9am tomorrow definitely!" (which didn't happen during out stay). Overall, the hotel has not aged well. It was a very nice place in 1996 when my sister got married there. Today it is a bit run down, there is peeling wallpaper in the halls that is taped down, and an overall musty/moldy smell (although that is common in most Florida beach hotels).

This hotel is top notch. I guess it's more of a resort than a hotel. The beach is beautiful. The surf was high when we were there. I don't know if it always is. There's a bar just at the edge of the beach. We sipped cocktails and gazed at the ocean. You don't just see the ocean, you breath it in and feel it on your skin. And the resturant in the hotel is great. It ain't cheap, but it's worth it.

I would not stay here next time I’d look for a more updated place with a balcony to enjoy the fresh air. No balcony and the rooms are so tiny and unable to move around much for a family of 5 If you like just simple and will be out all day long then this is the place for you but if you actually want to enjoy the hotel and the room to relax I’d go somewhere else. Oh wait by the way the pool is a joke we were shocked at how small it is we thought there may be another one but nope. So if pool is your thing then you’ll be disappointed we just loved having the beach right there in front and that’s it sorry :( Thank you

Had a blast for my daughter's 13th birthday. Easy walk from our room to the beach. Shopping and food is within walking distance. Shower was amazing to get the sea salt washed off! Ordered food at the hotel outdoor bar and took it to our spot on the beach for lunch. Elevators were fast. There is a valet for parking. Don't use the scooters from the parking lot. They were awful and broke down on us. Not owned by the hotel though. A/c in the room was great. Coffee maker was wonderful in the roof and fridge for bottled water was perfect. Could not have been happier!
Had a blast for my daughter's 13th birthday. Easy walk from our room to the beach. Shopping and food is within walking distance. Shower was amazing to get the sea salt washed off! Ordered food at the hotel outdoor bar and took it to our spot on the beach for lunch. Elevators were fast. There is a valet for parking. Don't use the scooters from the parking lot. They were awful and broke down on us. Not owned by the hotel though. A/c in the room was great. Coffee maker was wonderful in the roof and fridge for bottled water was perfect. Could not have been happier!
